The reception didn't really understand when I was surprised that the room hadn't been cleaned until 3 p.m. After an exhausting morning and afternoon in the heat, I had to vacate the room for another hour and waited in the lobby and oops.. We went up to the room and it still hadn't been taken care of!!!. We spoke to the receptionist and it wasn't until around 5 p.m. that the room was tidied up. Any compensation? Forget it. Just exhausting and wasted time from my vacation. Too bad."

Guest UserThe most comfortable hotel in TelAviv , they provide the best service and super good quality products here. Their bed is extremely comfortable that I would like to stay in room the whole day. All the washing products are good quality and feel so comfortable to stay here.
This hotel should be the best service hotel, especially intimate and comfortable. I fell in love with their bed, which was extremely comfortable, whether it was pajamas, slippers, toiletries, etc. The roof also has a spa room and an open-air bar. The point is that the price is still very high. Instead of living in those small hotels by the sea, it is more comfortable than staying at this hotel in the city center.

We stayed at the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv and were very impressed by the central location, the luxurious atmosphere and the courteous service. The room was spacious and well equipped, and the breakfast was rich and varied.
However, unfortunately, the pool experience was disappointing. The pool was not clean enough for our liking, and this marred our enjoyment of the hotel stay. We expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially in a hotel of this level.
In conclusion, the Harrods Hotel Tel Aviv offers a pampering and quality experience, but attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the pool. If this issue is addressed, the hotel will be able to offer a perfect experience to its guests.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the sea with direct access to the beach, which was a great plus. The food was excellent as well. The rooms were fairly clean, though a bit small. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the reservation – an overcharge due to a registration error. While the booking site was helpful and courteous, the hotel itself was unwilling to address the mistake or offer any form of compensation. Overall, while the location and amenities were impressive, the management's handling of the billing issue was disappointing.

We wanted to celebrate our 70th wedding anniversary (yes, we are 90 years old) and decided to do it in a hotel at the Tel-Aviv beach. We chose the Orchid hotel and were very happy with our choise. Every thing we wanted and needed was there, and on high standard. The room had all we wished for, including big space for all our luggage. Parking for our car, air condition, excellent breakfast, restorants and supermarket bownstairs, beautiful beach, lovely veiw of the beach from the lobby, pleasant staff. What else could we wished for?

Hotel 1935 is a beautiful, clean, new “boutique” hotel with extraordinary staff and prime location in the heart of the city.
The rooms have all the amenities of a world class hotel, including free WiFi, a safe for valuables, an amazing shower, compact refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine (with as many pods as you need), air conditioning, modern lighting, and large screen internet-connected smart TV.
The staff were all eager to help, friendly, and hospitable.
The hotel is new, and the restaurant has not opened yet.

The hotel location is very good, the beach is opposite, walk to Jaffa for more than an hour, walk along the beach and watch the scenery, very comfortable, a lot of locals on vacation, the beach scenery is very good, the breakfast is rich, there is a swimming pool, business , Travel is very good choice, free upgrade, thank you very much.

Guest UserThe hotel strongly emphasized being “adults only” / without children, yet the hotel was full of children.
The room was extremely small and crowded.
The “view” was simply a wall facing the hotel.
The mattress was uncomfortable to the point that we could barely sleep.
The shower was unbelievably narrow and uncomfortable.
Only one elevator was available for all guests in the hotel.
Food was ok, cleaning was ok

Guest UserI guess it has a lot of improvements since we last checked into this hotel (now under new management and a new name). It drastically changed, especially with the staff, who were very accommodating. The room, wow! Super clean, especially the kettle and the coffee maker. There is a spa available and a restaurant located on the first floor.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

Guest UserThe hotel was in a great location beach area. The hotel isn’t new but it’s decent and the staff is great. I feel comfortable and safe in this hotel. I will definitely come back again. Everything is at walking distance. However, if you are high maintenance, this hotel isn’t for you. This is a very comfortable and low-key hotel. It really is good.
