Hotel ini terletak di tengah-tengah segala-galanya. Dari pintu utama, sebelah kiri adalah kompleks membeli-belah teemall, gerai jalanan menjual F&B, cenderahati, dll. Gaodi Street (pasar borong pakaian dalam & kasut). Dermaga Tianzi untuk lawatan malam sungai mutiara hanya 13 minit berjalan kaki. Di sebelah kanan ialah Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk & kuil Dafo yang terkenal. Hotel ini adalah bangunan 30 tingkat. Lobi di tingkat bawah. Tingkat 2 - 12 adalah komersial. 13 - 28 adalah bilik teka. 29 adalah kawasan sarapan hotel. Ke-30 ialah dobi, mesyuarat & gim. Kad bilik yang diperlukan untuk lif untuk mengakses tingkat 13 dan seterusnya. Bilik bersih dengan kemudahan asas. Saya suka TV besar dengan saluran percuma untuk ditonton & mangkuk tandas pintar. Tekanan air pancuran adalah kuat. Hanya pancuran mandian atas akan menitiskan air sejuk ke kepala saya jika saya mandi lebih daripada 10 minit. Semua hotel yang saya lawati mempunyai masalah yang sama. Tilam padat, tetapi bantal terlalu lembut. Saya menginap selama 4N, pembersih hotel akan datang untuk mengemas bilik setiap hari & menyediakan 2 botol air mineral 500ml. Bagi sarapan pagi hotel, makanannya pelbagai dengan sedikit makanan barat & lebih tempatan. Bubur, nasi, mee & sup, pencuci mulut, salad, buah-buahan, dll. Alangkah baiknya jika hotel menyediakan dimsum untuk sarapan pagi. Yang melucukan ialah hotel ini hanya menyediakan garpu Barat, sudu kecil porselin cina & penyepit kayu. Gabungan pelik 😆 Hotel ini juga menyediakan mesin penimbang untuk lugagge di lobi bersebelahan kaunter pendaftaran. Daftar masuk & daftar keluar adalah mudah. Anda perlu membawa bagasi sehingga ke tepi jalan untuk sampai ke teksi kerana kereta tidak dapat masuk. Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah penginapan yang memuaskan. Disyorkan.

Is near to digital building. If you wanted to purchase phone cover, charger and other electronic gadgets, this is the right place to stay. The only down part is poor sound insulation but still able to sleep at night.

The hotel is located right next to Fumin station, literally 20 steps. The room was clean and on the cosy side - it would be quite cramped if you had lots of luggage however we were only staying one night and had very little belongings so it was perfect. The shower was hot and the bed was really comfortable especially the pillow (very good memory foam!) and bed sheets were silky soft. The hotel is non smoking and so were the rooms. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the second floor with great beef, and some noodle shops on the ground floor which we went to for breakfast/lunch. The staff also gifted a cute bottle of handcream upon checking out!

Semuanya bufet pula🤣 Untuk bilik tetamu, kegemaran saya adalah untuk menginap di hotel ibu bapa dan anak, kerana ibu boleh menyediakan lebih sedikit barang, seperti tab mandi kanak-kanak, tempat tidur, katil bayi, (sila beritahu wanita di meja depan semasa mendaftar masuk) najis penggalak, tikar tandas kanak-kanak, selipar kanak-kanak, Penyidai baju kanak-kanak semua dan kelengkapan mandian kanak-kanak ada~👍🏻Tapi celah tepi katil dan katil agak besar, dan baby tersangkut beberapa kali di tengah-tengah. malam🤣 Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah sangat baik , penuh bertenaga~ Abang cakap tahun depan dia datang lagi untuk birthday🫶🏻

Oleh kerana itu adalah sambutan hari lahir, pesanan itu telah diubahsuai untuk memerlukan tingkat tinggi untuk menyambut hari lahir Tanpa diduga, selepas mendaftar masuk, wanita di meja depan memberitahu saya bahawa terdapat kejutan di dalam bilik mendapati bahawa bilik itu telah dihias dengan teliti, dan lagu ucapan selamat ulang tahun ditayangkan di atas meja saya juga melawat tempat berbentuk hati dengan kelopak bunga ros yang segar. Very good service actually, very apparent when you enter the hotel. Location is just next to metro, extremely convenient location. But ultimately it's really the service standards that's outstanding, the most outstanding in my whole trip from Guangzhou to shenzhen and Hong Kong. Excellent.

