Surprisingly clean and quiet. location is right at the beach.short walk from Jaffa. I was staying for 4 nights and it was a really pleasant stay. first time in a capsule hotel and it won't be the last. highly recommended.

Great location and the hotel provided us with the use of their business center, with light snacks and drinks daily. Hotel staffs are friendly and concierge service was superb in advising places to visit. Would love to stay there again if I ever go back to Tel-Aviv. Missing the city already!

The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the sea with direct access to the beach, which was a great plus. The food was excellent as well. The rooms were fairly clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the reservation – an overcharge due to a registration error. While the booking site was helpful and courteous, the hotel itself was unwilling to address the mistake or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and amenities were impressive, the management's handling of the billing issue was disappointing.

At first glance, the sea net hotel in Tel Aviv looked great. The lobby is clean, it has a dining room, conference room, and ~65 rooms. However, with a closer look, there is chipping paint, an unwelcoming staff, and an elevator that works 50% of the time. Once we arrived in the room, we instantly noticed the smell. The curtains, beds, sheets, carpet, and entire room smelled of smoke. When we approached the staff to help irrigate the smell, they gave us the “cleaning spray” and told us to do it ourselves. This “cleaning spray” smelled even worse than the smoke smell. Speaking of the sheets, on my 4th night I found a used band aid in the bed, and my friends found feces and blood stains. The housekeeping in the sea net hotel needs work, and that is a fact. There was even mold growing on the walls and the keycards to the rooms stopped working. We were even locked out to the bathroom and we’re told to fix it ourselves. The inside of the elevator was clean only every other day and only worked sometimes. While in the elevator we decided to visit the other floors to see if they were as bad as ours, when we reached floor 5, we found that it was completely unfinished, the walls are not up, wires are everywhere, machinery is everywhere, and mattresses were covering the floor. The roof wasn’t much better. On the roof, there is an entire shed filled with mattresses and chairs. There is also an abandoned bar and the leftovers of a bar/ restaurant. We even found some alcohol in a drawer. Finally, the food. The breakfast eggs were watery, and “melted our insides with each bite”. The rest got eh breakfast food was dry and looked like it was made by 5 year olds and not professional chefs. The best part was the toast. The dinner was constantly a mystery meat and when we asked what it was, we were declined an answer. The rice that accompanied the meat didn’t taste real. Overall, the Sea Net hotel is a sad replacement for what it once seemed to be. It seems like it could become its former self again with lots of work. The management team needs to step it up and take a role in bringing this hotel back. The one saving grace of the Sea Net hotel is its close proximity to the beach and the beautiful sunset and sunrise views from the roof.

The hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance. However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel. It really is good.

The most disappointing experience in a hostel what causes me to leave horrible reviews and comments, is regarding a double charge that was made to my card for my stay, there are two charges at different times and the refund of one of them is not reflected, I noticed this on my arrival the person that’s taking care of the WhatsApp number confirmed to me that their accounting team says that there is only one charge and that I should check with my card company; my card company has already contacted me and confirmed that there are two charges. At the moment of this review they are not answering me on WhatsApp after sharing all the evidence provided by my card company. In my opinion one person or more involved that works on the hostel are trying to scam with a double charge. That is leaving me very upset with their service and company. I’m looking forward for my refund the soon as possible, For not further complications and change this review

It has nice paintings on the walls. Good location with nice hot shower. For improvement, Hope during checkin, the bed number is also assigned so it is less prone of mistake. When i arrive i took a bed where there is no bed cover and no things around so i assume no one is occupying that, and i asked a staff to double check as well. But at night someone is claiming that bed. i have to move to another bed, so i did putting the bed and pillow cover TWICE.

