There was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday. It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

L'hôtel est vraiment très bien, le personnel est bienveillant et ils font tous leurs possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Cependant la chambre n'était pas composé d'un lit double mais de deux lits simples confortable tout de même. Mais le plus embêtant c'est le simple vitrage et les rideaux qui laisse entrer de la lumière. Pour un quatre étoiles et assez surprenant mais le séjour c'est tout de même bien passé et la bienveillance du personnel rajoute vraiment une expérience satisfaisant, merci beau à leurs travaillent quotidien ! Ps : n'hésitez surtout pas à prendre le petit déjeuner, il est sous forme de buffet et ils est vraiment bon! De plus si vous devez prendre l'avion le lendemain avant l'ouverture du buffet vous aurez le droit à un bon pic-nik préparé par eux ☺️

The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

I agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. Der Service sowie das Essen waren gut für den Preis, reichlich Auswahl und frisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist fast direkt am Strand, jedoch ist es schwierig einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden. Der Balkon vom Zimmer hat einen seitlichen Meerblick gehabt. Empfehlenswert für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in Arenal.

El hotel está un poco alejado del centro pero la línea 4 de autobús te lleva hasta allí. El personal de recepción es súper amable y simpático, te ayudan o proporcionan la información que necesitas, es lo mejor del hotel. Puedes tener una plancha de ropa dejando una fianza de 20 e que te devuelven el día de salida. Las habitaciones están bastante viejas y huelen como a rancio mezclado con humedad. En el baño hace bastante frío ya que tiene una rendija abierta que da directamente a la calle y no se puede cerra ni tapar. Es una pena porque las habitaciones tienen mucho potencial si se les hiciese una pequeña reforma. Las vistas desde la terraza del hotel son maravillosas al puerto.

На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко. Номер большой, просторный, чистый!

I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

I would 100% tell you to AVOID this place. One of the bartenders stole my AirPods whilst I dipped in the pool for no longer than 5 minutes, I knew who had them because I could track them on my phone and once I confronted him him proceeded to run out of the hotel. The manager did nothing to help me and took his side. I then waited for the bartender to turn back up and set the alarm off on the air pods and it went off in the man’s pocket where he was then forced to give them back. And after all of this the manager STILL took the mans side and did nothing for me. Do not go there your belongings WILL be stolen from you.

This is the best place in the world! The receptionist are warm and welcoming. The food was perfection. The beds are extremely comfortable. Every staff paid attention to detail. My favourites where Cesaer and David - this 2 should be a comedy due - hilarious 😂, they made us laugh so much. Every member of their staff are kind, I love it here and I hope to be back again soon.

What a fantastic hotel! We spent a week there on a bed & breakfast basis in a Star Prestige Junior Suite. The staff welcomed us with a lovely glass of fizz and fresh fruit whilst they checked us in. We were allocated beautiful rooms on the 6th floor with amazing views of the sea. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well equipped with toiletries, hairdryer, iron, safe and well stocked mini bar. We had access to the roof top sun deck with infinity pool, bar and sun loungers. The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Lots of choice of drinks and lovely fresh snacks. We also made use of the prestige lounge which was a lovely relaxing space with a wide selection of hot drinks. Soft drinks and fresh snacks throughout the day. Our concierge, Felicity, was so friendly and helpful all week with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings. Breakfast was very good, everything you could think of, all freshly made and good quality and excellent gluten free and dairy free options. Great location, lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby and only a short taxi ride to Palma. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

We have been recommended to stay here many times by friends who visit twice a year. We were not disappointed in any way. The buffet was extremely varied and catered for everyone. So much to choose from. The pool (although colder than the sea) was very refreshing in the heat of the day. The location is perfect. Easy to get the bus into Palma for €2 each and buses run every 15 mins until 11 pm. Alternatively the walkway along the sea, all the way into Palma is just great to do. It’s approximately 7/8 km but so much to see and do on the way. We particularly love planes so asked for a seafront superior room as the planes are many! Depending on the wind direction, you might see them landing or taking off. We found this just brilliant. There are a few supermarkets nearby where you can get very reasonably snacks, wine etc to have on your balcony whilst watching the sunset. Just lovely

Tolles Hotel für einen Winter-Kurztrip. Die Lage ist super, 200m zum Strand (trotzdem nicht zu sehr im Party-Tourismus), Autobahn ist 1 min entfernt (ideal wenn man einen Mietwagen hat und Anschluss an die Insel haben möchte). Die Zimmer haben einen kleinen Kühlschrank und sehr bequeme Betten. Das Essen ist für ein 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend gut. Toll: Im Winter ist der Außenpool beheizt (24/25°) und man kann sogar im Februar Nachmittags, wenn die Sonne scheint, schwimmen.!