Sangat Berpuas Hati. Kali ini saya datang bersama kawan-kawan selama dua hari satu malam untuk berehat. Dan pilih untuk berdiam diri pada hari bekerja. Bilik ini sangat bersih dan terang, dan pemandangan di luar adalah hijau. Terdapat pembersih di mana-mana dan persekitarannya tidak buruk.  Makan malam bufet pameran kuil: Kualiti makanan adalah baik dan terdapat ruang yang cukup. Anda boleh makan dan bermain sambil berjalan, dan anda boleh duduk dan makan apabila anda letih. Terdapat juga makanan dari negara yang berbeza, termasuk pembuka selera, makanan, pencuci mulut dan minuman. Waktu buka adalah dari jam 18:00-22:00, Saya dan rakan-rakan pergi ke tempat lain untuk makan apabila kami kenyang, dan kembali untuk makan apabila kami lapar.  Dan mereka mempunyai tenaga kerja yang mencukupi. Sikap perkhidmatannya 10% baik, mesra dan sopan. Sayangnya saya tidak keluar bermain atau men***uh basikal pada hari hujan. Location is great with two train stations at the door step. Breakfast is good enough. Most importantly, Service is immaculate! Very helpful and friendly! Will choose to stay here again when I come to Shenzhen again! 👍🏻

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Shenzhen train station, which takes less than 8 mins walk through the underpass. Was happy to have the room upgraded to 22nd floor. The room view was spectacular with the border of HK and the City of Shenzhen, including the railway track consisting of high speed rail train and slow train. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices to pick from. Was actually thrilled to receive the spa voucher of 88 but alas, it was a disappointment as the service was poor. I came at 10pm, after changing my booking. The person in charge, just came hurriedly and spoke to me in Chinese( whereby my Chinese language was not so good as I am still a beginne) quickly and left me all alone by myself. As the massage room was in another area, where you need to step out from changing room, I was waiting for 10 mins to get a changing gown as I was only given a towel and disposable underwear. I went looking around for the attendant and found most of them in the front of entrance and none in the room, attending or checking on me. I just left without doing the massage. I report this to the hotel manager the next day, as I tried calling the guest service center and operator a couple of times after the incidentto give them feedback but nobody picks up the phone!

The suite was amazingly big and comfortable for a reasonable price. Location is great, like 4mins walk to Guomao station. Surrounding filled with shopping malls, variety of food outlets and most of all many clean and reasonable prices massage parlour around. The services was exceptional fantastic especially kudos to Eason who is very approable, friendly and attentive to your five star services needs and enquiries. Giving the hotel a top notch service experience. The buffet breakfast has a vast variety and the revolving Restaurant on 50th floor has amazing views, vast variety of food selections and live seafood buffet menu at a fantastic price. Will definitely return to visit this hotel of choice when I return to Shenzhen. 套房非常大而且舒適，而且價格合理。 地點很好，步行4分鐘到國貿站。 周圍佈滿了購物中心、各種食品店，最重要的是周圍有許多乾淨且價格合理的按摩院。 服務非常出色，尤其值得稱讚的是 Eason，他非常友善、細心，對您的五星級服務需求和詢問非常關注。 為飯店帶來一流的服務體驗。 自助早餐種類繁多，位於 50 樓的旋轉餐廳享有迷人的景色、種類繁多的食物選擇和價格優惠的活海鮮自助菜單。 當我回到深圳時，我一定會再次選擇這家酒店。

it was an amazing experience staying in the genpla hotel. all the staffs are very friendly, helpful. the place is very new, clean and spacious. the house keeping even wrote me a personal note and gave me extra pencils and paper because i asked for one more pencil once. They are very thoughtful, the service is way better than the 5 stars international hotels. the hotel is also close to a mall and mtr. very convenient. i highly recommend to friends and everyone!

This stay at this hotel was truly a delightful experience! Thank you to Miss Jossce at the front desk, who enthusiastically helped us upgrade our room, bringing us unexpected surprises and comfort. The entire environment of the hotel is exquisitely elegant, with both the lobby and the rooms decorated in a warm and sophisticated manner. Every detail reflects meticulous care and quality. As night fell, the hotel's ambiance became even more praiseworthy. The soft lighting and serene atmosphere made one feel as if they were in a secluded paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. The night view outside the room was particularly enchanting, with the city's sparkling lights visible through the window. It was truly a breathtaking sight. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone. I believe you will fall in love with every moment here, just as I did!

Booked Intercity hotel instead of a chain hotel because of the great rating. Arrived and the outside is impressive with someone to help you with luggage’s. Checking in was a bit difficult as we didn’t speak Mandarin and their knowledge of English wasn’t good but somehow we got there. They made a big effort to try and take our order when we did room service even sending someone up to personally take our order. Nice touches are their service with a smile and always so helpful. The rooms were tastefully decorated Japanese minimal style and we ordered a corner view room but because we were 6th floor there wasn’t much of a view. Only of the highway but it was still nice and bright. Shower and toilet were separated which was quite nice. Only thing was the pillows were a bit high and the air conditioning was a either too hot or too cold. Otherwise everything was great. I would come back again. Front desk lady Hui Ling made a great effort to help us so would definitely return if staying again. In terms of location, there is a KK ONE mall next door but we found that it’s a bit more local than what we would like. So we did day trips a lot. Overall I can’t fault this hotel! It’s a very pleasant stsy.

Premium location. The hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen . Cool staff , very welcoming , Got an upgrade from the with a wonderful large room and bathtub with a splendid view of the city 🌆. Enjoyed the stay , the breakfast and the meetings I had at this facility .

