Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet gebucht. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich und für jeden Geschmak war etwas dabei, sehr lecker. Leider konnte das Personal nicht immer deutsch. Dies ist dann wohl auf den Fachkräftemangel zurück zuführen.
Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet mit Balkon. Nachts ist ein Dämmerlich angegangen, wenn man aufgestanden ist. Das Bad war sauber. Die Größe und Einrichtung angemessen.
Wir haben beschlossen das Hotel ein weiteres Mal zu buchen.

The hotel is at such nice location! Just superb! We experienced great service, especially hotel being booked out they been able to move us around well and found something. Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around.
2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc. there should be small child corner at dinner buffet, some pIzza, nuggets, frenchfries, rice, parika, gurken, etc. simple. For adults the dinner buffet is quite nice, for children, rather limited, if your kids are special with food. so dinner we had to eat always outside, which was pity.

I would highly recommend this hotel, the location is great, the staff is super helpful, pleasant and professional! They really make tou feel welcome! They gave us the best tips on sight seeing and their food recommendations were fab! Housekeeping is also great. We used the sauna and truly enjoyed it. All in all its a five star stay👌👌

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Wir hatten in diesem Hotel 2 Übernachtungen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß gehalten und mit Balkon der Platz zum entspannen am Abend bietet ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker und ausgiebig. Parkplatz hätte man auf jeden Fall vorher dazu buchen sollen, da diese nach gewisser Zeit nicht mehr zu haben waren. Mann kann jedoch in der Umgebung ( kostenpflichtig) trotzdem einen Platz finden zum Parken. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und der Strand war ca 2min Laufweg entfernt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer anzutreffen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

整晚被噪音吵得沒睡着，以至於第二天暈頭轉向，不得不吃止疼葯。嚴重影響次日行程，非常失敗的一次入住！
酒店的中央空調（或通風系統），有特別大的噪音，即使是關掉了房間內的AC，仍然整晚吵得好像在機艙裏。尤其是正對長走廊的那幾個房間。反而靠裡面lobby方向的，還會安靜一點，但又沒有view可言。
作為一個五星酒店，提供一個舒適的睡眠怎麼也是必須的吧！這方面真是太差了。吵到實在忍無可忍，半夜三點換房間。還好夜班服務員態度很好，開了另外幾間，來挑。而且她也說知道有的房間就是這樣的問題。看來這是多次被抱怨噪音。這就是我知道這一排房間都這樣吵的原因。
所以更確認了這是樓裏AC系統問題，如果不想整晚像在機艙裏面一樣白噪聲和嘯叫，一定要避坑。
而且酒店的床特別不舒服，是那種最窄的0.8米小床，還沒加墊子，大床房就是把倆小床並一起。雙床即使分開一條窄縫。雖然歐洲很多都這樣，但就完全不能稱5星的標準。前台的人，從頭到尾態度都很傲慢，也沒任何錶示抱歉的意思。
這一點上，強推不來梅的萬豪，床品舒適極了。
不過 有一說一，酒店的位置、景觀和早餐確實都很棒。步行去城裡一切景點。門口停車晚上（18:00-次日10:00）免費，白天全天6歐。
表演攜程的工作人員：對客戶很負責，跟酒店battle。服務態度很好。

GGuest UserMy wife and I have just returned home after a two nights stay in Das James. This should be a 5 star hotel - staff is incredibly friendly and is on the forefront constantly - everything here is of a very very high standard and interior everywhere is modern and elegant. Best spa-pool-terrace-sauna area we have seen so far. Breakfast is fantastic. We had the gourmet menu in Restaurant Das Grace - also fantastic both in terms of staff and the delicious meal. The bar is beyond imagination superb - the bartender Mr. M.A. Coldeway makes magic with a combination of his great personality and his innovative touch when preparing drinks - don’t miss out on this guy when you are here👍👍👍

HHaopiqilanmaoWas kept up all night by the noise so dizzy the next day that I had to take painkillers. It seriously affected the itinerary for the next day, a very failed stay!
The hotel's central air conditioner (or ventilation system) has a particularly loud noise. Even if the AC in the room is turned off, it is still noisy all night as if you are in the cabin. Especially those rooms facing the long corridor. On the contrary, it will be quieter if it is towards the lobby direction inside, but there is no view at all.
As a five-star hotel, it is necessary to provide a comfortable sleep! This aspect is really bad. The noise was so unbearable that we changed rooms at three o'clock in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the waiter on the night shift has a good attitude, so I opened a few other rooms, let's choose. And she also said that she knows that some rooms have such problems. It appears this is the noise that has been complained about multiple times. That's why I know this row of rooms is so noisy.
So it is more confirmed that this is a problem with the AC system in the building. If you don’t want the white noise and howling like in the cabin all night, you must avoid pits.
Moreover, the bed in the hotel is very uncomfortable. It is the narrowest 0.8-meter small bed without a cushion. The big bed room is to put two small beds together. The twin beds are separated by a narrow gap. Although many in Europe are like this, it cannot be called a 5-star standard at all. The people at the front desk, from the beginning to the end, were arrogant and didn't show any apologies.
In this regard, the Marriott in Bremen is strongly recommended, and the bedding is extremely comfortable.
But one thing to say, the hotel's location, view and breakfast are really great. Walk to all sights in town. Parking at the gate is free at night (18:00-10:00 the next day), and 6 Euros all day during the day.
The staff of Ctrip: they are very responsible to customers, and they battle with the hotel. The service attitude is very good.

BBilginMaritim, a name known worldwide! this one very nice to the water, but the hotel for sure needs renovation of the rooms. Breakfast is very nice and also a nice pool inside. worst part was u get a room, with a kitchen, but all is missing in the kitchen.

GGuest UserWe booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German. This is probably due to a shortage of skilled staff.
The rooms were well furnished with balconies. At night, it was dim when you got up. The bathroom was clean. The size and furnishings were adequate.
We have decided to book the hotel again.
