다만 체크인 과정에서 Trip.com을 통해 예약했다고 하니, 숙소측에서 Tri.com 예약은 받지않으며 나에게 줄 침대가 없다고 하여 당황했습니다. 인터넷 전화로 상담사님에게 사정을 말했더니, 상담사님이 숙소 직원과 통화하여 Trip.com이 아닌 *******라는 여행사를 통해 예약했다는 내용을 설명해서 체크인이 진행되어 숙소에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 위기에서 구해주신 상담사님께 감사드립니다.

This hotel is amazing, especially because of its outstanding supportive staff. When I arrived, I lost and I was stolen my phone at the airport. One of the hotel staff negotiated with airport officials and the police on my behalf. Thanks to their efforts, they were able to find it and retrieve it, and I eventually got it back. I was certain I would never find it, so I was deeply impressed by his sense of justice and willingness to help.

아그라로 넘어가는게 주 목적이라 헤즐랫 니자머진 근처 숙소로 잡았습니다. 인도하면 느낄 수 있는 그런 지저분함이 비교적 적은 동네라 인도를 맛보기만 하고 싶다면 괜찮은 위치 인듯 합니다. 후마윤의 묘, 인도문, 레드포트, 로터스 템플 등 모두 툭툭이나 택시 타고 이동할 수 있습니다. 다만 레드포트는 좀 거리가 있습니다.
숙소 직원은 친절했고 숙소도 오래되긴 했지만 침구류나 샤워실, 화장실 등은 깨끗했습니다.
루프탑도 있어 아침에 간단히 운동하거나 무언가 먹기 괜찮습니다. 여기서 원숭이도 만났어요. :)
아쉬운 점은 전자레인지나 커피포트가 딱히 없었습니다. 주방이 있긴한데 직원들이 있는 곳이라, 물이나 햇반을 데워달라고 부탁해도 될지 싶어서 주저하게 되는 점이 있었습니다. 그래도 호스텔 내에서 콜라나 물도 팔고, 모두 친절해서 여행이 즐거웠습니다.

Доступны душевые кабины, с горячей водой и хорошим напором. Это приятно в долгом путешествии. Комнаты с вентиляторами, шторочками, розетками. Опрятно, чисто.
Нет пространство для кухни, общей посуды. Будто бы в Индии не распространён этот формат хостелов. Но есть пространство посмотреть крикет и столики, чтобы поесть)
Рекомендую, в целом всё понравилось

Very good hostel in a cool neighborhood in Delhi. The price of the private room is way too high. Better go for the 4 bed dorm. Nice staff and clean rooms and washrooms. Private room is spacious and nice, but as I say, definitely very high.

I had a fantastic stay! I have never tried a hostel while travelling before and was a little concerned about what the hygiene would look like when sharing my space with 3 other people, but the room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and someone would pay a visit every few hours to ensure the dormitory and the washrooms were clean. The people running the place were great to talk to. I am a frequent traveller to Delhi and this place without a doubt will be my first choice from now on. I highly recommend this hostel for your next travel adventure.

We were on a cousin's trip when we stayed at goSTOPS, and I must say the location is fantastic with great accessibility. The Delhi Gate metro station is right outside, making commuting super convenient. Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and Blinkit deliver all night to the property, which is a big plus. goSTOPS also offers 24/7 access to basic snacks, water, soft drinks, and even ice cream.
The common room has an amazing vibe, and the on-call support is reliable. Everything is digitally automated through the app, which adds to the ease of the experience. The dorms are cozy, and the washrooms and lockers are decent as well.
What stood out the most were the adorable Genie, Ginger, Pepper, Basanti, and the rest. I’d love to meet them all again soon!
If goSTOPS Delhi continues to maintain this level of service, it’s definitely going to be my go to stay location in the city.

The place is really accessible. Market, metro station both nearby and uber comes even if you book at 3-4am. Rooms are clean but would appreciate it if there were privacy curtains.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with great variety. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, making my stay truly memorable. CCherie CJLReally enjoyed myself staying in this hotel during this trip, hotel room is very spacious and sanjeet & the staffs are very nice, friendly and kind people who helped me and my colleagues our way around the city and also treat us really well.
I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is interested to travel to New Delhi to try out this hotel. Once again, thank you sanjeet and staffs for helping us out and see you again when I’m going New Delhi.

KKarolineI felt secure staying in the room and the staff was good at speaking English and helped me with my requests. I recommend that you stay in the lobby to connect to the wifi at first if you want to connect quickly, since the lobby has to activate the wifi password for you, which can take 10-15 min. It was also nice that breakfast was included though it wasn't a lot of options I think there is at least one thing for everyone's taste

HHaneul101My main purpose was to travel to Agra, so I booked accommodation near Hazlet Nizamezin. It is a neighborhood that is relatively less dirty than what you typically expect in India, so it seems like a good location if you just want to get a taste of the country. You can get to Humayun's Tomb, the India Gate, the Red Fort, and the Lotus Temple by tuk-tuk or taxi. However, the Red Fort is a bit of a distance away.
The staff were friendly, and although the hostel is a bit old, the bedding, shower room, and bathroom were clean.
There is also a rooftop, which is a good place to do a quick workout or grab a bite in the morning. I even met a monkey there. :)
The only downside was that there wasn't really a microwave or a kettle. There is a kitchen, but since it is staffed by staff, I hesitated to ask them to heat up water or instant rice. Nevertheless, they sell cola and water inside the hostel, and everyone was friendly, so I enjoyed my trip.

Available shower cabins, with hot water and good pressure. It is pleasant on a long trip. Rooms with fans, lockers, roasters. Clean, clean.
There is no room for kitchen, common dishes. It's as if this hostel format is not distributed in India. But there is room to watch cricket and tables to eat)

GGuest UserThe staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. I especially liked the accommodation because of the rooftop and the view from it.
However, when I said I made a reservation through Trip.com during the check-in process, I was surprised because the hotel said they do not accept Tri.com reservations and that they did not have a bed for me. I told the counselor about the situation over the Internet phone, and the counselor spoke to the hotel staff and explained that I had made a reservation through a travel agency called *******, not Trip.com, so I was able to check in and stay at the hotel. . I am grateful to the counselor who saved me from a crisis.

GGuest UserI had such a great stay at this hostel! people here are super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. The food is really tasty, and the place is kept clean and hygienic, which is always a big plus. I stayed in the female dorm, and the beds were fresh and comfy. They also have a dedicated hangout space where you can play pool or just chill and chat with friends. also, it’s just a 3-4 minute walk to the metro station, so getting around is really easy. highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, convenient spot to stay!
