This hotel is more suited to families with young kids. No proper pool for adults to swim laps in and for some peace of mind. The beach was average. The bed was most comfortable, however the design of the bathroom door is weird as the door knocks against the toilet bowl when opened. Lights over the toilet bowl were also too dim. Drying rack was too small and not suitable for hanging items bigger than a tea towel. No privacy in the patio as hotel crew and any guest(s) from the next room can cross over anytime.

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

The hotel lobby here has a great view, but other facilities are really average. There are not many choices for meals including breakfast, but their staff are very kind. Furthermore, not having its own beach is a major drawback, after all, its location Already at the beach. We booked a double bed, but both children couldn't get up to have breakfast, but they forced us to have breakfast for four people, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Although the hotel and it’s personal were excellent. I had a terrible interaction with an individual from the tour information office, which will determine me from staying again. I went into rent a motorbike, and they wanted to hold my passport during the rental. This wasn’t something I wanted to do. I noticed in the ledger there were driver’s license and international permits. At this point, I informed them that I live in Thailand and had a Thai drivers license. The individual became visibly upset. They told me that they would not hold anything other than my passport for the rental, even if they had others drivers license, since it would be to easy for me to get away (flee). For them to openly and admittedly judge me different from other customers because I don’t look like them, was a big let down. Especially because everyone else was so polite and professional.

Das Hotel wurde vor drei Wochen nach einer kompletten Umgestaltungen unter neuer Führung wiedereröffnet. Es gibt keinen direkten Strand, aber ein paar Schritte nach rechts beginnt ein langer Sandstrand. Viele russische Gäste. Leider wird ab 11:00 Uhr morgens bis Mitternacht der komplette Poolbereich mit lauter Musik beschallt, Ruhe Suchende sind hier fehl am Platz. Es ist wohl vom Konzept ein Beach Club. Sonst lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet. Momentan ist das Servicepersonal noch nicht gut geschult, besonders im Hinblick auf die Reservierung der wenigen Sonnenliegen.

Fabulous location, right on the beautiful beach. Breakfast was a great buffet, lots to choose from. Room was always cleaned to a good standard. Very expensive, but worth the location

Highly recommended this resort!!! Very nice place and location is amazing, located in the best beach in Koh Chang and it’s not far from the pier, there is convenient store and ATM in front of the resort. The resort has everything you need and fully of facilities. The food is delicious and reasonable price. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back!!!

nice hotel if u drive car uself,because the position is far away from town,but the view is good ,and the staffs r nice ,food is also good ,hotel is peace and quiet ,may be next time i will come back here

One of the more affordable places to stay if you want somewhere right next to the beach. The bungalow was small but cute and clean with its own porch. Bathroom is open air so beware of lots of mosquitos and the likes if you need to go to the bathroom once the sun has set. Staff and owners friendly, complimentary breakfast was satisfying and you can order as much as you like. I especially enjoyed just taking a dip in the blue waters, then reading or napping on the hammocks afterwards. I didn't get a chance to do snorkeling at this resort but I heard it's one of the nicer places in Koh Kood to do so. All in all, I'd stay here if I visit Koh Kood again!

the location is super good, beach is clean and the water is super clear....the service is in the excellent level, all staff is so generous and entertaining. the only negative point for us is the bed is too hard, if u have back problem the bed will hurt you much. the rest is good!

At first we booked our room from trip.com with fully paid. When we arrive to hotel our booking was not register at hotel. However hotel arranged to give better room than we booked. It was a nice trip with my friends and hotel employees have great smile and they help everything that we need. Thanks for your hospitality. And hotel rooms are also clean and tidy.

Hotel ini terletak agak jauh dari pusat, tetapi tidak kritikal, terdapat kedai berdekatan dengan semua yang anda perlukan. Kawasan hotel ini bersih, terdapat banyak katak yang menjerit di kawasan berpaya bersebelahan dengan rumah. Hotel ini bukan baru dan anda boleh merasainya dengan jelas. Tuala dicuci. Pantainya cantik - 5! Kakitangan sangat baik. Hotel ini menyewa basikal dengan harga 350 baht. Sarapan pagi membosankan. Bukan apa yang anda panggil sederhana, tetapi juga tidak terlalu banyak. Berbaloi pergi ke air terjun, ke pokok teh terbesar dan ke pelabuhan untuk makan di restoran laut.

Очень хороший отель. Цена - качество соответствует. Завтраки хорошие. Отзывчивые хозяева. Рядом много кафе, где можно поесть. Есть аренда байков, байки все новенькие в отличном состоянии. Находиться между двумя самыми красивыми пляжами (в 3-х минутах езды на байке).