We arrived late into Tel Aviv and wanted a hotel which is not too far from the airport, and yet located in an area where there are interesting things to see/do the following day. This hotel is only about 30km away, and suits our purpose. We arranged airport transfer with the hotel prior to our arrival, and they arranged this for us very promptly and efficiently. The taxi company contacted us via WhatsApp (with the free wifi at the airport), and everything worked out very smoothly for us. Our rooms were very spacious and quiet. We have all the necessary amenities that we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all very attentive and helpful. We were able to walk to the nearby Port, visited the Port Market, and strolled along the seafront promenade. There were many restaurants and shops along the stretch of the promenade and it was very lively. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Great location, close to the beach, many nice and friendly guests, with a very cool vibe. The rooms are spacious and the atmosphere was vibrant. The breakfast was the turn down. You could only choose 1 dish and it was not as great as i anticipated. The rest was very good.

First off, religious Jews should make sure not to stay here! When I checked in on Friday I asked the front desk for a metal key to use on Shabbat. It took her a while to find it, but she gave it to me. Before Shabbat began I ran an errand and when I returned to the hotel, I noticed that I needed to use my key card to swipe in. (This is presumably for security, as the front desk is located on the rooftop and there is really nothing going on on the entrance level.) I returned to the front desk and asked the woman there how to enter the hotel on Shabbat and she said that since I couldn't swipe, I could ring the bell. As a Shabbat-observant Jew I can't use either the electric key card or the electric doorbell on Shabbat, and I told her that. She told me ”well then you'll just have to find someone to ring for you.” Shabbat-observant Jews also won't ask someone to do something on Shabbat that they can't do themselves, so I had to wait outside the hotel for a very long time upon returning on Friday night and Saturday afternoon, until someone else came along who was going inside. More generally, there were a couple of gross cleanliness moments. I found a huge cockroach in my shower one morning. I also came back one evening to find the bathmat neatly folded, but sitting in the sink, which was odd and kind of gross. Additionally, the water coming out of the shower smelled persistently sulfuric, which is weird given that Israel has great tap water. Finally, the blackout curtains in my room were stuck closed on one side, obstructing my view from the window and restricting the amount of light that comes into the room. Mid way through my stay, while I was trying to close the curtains on the other side, the dangling handle you use to move the curtain fell off. Rather than fixing it, the housekeeping staff just pushed it under the curtains, where it remained until the end of my stay. All in all, it wasn't a nightmare stay or anything like that. The location is good (though *loud*), and the rooftop pool/lounge is nice. Still, I will never stay here again, certainly not over Shabbat, and if you are a Shabbat observant Jew, you won't want to stay here either.

TOLLES HOTEL, SUPER LAGE TOLLE SERVICE EINFACH TOLLES LAND DANKE 🌷🌷🌷

Great location at the 'entrance' to Jaffa with views of the sea, broad walk up the coastline with all the modern high rise of Tel Aviv. Old city behind has lots of charm, restaurants etc. One morning we comfortably walked along the seafront right up past the Hilton and back as well as all around the port area / centre of Jaffa. Hotel is beautifully and tastefully restored / built, it is charming and stylish. We felt welcomed on check-in (I think it was Dean) and although arrived early, our room was ready. We had booked a basic room but were very fortunate to get upgraded 2 levels to an Executive Room on the 4th floor (with access to Lounge). We overlooked the roundabout, views of sea and coastline, totally lovely. Room is beautifully designed, very comfortable, good size, fabulous large bathroom with separate rain shower. We were here 2 nights only which included Holocaust Memorial Day so all restaurants/leisure closed from 6pm in the whole of Israel. Luckily hotel catering remains open. One would have thought that as a guest of the hotel, they should make sure that there is space in their restaurant and only keep it for in-house guests. It was not the case. No space in restaurant but managed to eat in the bar which serves a limited 'milk' menu including sushi. It was still pleasant, we ordered a pizza to share which was decent. The lovely Sophie made the experience more pleasant and kindly remembered we wanted some milk to take back to our room for our Nespresso in the morning! A note on the 'Mediterranee', the Lounge incase you need to decide whether to book a room with access. It is only open 12:30-6:30 so great if you usually have lunch and beverages. The food is top notch. A fabulous, delicious and well presented array of mainly mezze dishes including various cold fish, some hot dishes (pasta and vegetables) as well as fruit and some sweet things. Wine, tea/coffee, some spirits but couldn't see any mixes apart from fruit juices. Lovely deck outside to sit and relax. Only negatives - staff can be a bit aloof and not very attentive or proactive, especially up on the pool area for service and cleaning up. - bed linen felt cheap (though towels nice), not high cotton count like one gets at most 5* properties I have been to Tel Aviv a couple of times before for business and stayed in one of the modern luxury high rise. If I came back, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

