Hotel berhampiran Reem Central Park Parking B, Abu Dhabi

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

Tetapan hotel agak lama... anda hanya boleh mengecas barangan elektronik anda di tempat tertentu berhampiran meja ”pejabat”... Pengemasan tidak diambil berat ... pintu saya dibiarkan terbuka ketika saya keluar dan mereka datang untuk membersihkan bilik ... Restoran sangat bagus… gim juga bagus… tiada bilik wap dan sauna… Kakitangan mesra dan membantu… tetapi panggilan ke kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat sukar untuk menghantarnya…

Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya tinggali ketika melancong ke seluruh dunia Harganya bukanlah yang paling mahal, tetapi pengangkutan adalah yang paling mudah. ​​Ketibaan dari lapangan terbang ke hotel adalah RMB 7.3 berada di tingkat bawah atau dalam masa beberapa minit. Mereka sangat bertimbang rasa dan sabar. Terdapat banyak kumpulan pelancongan domestik setiap hari untuk apa yang anda ingin makan Ia sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Saya bisu dalam bahasa Inggeris dan telefon bimbit saya kehabisan bateri. Penduduk tempatan membantu saya kembali ke hotel berkali-kali. Kakitangan hotel juga bersedia untuk menyelesaikan semua kesulitan saya kualiti rakyat jauh ke hadapan!

خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

Requested for connecting rooms and the hotel was nice to provide. Super spacious plus there’s a living room area in between the connecting rooms. Nice stay.

Trouvé par hasard, ce fut une bonne surprise. Bien placé avec commodités très proche, il y a même une supérette devant l’hôtel. Accueil sympa, parking Free, hôtel propre, chambre très sympa et propre, literie top et petit réfrigérateur présent. En revanche, piscine froide, dommage de prendre un hôtel avec piscine pour ne pas en profiter. Bon rapport qualité prix , j’y retournerai 🤔🇫🇷

We stayed in a 1br unit, me and my husband. The unit was spacious and clean. We had some issues with the water and we we called the reception about it, they sent the maintenance in an instant. I love that the rooms have windows for natural light 😊 The staff were all cheerful and accommodating. I am almost 9 months pregnant and they were all considerate of me not having to let me walk. When we checked out, we had a chat with Sachin who drove the baggy for us and he was nice enough to offer to take us around. He let us have small tour around and take some pictures. He was patient with us and even offered to take the pictures for us. We will definitely come back ( after recovery from giving birth probably 😊)

We celebrated our anniversary and it was wonderful. The booking and check-in were smooth, and our room was clean and comfortable with great amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the restaurant served delicious food. The staff made our stay special with a beautifully decorated room. Overall, Aloft Abu Dhabi provided excellent service and luxurious amenities. Highly recommended for a special getaway.

Everything was excellent a special option Ep Club! So amazing service and delicious food! Private beach with white sand and warm pools! Super small aquapark for kids and beautiful rooms. I have only 2 small minuses: you can’t buy there any sunscreen for kids (they have next to the beach own but…) and they don’t have indoor pool 😞

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions and I have been very happy. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport,terminal A (it takes just 10 mins)and another one that brings you to the mayor attractions of Abu Dhabi. The room was nice and clean,breakfast was excellent (buffet) and as a plus there is a swimming pool on the top floor to chill a bit before taking the connection flight. The staff is very nice too.I recommend this hotel!
