It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. The good points: 1. Friendly staff, 2. A secure and safe place, 3. Clean, 4. The aircon works very well, 5 Centrally located, 6. Excellent value. 7. Good onsite restaurant. Bad points: Breakfast supply does not seem to be replenished after 8:00am Tips: Go for your breakfast early. Would I stay at this place again if I visit the city again? Absolutely!

The staffs are so accomodating. The resort naman is nice and clean.. and i will definitely visit again. The kids really enjoyed our stay. Mejo maalon lang kaya d maxado nkapagswimming ng matagal. Sarap sna mag snorkling kaso maalon nabubugaw mga fish and mejo mabato. Wala din signal pero ok lang nmnnkase mas makakpagbonding ang family but u can go at their lobby if u need a wifi naman.

The room 208 where we stayed is spacious. With window but we can't open. The air conditioning was good. We had television, a cabinet, a table, and a monoblock chair. We also had two towel. The cabinet had one hanger that was fixed there. We didn't have other means to hang our clothes. The shower has heater. Just takes time to work. Though it leaks for a while after you close it. The CR also had a sink and a mirror. But we didn't have soap in the CR. We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think it's included. If you need room service, you need to tell them. The location is near the convention center and the boulevard, and just walking distance to the church, and the lakwatsa souvenir shop. It's not far from the airport either. All places in the city can be reached via trike. Just 15 pesos fare. Except from and to the airport. It's 300 pesos.

Hotel venue is very convenient as it is near the airport.. rooms were big ,clean and tidy, friendly staff.. buffet breakfast is lacking..with no choices for vegetarians like myself.. ample parking space for guests .. I have no expectations for this hotel as it’s not very expensive. We did have a good sleep .. all in all it is very good for a hotel in the countryside..

To the management, Please start by insuring your imployees know that a hotel is a ”home away from home” . Please make sure that employees are equipped with proper training and seminars so that they can provide the high quality of service to the guests. Then make sure that the establishment looks like Home/Hotel, since during my visit it looks like a apartment. Lastly, please be advice that this is not a pure criticism, this is actually a constructive criticism to make sure that your business is highly compliant with the department of tourism guidelines and international ratings. Remember, guests pays for the service that they deserve. Hoping that this might help you guys. Til we meet again!

Stayed here for 5 nights, more than enough time for me to say that the hotel rooms were poorly soundproofed. You can hear what’s going on in the function hall which was just right across the hotel rooms. If you are a light sleeper, book rooms on the opposite side of function hall. Some rooms were still under renovation, in fact, our room smells freshly painted. The hotel is very close to the airport but far from the city center. Breakfast is free.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Looking forward to stay here once again with my family. Thank you very much Winzelle! Maybe the WiFi system can be improved so that we can easily communicate with our families in the abroad, but so far the location is good, its surrounding buildings and shops are also good to explore the beauty of Zamboanga City. Looking forward in visiting Zamboanga City again. Gracias Trip and Winzelle!

Hotel is located at the city proper. 2mins walk from SM Windpro. Room is neat and tidy. Good source of water because not all hotel in Zam have a good one. They accept early check in depends on room availability and your flexibility on bed configuration. Hotel buffet breakfast is served. Mostly no pork. Hotel staffs are hands on and very attentive on our request. They even ask how’s our stay before check out.
Marcian Garden Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel many times, but each time I experience more and more problems. The restaurant is in the centre well of the hotel and is incredibly noisy. Marcian caters for seminars & conventions and are the cheapest around. So there are few individual tables , mostly long 6-8 ones to cater for the attendees. Also if one is a foreigner the breakfast is appalling. For a start to cater for a select minority they do not serve bacon or pork, nor do they serve wine or spirits. The staff are great and most helpful. The rooms are fine and the housekeeping excellent. The rain shower in the room was more like a drizzle, either stone cold or boiling hot. If one needs internet this place is a disaster, the IT manager tried many times to connect us, but explained it was PLDT that was the problem, even my Globe prepaid Internet would not load. When I was able to connect I was told PLDT will not allow the hotel to use a VPN. It seems this is some form of imposed censorship on customers.
