Very cozy environment
Have a really good lobby with many facilities
But there’s charge for lockers to store our luggage
And the room is very small with basically one bed only
The bathroom’s drainage system is very poor, water keeps leaking, and the hair dryer will automatically turn off after a period of time, it takes more than an hour for me to dry my hair.

The location is not far from the Town Hall. It consists of two sections (different entrances) - a bar (the reception is also there), the next door leads to the hostel rooms, which occupy six floors. The elevator (of an old design) goes only to the fifth - so those who got a room on the sixth will have to walk one more floor up.The rooms are quite cramped, the top bed is suspended on pipes, which can give the impression that you are in a basement. On the entire floor - only two toilets, two sinks and three showers.The kitchen as such is not available to guests - there is a small dark room on the ground floor under the bar - which contains two small refrigerators, a microwave, a kettle. There is not even a sink with running water - this can be difficult if you need to wash your own dishes, fruits/vegetables, etc.

Nice clean room and toilet. The hostel is about 7 mins walk to the nearest Metro Station (Skjolds Plads), with a few eateries along the way. One of the best value for money stays in Copenhagen, considering the high cost of living here.
Staff were helpful to store luggage in their luggage room (for free), as I arrived early in the morning due to my flight. Check-in and check-out were smooth without any issues.

I slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

Una experiencia diferente, sin duda lo repetiremos! 3 cosas por mejorar, la luz del pasillo no se apaga durante la noche lo cual es incómodo porque aún dentro de la cápsula entra esta luz, la puerta corrediza de la cápsula rechina, y es incómodo tanto para nosotros como para otros huéspedes a altas horas de noche abrir y cerrar la puerta y que generen un sonido TAN molesto, por último el puerto de carga no funcionó con 2 celulares a la vez 🥹😅

酒店是青年旅館，但是出乎意料挺自在，工作人員都很和善，後面一個沙灘，還有早餐雖然比較簡單但是基本該有的也有了。離中央車站1，2公里，走路25分鐘左右，打車100多rmb，公交也有，我們沒坐，所以不清楚價格，和酒店無關感覺這個城市公共交通不太便利。

This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities.
Pros:
• Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance.
• Easy access to all main attractions.
• The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable.
However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns.
On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning.
On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest.
When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less.
Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

EEU TravellerI would suggest Next guest house over steel house. The gym is smaller here however you have to pay per day instead of throughout your stay. Kitchen is smaller and is like a war zone during busy hours, ventilation isn’t great either.
I was staying on the upper bed and it was really hot at night.

VValentinaEscobar6A different experience, we will definitely repeat it! 3 things to improve, the hallway light does not turn off at night which is uncomfortable because this light enters even inside the capsule, the sliding door of the capsule creaks, and it is uncomfortable for both us and other guests late at night to open and close the door and generate SUCH an annoying sound, finally the charging port did not work with 2 cell phones at the same time 🥹😅

OOlgaWe had the pleasure of spending a few days at this beautiful hotel – and we highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable: central yet quiet, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. We felt completely at home and would return anytime.
