Kemudahan: Kemudahan yang disediakan sangat lengkap, seperti sabun dobi, losyen badan, gunting, kit jahitan, peti sejuk, peti besi, kabel pengecas berbilang kepala, malah terdapat tab mandi kaki (beg khas untuk setiap orang). Selepas pulang dari Macau pada waktu malam, merendam kaki terasa sangat selesa. Kebersihan: Sangat bersih, tiada bau busuk, dan tiada kulat, yang sangat jarang berlaku memandangkan kawasan ini sangat lembap. Persekitaran: Terdapat tingkap dari lantai ke siling yang menghadap ke Gongbei Port dan Macau, dengan pemandangan yang tidak terhalang. Walau bagaimanapun, ia sangat sunyi, tiada bunyi bising. Di tingkat bawah terdapat pusat membeli-belah dengan banyak restoran dan pasar raya, sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan: Di tingkat bawah, pengurus hotel akan membantu berhubung dengan kaunter penyambut tetamu hotel, mengiringi tetamu ke tingkat lima, membantu dengan bagasi, dan semasa daftar masuk terdapat cenderahati dan buah-buahan selamat datang. Mereka juga akan mengesyorkan tempat makan dan tarikan menarik berdekatan.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Chao Zhou Riverside because of its strategic location for Guang Ji Qiao lighting show from my window. The staff were friendly and attentive, namely Miss Jenny Zhang, who served us promptly at the counter. Another guy, Mr Tom Fang,   took hiring and calling for the 'Didi travel' to and fro for our dinner. Moreover, Mr Jason Chen,who is the 值班经理 also acted friendly, deligent, helpful, and professional in his  services for our stay and tour. In fact, we appreciated it very much for such a warmth hospitality. Besides, the room was clean and conducive, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere here. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and memorable. We look forward to returning soon and introduce to friends and relatives as well.

Menginap di Mercure Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street sangat selesa. Pertama, lokasinya sangat strategik, betul-betul di pusat Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road. Bilik-bilik bersih, dan kakitangan bilik serta cik Momo di kaunter penyambut tetamu sangat peramah. Kemudahan bilik juga sangat baik, bantal selesa dan katil empuk. Secara keseluruhannya, saya pasti akan datang lagi!

It was a nice and pleasant stay. The room is clean and user friendly. Amenities are comprehensive, staffs are helpful. The most important thoughtful part is they provide a service for you to purchase their bedding and pillow through their site. This is a wonderful ideas with trial use before purchase. Love it!

Very nice facilities and extremely comfortable bed. It’s high up and so you can see the edges of Macau. Classic Chinese buffet breakfast but it sure was satisfying. Short walk from both Gongbei Port and various types of Zhuhai night life. The train station is also 15 minutes away! The only real complaint was the staff, one of which didn’t seem to be able to change the speed of their speech so I could understand, and the other who - despite doing so with an impeccably friendly smile - wouldn’t stop trying to tell me about some sort of promotion(?) despite insisting I was about to be late for my train.

This is a great hotel and very good for foreign travellers. The location is central and helps with accessing the various companies throughout Dongguan. The hotel is very luxurious and well maintained. The room I stayed in was very quiet so I was able to rest very comfortably. The best part of the stay was how friendly all the staff were, every single one. They really treat you well here. Will stay here again.

Extremely convenient location to shops and restaurants. Once you exit the hotel, you're already in the shopping area! The hotel room was clean and amenties were complete. The hotel itself has its own Chinese dimsum restaurant, gym and swimming pool, as well as a coffee/cocktail bar! Definitely worth another stay when visiting Midtown and Joy Manor - too much to see for a one-night stay.

We love everything about Jianhai Apartment. The location, the people and the service. The location is very convenient, as we can find several local restaurant, minimart and fast food chain. The people is very friendly and helpful...they responded very quickly and gave solution to any question we had. The room itself is cleaned, homey and perfect to cater family of 6 like us 😍😍😍

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。
