The hotel is on a mountain, overlooking the town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel has many saunas and a restaurant next to it. The courtyard with autumn leaves is still very beautiful, but it is very difficult to access the Internet in the hotel. There are rooms with almost no signal. The king-size bed room does not feel very big.

Overall, a pretty good hotel. I had a spacious room, but not a good view. Parking is available. The breakfast is quite varied. It could be a bit cleaner. The room furnishings could also be a bit better.

When booking, it could have been pointed out that the sauna in the thermal baths is only available as a women's shelter on Mondays.

There were several cockroaches in the room. They changed it to another room, but there were flies and small insects, and the memory of the previous room remains bad for a long time.

Hotel selbst in der Aussenfassade End 90er Style. Eingangsbereich, Bar und Essensbereich wurden Stilvoll renoviert. Personal Kontakt war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anschluss zur Therme über Bademantelgang. Bademantel und 2 kleine Habdtücher werden kostenfrei gestellt. In der Therme nur Karten oder Barzahlung möglich nicht über den Chip. Zimmer war renoviert (2. Stock) mit schönen Blick in die Ferne und über die Stadt. Zimmer sauber, Bad renoviert. Im Doppelbett keine Besucherritze. Safe vorhanden.

2018年開始住了很多年的酒店，2024年以來辦理入住速度很慢。因為出差在這附近，也沒有別的更適合的選擇，到目前為止無功無過。但這次安排的房間剛進門就很濃烈刺鼻的不知道是香水還是空氣清新劑的味道，完全無法忍受，開窗散了很久還沒有完全退去。另外晚上需要工作一會兒，發現書桌前居然沒有椅子，去前台反應書桌前無椅子，前台德語工作人員迴應：“這個問題您現在才發現？”聽到這個反問作為住客直接愣了，從2018年住此酒店至今，還從未碰到過書桌前沒有椅子的問題，作為酒店，這個應該也屬於正常查房範圍。我個人住酒店也從未發現過這樣的問題。前台表示晚上八點後House keeping就不上班了，問題當晚無法解決。我反問請看一下我Check In的時間是不是也已經過晚上八點了。對無法改變的事實，如當晚無法把椅子放到房間，我可以理解，但是對於前台的態度，反向指責反問住客好像是我的錯誤我不是很能理解。 另外，床上有不少頭髮（不是我的），自己打掃乾淨後穿着長衣長褲休息。 最後，其中一條被子上面有斑點/斑塊，可能是因為潮濕？也無法清理，另一條被子情況略好，就湊合兩晚。

Das war ein sch schönes Wellness Weekend. Das Hotel liegt weit oben und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber gut. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

住了好幾年的酒店，每次在Aalen出差基本都住在H+。酒店在山上，臨近温泉，很安靜。設施略陳舊，但房間衞生無可挑剔。

Alles in allem gut. Therme ist ganz angenehm. Aber den tagestarif auszunutzen wird finde ich schwierig da man in spätestens einer Stunde durch ist. Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Ansonsten würde ich es für ein Wochenende definitiv empfehlen
