Apartahotel moderno e ben tenuto, in posizione strategica per visitare Agia Napa. Grande e con tutto il necessario. Non ho provato il ristorante, ma aveva un'ampia scelta. Unica pecca, i dispenser di shampoo e sapone in bagno erano vuoti. Tornerei senza dubbio.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

This is a good resort. The negative reviews understandably complain about the powercuts but it's not that bad. I only experienced one in the five days I was there and it lasted for about 2 hours, but the pools/bars are lit up so everyone just goes to chill there until the power is back on. Also, I had family members staying at a resort 5 times the price further away and they experienced the same thing (powercut). For the resort itself: main positive are the 18 different swimming pools! Great having a such a good choice of different places to chill out and swim (including 1 adults only one). The food isn't incredible but priced OK and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms (with balconies) are really good too - perfect air-con and very good sized fridge/freezer. I was worried with the recent one-star reviews upon coming to this place but I have to let people know that, at least for an adult/couples, it's a decent resort with most of the stuff you'd want for a holiday resort that isn't near a major city. If you want to relax by the pool and get some much needed chill time - it's great.

Bambos made our holiday a special one, such a top guy, would highly recommend, the hotel staff were friendly and the atmosphere in general was brilliant but I have to say BAMBOS made our holiday, he is a right laugh we actually love him so much.

I must write about my experience ,a perfect one If I may say, with nothing to ask more. I've visited Napa Plaza in the 14th of September for 6 perfect nights.. starting with smiling people in the entrance , every single one of them , welcoming you from their hearts, making you feel like you don't want to leave the place at all.. they were very helpful, and very very nice, they were always ready to answer any question or any request,. moving to the Rooms , we tried both regular and deluxe and both were super comfortable and quiet (even though one of them was just street view, but it never bothered), The pool was so clean and very nice, but I must say it was busy and no enough beds so we had to wake up very early in order to get one , the staff on the pool bar were so professional and nice , I must mention the waiter on the pool Mr.Hazem a very nice guy, who helped , served and worked with smile and no complaining at all , and I'm talking not only about the service we got but all people on pool. the Spa was very nice , and the girls over there are so nice and professional, we had a really good message. in the end , I must say It worths every single penny and I'm surly gonna visit again. thank you for making it memorable

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁

Just back from a 2 week stay in Nelia Gardens, we were all inclusive, now it's a very basic hotel, but you get what you pay for, our room was on the ground floor opposite the children's play area. The hotel is very close to the centre which is minutes away and also to beach and harbour The room was quite spacious with a large patio area, we had a cooker, kettle ,fridge and air con which was superb, the room was cleaned every day by a very pleasant girl who always had a big smile for you. A big shout out to the manager and his staff, on our first 2 days, we had 3 obnoxious and loud teenager girls next door to us, now I'm not an old fart but we felt we had to complain and he sorted it out in minutes. You get breakfast at Nelia Gardens and lunch at the Nelia Beach which is basically across the road on the next corner, breakfast was the usual stuff, sausage and bacon are yucky, the meals at Nelia Beach are top class My only complaint about Nelia Gardens is the bar, some of the staff are very unhelpful ,we didn't use it very much other than a quick drink at the end of our nightly walks, I went up on one Sunday to watch football and asked for a whisky and lemonade and I can assure you there was no whisky in it, I told the girl that as well, it fell on deaf ears, so I just drank the lager. Overall our stay was excellent except for the all inclusive whisky, would I go back, probably not, but someone who are unable to pay £4/5.000 for 2 people the big hotels, it's perfect

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

We stayed at the Grecian for 10 days. We are a family of 5 and if I could give the hotel 10 stars I would. The hotel and staff were simply wonderful and this is a hotel that I won’t hesitate to recommend to everyone. The breakfast they offer is one of the best I have ever had in any Cyprus hotel and we have been to plenty. The pool are is super clean and the staff around the pool are so helpful and nothing is too much. A special mention to Panikos who works tirelessly in keeping the pool clean and looking after guests. The front reception team are all so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much for them. The hotel manager Mr Zenios is also very kind and if you ever need some recommendations on places to eat he is your man. He recommended some absolute gems. Overall a fantastic experience and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again !

Just back from two wonderful weeks at Capo Bay Hotel with family and friends. This is our second time staying here. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean with huge well maintained grounds. Never once had a problem getting a sun bed. A perfect location next to beach, shops and restaurants etc. We had a standard room with partial sea view. The bed was massive with bath robes, slippers and toiletries provided. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us and worked so hard. There were so many choices at breakfast, which was delicious and the food was always piping hot. We were greeted each morning by the lovely Marietta who always had a big smile. Would we return again? An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

Very clean accommodation. Mrs Elena and her colleague at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Big minus was the food which was not OK for the price. Also please correct following: when I book all inclusive with snacks etc I wait that I will find snacks and not only some fruits.