Highly recommend for everyone!!! Stunning scenery, Amazing sea view and white sand beach. The resort have many activities to do. And special show at night. The service is extremely superb goooooooood!!!! All staffs very helpful. And the resort also provided all day free coconut ice cream, drink,coffee bar and toast all you can eat. Breakfast is delicious. Nothing to complain about. Impressive 👍🏻👍🏻

Отель очень уютный. Мы жили в бунгало с видом на море. Из плюсов можно выделить: 1. Чистые номера и постельное белье 2. Отсутствие насекомых и прочей живности в номерах. 3. Действительно хороший вид- двухместные бунгало расположены в первом ряду прямо у моря, красота неописуемая! 4. Пляж. Да, это самый южный пляж и он довольно далеко от основной инфраструктуры острова. Но он просто прекрасен! Не считая Секретного пляжа AWD, этот - самый лучший на острове. Неглубокий вход в море, чистейшая, буквально прозрачная вода, мягкий песочек без камней по которому приятно ходить! На пирсе можно делать ”инстаграмные” фотографии и любоваться рыбками, которые тут буквально стаями плавают. 5. Завтраки были хороши. 6. Семейная атмосфера отеля. Здесь все очень уютно. Хозяйка сама готовит на кухне, стремится вам помочь. Мы приехали на остров напрямую из Камбоджи, не успев поменять деньги, банки в этот день не работали, так что хозяйка поменяла нам деньги сама по хорошему курсу. Другие постояльцы тоже очень милые люди, и, если знаешь английский, можно завести новые знакомства. Например, наш сосед по бунгало, как выяснилось, приехал в этот отель уже в десятый раз, и я понимаю почему. 7. Ну и в целом в отеле расслабленная обстановка. Когда сидишь в баре, создаётся впечатление, будто ты попал в один из фильмов 80-90-х про приключения в жарких странах или в клип группы La ketchup. Очень атмосферно. Минусы незначительны, но сказать о них все же надо: 1. При заселении обнаружили, что одно полотенце, видимо, забыли постирать. Странно, что этого никто не заметил, ведь от него сильно пахло потом. 2. Прайс в баре-ресторане достаточно дорогой. Это особенно усугубляется тем, что отель на самом краю острова и единственной альтернативой в пешей доступности выступает ресторан в 800 м от отеля - но там еда хоть и дешевле, но зато острая. 3. Все же, надо понимать, что условия в бунгало достаточно спартанские. В нашем бунгало не было ни холодильника (есть в номерах на второй линии), ни чайника (горячая вода была в баре). Номер без изысков. Душ максимально простой рядом с унитазом и в целом ванная комната уже требует ремонта. Но и цена у отеля самая низкая из всех отелей острова (тех, что рядом с пляжем). Однако, атмосфера и пляж эти недостатки с лихвой перекрывают)

Все понравилось! Но я напишу немного что можно было сделать лучше, чтобы отель знал куда можно вырасти. 1. Слегка было сложно коммуницировать с персоналом и общаться с ними по почте (когда написала с просьбой заранее забросить за нами раздельные кровати, мне сказали - здравствуйте! Будет такой номер свободен, значит будет, будет занят, значит будет занят.) 2. Лежаки. Лежаков меньше чем постояльцев отелей и поэтому когда мы приехали в час дня, то все лежаки были заняты кем-то: люди просто за завтраком бросали свои полотенца и уходили на день куда-то. То есть лежаки все занимали, но их не использовали. Возможно, если добавить ещё лежака 4, то было бы лучше. В остальном отель и расположение на столько хороши, что я бы вернулась туда снова. Номера идеальны, завтрак хороший, все безумно красиво и ухожено.

We have a great time staying at Mira Montra Koh Mak. Front desk is very kind and helpful. Room is clean, bed is super comfortable. Free to borrow kayak, sup board and snorkeling equipments. Thanks to N’ Chai for recommending snorkeling spot at Koh Phi, that we can go there by kayaking. At Koh Phi diving spot is full of sea anemone, pink anemone fish and pack of various kind of fish. But not recommend when strong wind, high wave and strong currents quite risk. Hope to have spend more days here again.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

Usually a hotel or resort doesn't live up to the advertising but in this case it definitely does. Koh Kood is a beautiful island and this resort is amazing. Incredible location on a stunning beach, amazing facilities and fantastic staff. The deluxe pool villa was well-appointed with everything i needed, including a delightful little pool. The resort's galaxy pool is big and looks straight across the lawn to the beach. Every single staff member I came across was friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to come back to this beautiful resort another time.
