خالص الشكر للأخت Lilia موظفة الاستقبال على الحرفية والأداء العالي والمميز لما تتمتع به من استقبال مميز لجميع النزلاء وبابتسامة جميلة واستقبال دافئ يشعرك بالطمأنينة والسرور من أول دخول الفندق مما يجعل النزلاء يشعرون وكأنهم بين أهلهم وليس نزلاء أو ضيوف ولباقتها وحرفيتها في حل أي مشكلة تواجهك اثناء فترة البقاء في الفندق كما أخص بالذكر شكرا وعرفانا الأخ محفوظ المسئول والمدير لمطاعم الفندق لبشاشة وجهه وتعامله معك كأنه صديق وهو بالفعل ما حدث لقد أصبح من الاصدقاء في أبوظبي بعد فترة الإقامة في الفندق لما وجدنا فيه من بشاشة وحفاوة لقاء وتناوله لأي طارئ أو شكوي حتى لو كانت صغيرة وجهوده وتفانيه في العمل واستقباله المميز لجميع النزلاء باختلاف جنسياتهم والعمل على تلبية جميع الطلبات بكل صدر رحب. ولا ننسى المدير العام السيد – أسامه إبراهيم والأخ مصطفى في الاستقبال.

Customer service is friendly but the valet service is very cumbersome. They don’t allow you to park your vehicle by yourselves. The hotel suite is facing seas view. I would suggest the management to consider undergo renovation to make it modern feel. Visited museum while staying in Abu Dubai

Wow. This was my first stay in Abu Dhabi. Never thought I'd ever get to this part of the world and it wasn't on my bucket list either, but alas, this visit was for business and pleasure. Meridien made my stay effortlessly a pleasure to have a great place to hang my head each evening. Other than the additional health related facilities, they had wonderful eateries on the first floor and a classy restaurant on the top floor. No matter what floor I was on, the view was breathtaking. Last, but not least, the service from everyone we saw was welcomingly friendly. Mil grazie, Danke, and Thank you so much for making my visit a pleasure.

We have been to many hotels in Abu Dhabi and I must say that Marriott Downtown is byfar our favorite and have been going there everytime we go to Abu Dhabi now. They have great food, attentive and curtious staff. From the housekeeping to the restaurants and to the Lounge! Miss George, Osama, Michelle, Christian, too bad I cannot name everyone here! Can't wait to go back:-)

This is by far the best budget hotel me and my girlfriend has stayed. For 4 days we stayed here everything was perfect, the fact that we dont have to ask them to clean the room is the best thing. We go out in the morning and when we come back at night the room is clean as it was when we checked-in. Our belongings were untouched but everything else was renewed without us requesting or them asking if we wanted to clean the room. The only thing this hotel needs to update or upgrade is the T.V, i consider this a 5 star budget hotel so the T.V need to be a bit more modern or latest. The room is big and the whole hotel was covered by carpet on the floor including our room and the corridor to the rooms. The area this hotel is located is perfect because everything you need is just 5 mins walk away from the hotel, bars restaurants, cheap shopping centers and malls also. All the staffs were very friendly and polite. 5 star customer service. Especially our check-in agent and receptionist Saajid gave us the best customer service. Thank you Saajid and the guy who cleans (couldnt ask his name) the rooms. For you this is the place i will choose again if i visit Abu Dhabi again. Best wishes to the hotel and Saajid and the cleaner (sorry we couldn’t ask him ask his name) and kind regards to all the staff. 💪❤️

Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

I choose cristal beacause it is close to the center only. It is a bit old. With old furniture and dusty carpit. . It is not clean. And i found yellow spots on the bed sheet which was disgusting . I think this will be my last time in cristal.

Рядом супермаркет с очень большим выбором, можно купить продукты и приготовить. Недалеко от отеля отличный пляж, широкая береговая линия, вода чистая, людей мало. От отеля можно в любую точку добраться на автобусе. В отеле есть тренажерный зал, мы его по вечерам посещали. В этом отеле прожили 4 дня, затем направились в Дубай. Очень пожалела, что спланировали больше дней на Дубай, лучше бы было в этом месте, а на Дубай пару дней.

Top advantage is the location, it is in the city center. Then the rate is competitive. Amenities are well taken care of. Dental Kit, Refreshments, Slippers, Iron, Blower, Vanity Kit, Sanitary Pad, Shower cap are included. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash are in Refilling bottles which is good for the Environment. Staffs are excellent and supportive. Breakfast options have good variability. They have omelette live cooking station. Pancakes jam butter croissant danish bread muesli compote noodles porridge hunts beans sausage beef *****s hash brown grilled tomatoes coffee tea apple juice chocolate orange juice foul medames indian dish toasted bread nutella fresh fruits etc. So I had good breakfast. Honestly this is hotel is highly suggested for your stay in Abu Dhabi city. Copthorne Downtown is under the supervision of Millennium Hotels group.
