I stayed in a twin room with a private toilet and bathroom. The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of the main street with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious. However, the bedsheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases all had stains, and there were many small flying insects in the room, hopping around on the bed, which made me concerned about the room's hygiene. The toilet always had a bad smell, possibly due to a poor ventilation system. The shower pressure was very weak, and the fan was also very weak – not strong enough to dry my hair at all. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Luggage storage after check-out costs 10 PLN.

Since it's a business hotel, everything is streamlined, with no frills. The staff barely does anything. The room was very dark, and there's a mysterious pillar in the middle of the room, making it feel even smaller. It's tolerable for a short stay. The location is terrible; you're forced to take a taxi everywhere. The tram only goes in directions that aren't convenient for tourists, so I didn't use it. Plus, there were lots of kids, like on a school trip, running wild in the hallways and making a lot of noise. I wish someone had told them to quiet down.

The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station.

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

I stayed for 4 nights on a solo trip, my first time in Poland. The capsule entrance is electric, controlled by a key given at check-in. There's also a smaller key for the locker. Upon entering, you have to change your shoes every time at the ground floor reception. It's a bit of a hassle, but it keeps the hallway clean. There are almost no amenities. Bring your own towel and toiletries. Rentals are available. A hairdryer is provided, and Wi-Fi works fine. There's also a laundry room. My capsule was incredibly dark inside. Also, the electric opening and closing sound was loud every time. Furthermore, the area where the capsules are located was extremely cold – cold enough to catch a cold. The lights are motion-sensor activated, so they would turn on and off with slight movements, which was annoying. There's no elevator, and the staff doesn't help with luggage, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with heavy bags. There are cafes and supermarkets nearby. On the ground floor where the reception is, there's a kettle and a fridge for guests to use. Considering the price, I would definitely stay here again. It's a direct bus ride from the airport, and there are metro and bus stops nearby, making transportation easy.

I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. It was in an excellent location with walking distance to the main places of interests for tourists, such as the University of Warsaw, Royal Route, Old Town and Royal Castle and many more. Moreover, it is quite close to bus stops and train stations, in case one wants to travel to more distant locations. The hostel itself is also quite clean. It is a good place to stay for a visit in Warsaw if one is looking for a good value accommodation.

I arrived at Dom Sofiia around 5 AM — the 24/7 reception was a big plus. A very kind and helpful lady at the front desk welcomed me and made check-in easy. The hostel is basic, but you get what you pay for — this is one of the cheapest places in Warsaw, so be prepared for a mixed crowd. The bed was clean and fresh, with soft pillows, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean and without any issues. Overall, a solid choice for the price.

The girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff. Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡 I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked. I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡 The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning. After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸

とても素敵な滞在になりました！✨ 夜21時ごろにチェックインすると、受付の女性が温かく迎えてくれました。すぐに門や玄関の開け方、宿泊部屋、シャワールームなどを案内してくれました。私は風邪で声を悪くしていたのですが、会うたびに笑顔で挨拶してくれたのでとても安心しました。 私は男女混合部屋に一人で宿泊していました。朝になって共用スペースに座っていたところ、「部屋に滞在する女性はあなただけになってしまった。新しい部屋に案内するよ」と申し出てくださいました。実は少し不安だったので、素敵な気遣いに感激しました！ 一点だけ注意しなくてはいけないのは、この建物の門を開けるにはパスコードを知っていなくてはならないということです。事前にホテルに確認するのが良いと思います。私は別の方が出てくるまで待つことになりました笑 とても清潔で、素敵なホステルでした！ Panie, dziękuję bardzo!!
