Currently staying here for what we thought would be a relaxing few days at a nice brand in between more rustic accommodations in remote destinations. Staying here was a huge mistake. Having stayed at many Sofitels, this is absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. Was fooled by the overall positive rating here and brand recognition and booked without reading the negative reviews. Booked a junior suite and arrived late from a flight, only to take a shower that flooded the bathroom within 2 minutes because the drain was clogged. Disgusting- called reception from the toilet telephone as it was the only one that worked, and was told there was nothing they could do tonight as they were fully booked. Next day we switched rooms after they insisted on confirming the drain couldn’t be fixed. Sure enough, after an hour waiting on maintenance, it could not be fixed. New room and the safe was broken. It is one thing after another here. The hall ways seem to be under construction, and the gym is absolutely dreadful. This is an expensive hotel and it in no way justifies its cost. Between here and the Pullman or Novotel, definitely choose them over the Sofitel. You will pay more money here and be much worse off. While the staff tries to fix the problems, they are under equipped for this losing battle of a hotel. Really wish we could just get our money back for night 2 and move to the Pullman.

Ada rancangan acara di Abidjan? hotel ini mempunyai ruang berukuran 1130 kaki persegi (105 meter persegi) yang terdiri daripada pusat persidangan dan 2 bilik mesyuarat. Pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj (tersedia atas permintaan) manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 23 bilik tamu yang menampilkan peti sejuk. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program satelit disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta meja dan air botol percuma.

Bon, comme pour tous les airport hotels, on n'y passe qu'une seule nuit. Mais celle-ci fut parfaite : vraiment à côté de l'aéroport (on peut même y aller à pied, sinon c'est 2000 CFA de taxi, parce que la navette est assez intermittente), check in rapide et simple. Bon, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir un upgrade (merci !), et le design de la chambre aux normes Onomo, c'est à dire malin et top. Rien à dire

We organised an event in March 2023 and while the staff were great and supportive - we are still waiting (after more than a year) for a refund for one our partners due to an error. Promises were made and then no response despite multiple attempts, calls are ignored.. real shame.

Pathetic service. No courtesy towards guest by any of the staff. Infact, I think they don't even understand or know what does courtesy means. They don't know how it works in hospitality industry. Expecially, the guards of hotel who always look for a way to fetch some money from you. Rooms are extremely small. Everything else was good. Location, internet etc.

Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained

Coming into SEEN Hotel as an English speaking couple, it was a pleasant surprise to be welcomed at the reception by Benjamin, a multilingual concierge who turned out to be a brilliant reflection of what the hotel is: Welcoming, Refreshing, Warm, and Riveting. I can say that we had a really lovely time and we truly felt SEEN & heard. Keep up the good work guys. And thank you, Monsieur Benjamin Youzan!

很好 定的時候沒要帶早餐的 早餐有點貴

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel construit en 1956. Enfin un lieu qui a de la personnalité. L'accueil y est chaleureux et agréable, tout en restant discret. Bien que situé près d'une route à grande circulation, l'hôtel reste calme. Les chambres sont propres, la literie est très confortable. Je ne regrette absolument pas d'avoir choisi ce séjour.