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

They have good service, the front desk members (Noah, Tiny,and Evelyn) are nice. Nicole (not front desk, a service member passby) spoke fluent Cantonese and helped us with communication.

Excellent location, nice big rooms, great breakfast… but what made this hotel stand out was the service. It was my dad’s birthday and they arranged for a cake to be ready for him when he returned in the evening… what a lovely surprise! After checking out, I left my luggage for safe keeping, but I lost the ticket when I went back for pick up. A big shout out to Zoey and Richard at Hilton for helping me out and I was able to reclaim my luggage really quickly and without stress! The only negative I have to say was that I purchased the afternoon tea and happy hour package, but the afternoon tea was just some ham sandwiches, fruits, cakes and drinks on a “help yourself” system. Not quite the 5-star quality I expected. I will definitely come back but will only go for the breakfast option as that was really nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

There was no way to get out of resort for meals if one is not driving . Meals can be costly when you have it at the Chimelong hotel . One better option is to take an internal shuttle bus to Pandan Hotel Food court as you are able to get cheaper option this way . Overall during autumn , the air in one of the room we booked is rather stale . Have to turn on the aroma fragrance oil . This is quickly resolved by leaving one keycard to have the room aircon stay on while we are away for meals . But I must say the hotel staff from lobby staff to room cleaners are all very helpful and kind . They will greet the guests whenever they see us and always come over to offer their assistance

We stayed at the Steigenberger Guangzhou for one night only due to the hotel we booked for our stay in Huadu District was fully booked as we decided last minute to stay an extra night. The hotel room were smaller than the previous one in which we stayed. But overall the staff were very nice and courteous, check in time is usually at 3pm. We arrive at the hotel around 12:30pm, think of storing our luggages in the hotel until check in. We didn't need to wait until then, the staff checked us in straight away, saying the rooms were ready. It was so nice of them. Had a lovely night at the hotel, apart from our balcony view was looking into the main entrance of the hotel courtyard. We were hoping for the back view like our previous hotel, which was beautifully lit up at night. Had a lovely surprise when we first checked into our room. Loved the welcome greeting that greeted us. Sorry that we didn't take much photos, can't upload much about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if visiting Huadu District in Guangzhou.

Wanita perkhidmatan, Nicole, sentiasa menjawab semua soalan anda. Selain itu, restoran Cina di tingkat 5 juga sangat sesuai untuk majlis perniagaan. Rasanya enak dan memenuhi semua keperluan anda dalam satu perhentian.

Booked this hotel for its two famous restaurants. It’s turns out that the room is also well-maintained and rather spacious. The soundproofing is poor though, not sure whether it’s for all rooms or because we are assigned a room with connected one.

It was a great stay in this hotel after so many years. It's well maintained. Will definitely be back when going back to Guangzhou again.

Hotel is very cool, able to see peacocks, rabbits, giant birds while eating breakfast and also in the lobby as well. It is a big hotel so we had to take time to go from 1 end to the other. You have to be on the advanced user of Wechat/Alipay to fully enjoy chimelong if you are not a local. Ordering room service requires wechat and also i had to connect to their wifi to access the food menu. there is also a convenience store at lvl 1, also a vending machine (using wechat) at every lift lobby. Take note that you have to walk 10-15mins out of you want to order food. Buying of circus tickets etc, all using wechat. For foreign travelers, we have to go to the ticketing station to register our faces. It is more of a themepark for locals, have to squeeze in the buffet line + shuttle buses to ferry you to the attractions. Managed to take the free cable car and see the panda at the zoo. The circus is a MUST GO, super impressive, upgrade to the VIP if you can, don't seat too near the front, the middle lane has performances as well. Recommended for family with small kids!

We had a wonderful stay at Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel! The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering great comfort after a long day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort and service—I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

We booked 2 rooms and the experience was amazing. My dad was celebrating his 70th birthday and they upgraded his room and sent a birthday cake with some fruits for him! Overall, the hotel is located in a great location, buzzing with crowds and restaurants. Only thing I would note is that try to avoid traveling via taxi unless necessary as traffic is pretty bad within the area. Safest bet is to take the train.

Our room was upgraded to a themed room and the kids loved it! It’s a family-friendly hotel and we booked specifically for that reason. They have a children’s swimming pool & children’s (indoor) playground. Plus points for the location because the hotel is just right across a mall.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We truly appreciated the hotel arranging a cake for me and providing a playground pass for my child. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of food options. The service was professional, thanks to the check-in staff and the concierge. The hotel is quite new, and it was convenient to have the mall on the hotel's second floor. The rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet. Jisoo at the children's playground was exceptionally polite and patient.

Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

This hotel is one of the best I stayed in Zhuhai, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is literally the best in town as it's connecting with one of the largest and high-end mall in town. Last but not the least, the faculties are 100 out of 100, the gym and swimming pool are nearly perfect.
