This hostel is fantastic! The owners are two sisters who are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They speak both Chinese and English. You can ask them for recommendations on food, drinks, and activities in the city, and they can also help you book cars and guides for trips to the volcano and waterfalls. The hostel environment is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Malang.

This hotel is truly perfect if you need accommodation when visiting Jatim Park 2. Pohon Inn is the right choice! It's fantastic, and your Jatim Park 2 ticket is valid for two days. I even got it for around 400k (IDR), including breakfast! Trip.com is really awesome for offering so many discounts.

I highly recommend this hostel which has the best facilities I have ever seen so far. The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Bath gel and towels are provided. A fully furnished kitchen is also available as well as water refill and coffee and tea. I should also add that the reception team is absolutely amazing, always ready to help if you have any questions or worries!!! So try this place you won’t regret it . ijen mountain entrance is an hour away by motorbike.

It's okay. It looks a bit dirty overall, but they have sprayed insecticides and other things. At this price, it's close to the high-speed rail station. I don't think there's anything to say. You can transfer and stay for one night, but don't consider it if you want to travel.

The receptionist was very friendly, explaining all the facilities and showing us to our room. The dorm room and toilet were also clean and fragrant. They lent us towels, had a hot shower, and provided liquid soap. When I booked, I asked for the bottom bunk because I didn't want to climb stairs, but it turned out the stairs were safe to climb. There's a dining area with simple tableware, and you can also use the stove to heat up food. There's a refrigerator and water refills provided. It was a very comfortable stay. Good luck with Snooze Malang and trip.com. Thank you. Oh, and the guy also keeps watch at night 👍🏻

Very clean, the boss is very nice, both are very nice, the location is very convenient, very close to the train station, suitable for friends who are going to Ijen next stop. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here, and I will choose here next time I come to Malang. Oh, by the way, the laundry service here is really good, the clothes are fragrant, folded neatly, and packed well in bags. The price is very cheap, only 6 yuan per kilogram 😆

I had a very pleasant stay at Snooze. The facilities are very complete. The kitchen has a stove and plenty of kitchenware that guests can use. Plates and glasses are also fully provided. They offer free coffee and tea, and there is even ice and a refrigerator available. Even after checkout, they allow guests to continue using shared facilities like the toilet, shower, and common area, which is very convenient. They also offer car and motorcycle rentals, as well as trips to Ijen and another place 😍 The staff welcomed us very kindly. I will definitely come back. Thank you, Snooze!

A warm and welcoming place to stay, run as a family business. You will meet the owner’s mother, sister, and the owner themselves—all lovely and very friendly. The rooms feature brand-new, spacious beds that are extremely comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, with a strong sense of local community and rice fields all around, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay and heartfelt service that makes you feel like part of the family. You’ll thank me later.
