I recently stayed at this hotel and had a really pleasant experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the little details like complimentary bottled water and good-quality toiletries. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy each day. The hotel facilities were also impressive. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything tasted fresh. I especially enjoyed the local dishes. The location was very convenient too — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a great location overlooking the Han River, very close to the ancient city. The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable beds. The real highlight was the staff, JiaJia was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chaozhou.

Lokasinya hebat, dengan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Beijing Road yang sibuk di tingkat bawah. Memesan bawa pulang juga sangat mudah, dengan robot kecil menghantar dengan cepat. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah, menjadikannya sangat mudah untuk berjalan terus dari pusat membeli-belah ke pintu masuk kereta api bawah tanah pada hari musim panas.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

Very nice facilities and extremely comfortable bed. It’s high up and so you can see the edges of Macau. Classic Chinese buffet breakfast but it sure was satisfying. Short walk from both Gongbei Port and various types of Zhuhai night life. The train station is also 15 minutes away! The only real complaint was the staff, one of which didn’t seem to be able to change the speed of their speech so I could understand, and the other who - despite doing so with an impeccably friendly smile - wouldn’t stop trying to tell me about some sort of promotion(?) despite insisting I was about to be late for my train.

One of the best hotels in Dongguan for location and for business travelers. The view of the Dongugan ITC is outstanding and the civic center area in general is filled with malls for all price ranges and optoions. Facilities wise they have a gym and a tennis court. Formerly an outdoor pool though I guess not anymore or not in the winter months. Still a great option I think for the city and now it has two subway lines connected to the station to take you wherever you need to go in the city, it's also one stop away from Qifeng park.

Pullman Hotel Zhu Hai, a hotel you never want to miss. We did a Staycation at this hotel for my wife's birthday, which brought many surprises. The rooms were spacious with warm decorations for the celebration. The staff are amiable take care of our needs. Special thanks to desk manager Jackie and Elena for their relentless hospitality throughout our stay. Thank You, Pullman Hotel.

We love everything about Jianhai Apartment. The location, the people and the service. The location is very convenient, as we can find several local restaurant, minimart and fast food chain. The people is very friendly and helpful...they responded very quickly and gave solution to any question we had. The room itself is cleaned, homey and perfect to cater family of 6 like us 😍😍😍

因為深夜抵達，訂好房間直接聯繫了管家uki，溝通了房間需求，到酒店時一切都準備好了，非常滿意。但是有個小插曲，外賣小哥讓我們下樓拿外賣，長途奔波實在太累了想讓酒店送上來（酒店有這項服務，而且有送餐機器人），保安讓小哥通知我們聯繫前台，我們跟前台溝通好之後，左等右等沒等到，外賣小哥又來催我們，我們説放保安那兒吧，保安不給放，也不接電話，也不告訴小哥應該放哪兒，也不讓小哥放前台，不知道為什麼跟小哥槓上了，拒不溝通解決問題。我老公有點兒急了要下去看看，我説你別去了我去吧，喊了大堂經理一起。結果大堂經理的態度更讓我迷惑，他説他們沒有及時去取是因為他們剛剛接到電話，對於我的訴求表示明白，説外賣小哥跟保安應該是有些口角。但是沒有教育保安，而是給我上了一課，告訴我應該怎麼去符合酒店標準的訂外賣。我正常下單寫了房間號，最後還被教育了。酒店設施不錯，周邊景色及環境都可以，管家uki也非常好，明明不是她的錯一直表示抱歉。但是最近兩次入住大堂經理、服務人員、保安的服務都不專業，存在跟客人甩臉子、矛盾轉嫁、不提升自身服務而去要求客人的情況。
