The bathrooms are a bit of a mess but there place is great, convenient water is supplied, the beds are super soft, the aircon works great and the ceilings are really high so you don’t mind not having a window and honestly without the light I slept like a baby. I will say that, most rooms it seems don’t have windows, at first I was annoyed cause I thought I booked one but really It was fine. There’s lots of restaurants, coffee shops, a mall, in the area it’s a little community with everything you need, it was even easy to find power adapters. For a cheap place close to the airport (30min drive) it’s not bad and I would stay again.

I want to say that there's staffs is super kindness and helpful. I also love the room with cold aircon and clean bed with clean pillow even I choose no window room. They provide coffee , kettle , safety box , towel, and drinking water Only no have clothes hanger, hair dryer and toiletries.

The location is super convenient, right on L2 of T1. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic and efficient. For a capsule hotel, the cleanliness is acceptable. It's quite small though.

The hostel is within walking distance from Salak Tinggi Erl and was generally good, but there are improvements needed. Each bed should have its own light to avoid disturbing others early in the morning. Guests should also be reminded to keep noise down. I booked a short nap before my flight, but noisy guests and shared lights only allowed me to sleep for 30 minutes. They likely turned on the main light to pack and get dressed since their beds lacked individual lights.

A good and new experience for me. We didn't have to face the hostel management because everything was at our fingertips. The door was locked using a code and the code was given via watsapp. The hostel also didn't take a deposit so we got no problem to check out. Can check out anytime. What's not so good here is the water jug. The room is provided with a plastic jug. We found the lid was rotten and broken.

I had an amazing experience at VNV. The host is incredibly professional and provides top-tier hospitality. The homestay is much cleaner than I expected and equipped with everything a traveler might need. It’s honestly better than many hotels in the area. If you’re looking for a comfortable, organized, and clean place, this is the one. Highly recommended

The entire hotel is very comfortable, and the air is super fresh. The lemongrass scent is really pleasant. I loved my first stay so much that I booked for 3 nights straight!

book for my guest but they are unsatisfied and refuse to stay , no refund on cancelation , no commend for the room , will not book this hotel in future (photo is not related)

All basic amenities available, bed was very comfortable either extra blanket available if it gets too cold. Had a good rest while waiting for next next flight

The environment is very good, the service is warm