Me and my wife spent our 20th wedding anniversary here , we wanted somewhere nice as we’ve been to protaras loads of times , and I must admit the pearl did not let us down , we couldn’t fault anything total 10/10 the hotel it’s self was gorgeous , the staff were fantastic and the food was superb , a nice touch at breakfast is the chef will cook you a fresh omelette of your choice , the ice cold flannels at the pool are a great idea and your fresh bowl of water melon , the room are immaculate , the hotel is situated right in the middle of the ***** so you don’t have to walk very far for shops or restaurants plus the hotel is right on the beach as well and just a 5 min walk to fig tree bay…..we totally love this place and probably back next year ❤️

As a family we have been going to protaras for about 20 years . We arrived on the 4th May and this was our 2nd time staying at The Constantine Great Beach Hotel and the standard of the housekeeping has declined dramatically compared to our 1st stay. This hotel states that it is a 5* hotel but unfortunately if they allow the maid service to continue as it is then they will lose there rating. On several occasions we were having to ask for towels,toilet rolls,tea and coffee and to have the milk replaced in our room.The maids were saying that they had done it but when checking again they hadn’t so having to chase the maids to get them to do there jobs and then being tutted at for asking for the things that they should be doing. We stayed for a week and in that week we didn’t get clean sheets,but they did make the beds. There was a clump of hair on our balcony which stayed there all week so it proved that the maids didn’t sweep or mop the balcony,dirty glasses were left for about 3 days until they removed them,rubbish was left on the balcony nearly all week . The final straw was when I went to use the UHT milk that they leave in your room for a cup of coffee . When I opened the milk it had gone hard and mouldy so I went to the reception to complain and make them aware of this. I had also filled out one of there questionnaire which I had pointed a few things out to them. The final straw came when I asked if I could have my money back for the late check out fee which was 30 euros because of the things that I had complained about. The front of house manger Maria said that she would ask the hotel manger. After leaving it for about an hour or so I went back to the reception to find out what the manger had said ,Maria said that he had said no which I replied was not good enough because of all the things that I had complained about,the next thing that Maria said to me was uncalled for and very very rude she told me that the next time I visited cyprus was to go and stay at the illiada hotel as though I wouldn’t be welcomed at the Constantinos , I replied to her by saying how rude she was and how dare she talk to me like that as I was a paying guest. I found the hotel manger and explained what had happened and he said he was going to sort it. If you are thinking of staying there and are expecting a 5* hotel expect to be disappointed as in my experience it is bearly reaching a 3* hotel and will continue to decline if they don’t sort out there housekeeping staff.

On arrival we were given a blue cocktail ,bottle of water& a sandwich and met by David & Vlad who were really helpfull & cheery to say it was 24.00 am after a long day we told our room was 104 and an upgrade but i think it was a family room but that wasnt a problem We requested on arrival to be put in diary to keep our room on our last day. The staff in the restaurant couldnt do enough for you and were always happy.The food was outstanding on every meal the lunch time menu was from steak to a wrap.There is a saxophonist & violinist that plays around the pool which is relaxing & also entertaining when the cleaning lady dances with her duster & trolley.I have to mention Peter & Karolina they never stop at the pool bar with cold flannels,slushes cocktails (thankyou) I think it is Nickoli in the bar on an evening he makes the best pina colarda& long island tea. There is a lovely touch of a sleep well note with bicuits left on your bed on an evening.They have thought of mostly everything at this hotel Nicos the manager is a very hands on & lovely person if you have any problems he will try to sort them for you.This hotel & staff are 5 star the only thing that spoilt it for us was the sunbed wars & it was the british that csused this.But having said that we have booked again for next year well done Nicos & team outstanding hotel 🙂

The location of the hotel is amazing, beautiful area of Cyprus, staff are lovely and attentive. There are however a few things that let this hotel down and put a slight negative on our stay. 1. We travelled as a family of 5, when booking (through TUI), we were told there would need to be 2 rooms which was fine. I emailed the hotel leading up to the stay a few times to ask if we could have rooms next to each other or an adjoining room, those emails were totally ignored, but when I asked if there were irons in the room, that email had a reply, I even responded to that email too asking about the room and was ignored. Absolutely fine if the request couldn't be granted, I think ignoring was not that great! it meant that at the end of the night, we had to go to different parts of the hotel and the night ended earlier as we had planned to sit on the balcony. 2. There isn't any entertainment in comparison to other hotels in the area. One night there was someone playing the saxophone for a little while whilst we had dinner and then another night there was someone playing some Greek music over dinner. Once we had dinner there was nothing at all, you could have a drink in the bar but there was no atmosphere really which was a shame as it felt like the evenings were the same and we just went to sleep in the separate parts of the hotel. I do think the hotel is missing out here. I think for the items listed above, we wouldn't return which is a shame because things could have been so different.

Well we were very excited about coming to this complex as it is new and has good reviews.we have been coming to Cyprus 45 years visiting our Turkish Cypriot family. We usually stay in kyrenia area but thought we would try the courtyard. We arrived Sunday and there was no cot for our baby. Asked every day and they said at reception the hotel was full and no cots available. They knew we were arriving with a baby. BUY MORE COTS ITS SIMPLE. No room service had to ask on Thursday for clean towels and sheets WHY? SUNDAY again had to ask in morning for room to be cleaned. 6 o'clock not done,back to reception. Housekeeping finished. It's very bad service We paid a lot of money for this holiday and so far have been very disappointed. We have another week yet. The hotel should have more English speaking staff the amount of English speaking visitors here. Also a good idea would be to have a canopy over the children's play area. It's in full sun and the baby pool has no shade either. I would not recommend this complex just yet it needs improvements