My husband & I went away for an overnight trip on the occasion of my birthday, to Tel Aviv & stayed at the Sheraton Grande Tel Aviv. Details make all the difference for the two of us. The caring and warmth of the staff is first and foremost. Cleanliness, Comfort and Style are other very important components of a successful stay at any hotel that we visit. From the time that David, one of the hotel receptionists, greeted us, we felt very welcome. Both of us were excited to find out that all our requests that were recorded on the Marriott Bonvoy Reservation were honored and even enhanced greatly. All the above should be attributed to Henri Levy, the incredibly caring and professional front office manager. Henri stayed in touch to make sure that each hotel guest was the focus of his attention. The suite that we stayed at is elegant, luxurious yet not ostentatious. Its aura is inviting and it is obvious that the hotel is a stickler for cleanliness. Excellent service in the lounge area comes with a smile from Mazal who greets you and makes sure that you’re able to get the help you need. Table service is provided by Elena who checks with you to see that hotel guests are enjoying the fare. We highly recommend that our friends and fellow travelers come visit Israel and plan on a stay at the Sheraton Grande Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv.

Very nice hotel friendly worker

Eventhough times our rough, the peace thought is there. Yves and his team from the business lounge go the extra mile to make our stay excellent and successful. The flexibility he brought up to make us and our customers feel well is worthwhile mentioning. He makes the difference and knows what customers satisfaction and excellence is.

In short, this hotel is completely overrated. Nice rooms, but not more than that. very expensive (1100$ per night) for a very standard room. The breakfast was minimalistic, and there was no variety whatsoever . for some reason, online, it appears that this hotel is adult only, but the hotel was full with children (take notice if you look for peace and quiet). Service was horrible and discriminating - the pool manager didn’t allow us to stay in the pool after the check out ( which is OK if it is hotel policy and enforced on everyone) and made sure yell to us across the pool that we have to leave the pool an hour before our checkout, this definitely made us feel unwanted and unwelcome. reception would not let us pay for late check out, but another couple that checked out at the same time as us were allowed to stay at the pool after checking out and returned to the pool without any issues after returning the room keys. I would expect more from a luxury hotel or as they call themselves. We paid an exorbitant price and had a very bad experience, I won’t be back to this hotel for sure because I don't really like being treated differently than others. I would recommend you to look for luxury somewhere else.

The Dan Hotel in Tel Aviv was decades ago a nice hotel. Since then, it became neglected. The executive suite looks dark, the furniture and carpet would need a complete makeover. The access to and the pool area itself don’t look inviting at all. Those resemble more common areas of a 3 Star hotel. Views towards the ocean are nice, the location is absolutely the best, however the rest not so much. Out of necessity of creating revenue, the hotel works also with large local groups (the cheapos!). Encountering them at breakfast was a nightmare since those low class individuals think that they are at a State fair and they absolutely have no consideration for other guests of the hotel. Every single one of them was loud and obnoxious. No manners. Unfortunately at the current stage I can’t recommend this property, let alone the Dan being considered part of the LHW group.

We spent an incredible weekend at the Ritz Carlton Herzliya, and it was beyond perfect for our family! Not only was the hotel exceptionally welcoming to kids, but they also made our stay extra special by surprising us celebrate my birthday. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The kids were thrilled with the welcome treats, and we were surprised with a personalized birthday celebration, including a beautifully decorated room and a delicious cake. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the weekend unforgettable! We loved the pool and we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation also at the spa. The spa services were exceptional ! The staff were always friendly, polite, and incredibly responsive to any request we had! They anticipated our needs without us even having to ask! They really made a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

I booked a room with a balcony which gave me the option to spend the evening outside. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom functional but a little bit strange being along the full side of the room. The bed is comfortable and they offer a present which, along with the room makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast offers a lot of different international options - for Europeans at first probably a little bit difficult to get the set up and how it is organzied. From the hotel it's a short walk to the very, very nice beach, so you might even use the hotel for vacation. Unfortunately I was here for business and was not able to use as much time on the beach as I should have - next time I will add another day. There are restaurants and shops in close distance to the hotel.

