I recently had the privilege of staying at this magnificent establishment, and I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts and feedback on my experience. I believe that honest feedback is essential for the continuous improvement of any esteemed establishment, and I hope my comments will be received in that spirit. But before I start, I want to thank the young receptionist girl (Jess or Jessica I believe) as she was very kind and delivered dedication to making our experience once in a life time. Moving on, I must also commend the villa for its exceptional location, which afforded me the most breathtaking view I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The sheer magic of the surroundings left an indelible mark on my stay, and the room I occupied only added to the overall grandeur. Given these aspects, I would unequivocally rate the overall experience as a 5 star. However, I would like to address a few aspects of my stay that left me less than satisfied and the reason I have rated this overall experience 3 stars. Considering the financial investment involved in a £500 per night stay. Allow me to outline these concerns bearing in mind that these observations are intended to be constructive. - Lack of Assistance with Luggage: While not a major issue, it was disappointing that there was no assistance from the staff to transport my luggage to and from the taxi. The narrow stairs leading down made this task somewhat challenging, especially during my two journeys in the sweltering heat. I have stayed at other hotels for considerably less cost, where assistance with luggage was offered (as was the case in Mykonos) - Jacuzzi Maintenance: One aspect that concerned me during my stay was the lack of advance notice or consideration for guest privacy when the Jacuzzi cleaner attended to his duties. The Jacuzzi is situated adjacent to the shower room, which features a substantial window. A courteous gesture would have been to inform guests or at least provide a heads-up, as this situation could potentially lead to discomfort and privacy concerns. So ladies, unless you like a peeping Tom, this wouldn’t be a great experience for you. - Little Things Go a Long Way: On the way to our room, my fiancé and I were informed that the area was private and that we should not be there (by a gentlemen). While this is a relatively minor incident, I believe it's important for staff to be aware of their guests, especially given the limited occupancy of the hotel, typically only 3-4 rooms at any given time i believe. - Reception Responsiveness: Perhaps the most significant source of frustration during my stay was the consistent lack of responsiveness at the reception desk. There were instances when my calls went unanswered, and when I visited the reception area, it was unattended. This made it challenging to access essential services promptly and efficiently. - Some food items for breakfast were missed. I tried calling the reception a few times but i got no answer so