The rooms were great, we slept on the 2nd floor just in front the main road. We complained about the noise from the road and immediately they replaced our room to a quiet room. The breakfast was amazing and tasteful

The hotel is nice, in a good location, and we will probably come back to it. What we were quite upset about was the gap of information between Agoda, where we have purchased the stay, to the hotel itself: - According to Agoda, there is a restaurant in the hotel. Actually there isn't. Only breakfast is available (which is quite good!) - In Agoda it states that parking is free. But the hotel requested 65 shekel per night for parking. There is a free public lot nearby, but it is small and you need luck to find an available space. - During booking through Agoda we requested two twin beds - it was never reached the hotel. Luckily, the hotel has another room which they switched for us with no extra charge.

A notre arrivée en soirée, nous avions oublié à Jerusalem, nos passeports français et le petit ticket bleu permettant de ne pas payer la taxe. La jeune fille de la réception trés aimable nous précise qu'il sera possible de régulariser ensuite. Etant de nouveau à Herzlia la semaine suivante j'apporte les documents manquants et des photocopies et là je suis reçu par le front office manager (M.Isaac ?) qui m'indique que je pourrai me faire rembourser à l'aéroport ce dont je doute. (avec raison puisque le bureau tax free m'a refusé tout rembour*****t). Alors que je demande à ce M.Isaac à rencontrer un responsable pour avoir confirmation de ses dires, il refuse d'appeler qui que ce soit et me demande de quitter les lieux. Il va même prétendre que je l'ai insulté ce qui est totalement faux. Cette mésaventure m'a couté 300 ILS et il est évident que je ne retournerai plus dans cet hôtel Dommage.

Shower head fell off first go, also neighbor was having sex and making very loudly but that’s just funny. The receptionist put a $250 usd hold on my card which lasted for over a month which was annoying, I don’t understand why they did that I prepaid for everything already. She also asked manager all the time so maybe just a new worker.

This hotel is simply run down and in a very poor state of repair. We arrived looking for the Ramada only to find it has since changed brand - this made it very confusing. The sign had literally just been taken down and placed on the floor on the ground floor security reception. After taking the elevator to the main reception I experienced an extremely rude check in. A young Ukrainian girl (who I didn’t see again, this was a Saturday) tried everything she could to make me feel unwelcome. After demanding various forms of documentation she threatened to call the police and told me that by checking in I was doing something illegal and would inform security. Very weird. Next she claimed I had no breakfast included despite my booking clearly stating I did, I even showed this to her but she offered no interest and refused to help. As a ‘gesture of goodwill’ she offered me a voucher for breakfast for one day - with a date expiry of the following morning - even though I was staying for 5 nights. When I protested I was met with more comments about illegality. I then had to spend 2 hours of my holiday speaking with *********** who then had to contact the hotel on my behalf to confirm I had indeed paid for breakfast. I just wanted to leave. The only reason I stayed was (despite my protests to booking and comments that the hotel has been incorrectly advertised and hostile) booking would not cancel and refund my reservation. So it was lose my money and leave or put it with it. I stayed but had all sorts of issues on my stay such as a broken television, flooding bathroom and one day I even did not get housekeeping services and had to clean my own room and request towels that never arrived. Seriously if you want a stress free holiday, avoid this place and ride entitled staff.

Had to spend a night here due to an early start at the airport. Room was ok and was clean, but a bit dated. Bed comfy. Seems to be a bit of a resort hotel, but as I was just an overnight traveller, I didn’t use the facilities. Sports bar staff had a horrendous attitude, complaining about empty glasses not being returned. Service there wasn’t great. However the salads from the bar menu were epic - large portions and very tasty. Would come back here if I had to, but wouldn’t be first choice.
