Hotel Terbaik di Accra dengan Spa

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We had a 3 day training session at the hotel. I was lucky to stay in room A1 on the 5th floor, my room was very spacious with a king size bed. The bathroom had twin sinks, a jacuzzi and a separate shower. The hotel is airconditioned through out and very clean and well decorated . For my stay from the 23 -26 October 2023 we only ate in the in-house restaurant ” Zara.” The food was very good with a varied menus so you dont get bored with the food. This is now my favourite hotel in Ghana and when in Accra I will be trying to stay here. The staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly and they keep the hotel spotlessly clean! The only negatives are that you do not get shower caps, robes or slippers but I had packed my own so it didn't bother me.

Erg gedateerd hotel dat echt een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken. Zowel de kamers als het restaurant en de bar zijn vooral functioneel en niet echt sfeervol. Kamer was ruim en schoon. Housekeeping doet een prima job. Personeel is erg wisselend qua inzet en motivatie. Abigail van het restaurant en Moses van de bar zijn fantastisch. Als alle staff zo waren zoals zij... Kwam ik zeker terug!

It has all necessary amenities for business on the second floor. It is quiet, professional and accommodating. Staff is truly helpful, at all times. I really enjoyed the Lounge Bar, where business meetings take another dimension, with a wine selection to impress. I have met a number of interesting business people in the lobby, including a famous Nolywood actor.

Nice place to stay as usual with a clean swimming pool to relax. The breakfast buffet is amazing where you have a real variety of choice. Little concern was the fact that Trip room description doesn’t match with the hotel room description. Trip mentioned 1 queen bed and 2 single beds while the room was just 1 queen bed. Apparently they mentioned it to Trip many times as other clients had the same issue. I had to pay additional USD 50 to get a room with 2 beds.

WOW! In all my years, that was hands down the BEST massage I have EVER had! Calesta had hands that were just MAGICAL!!! I have had many many massages at many places in many countries and this whole experience was just on another LEVEL! I HIGHLY recommend Kempinski and if CALESTA is available, BOOK HER!!!!!!

As a faithful Ibis/Accor Hotels customer (Gold status), I was disappointed at this hotel again. I last stayed here about five years ago and complained about the service. Accor Hotels group needs to check this property. I have stayed in Accor hotels in different countries in Europe and Africa and can say unequivocally that Ibis Accra doesn't represent the brand well. First, it was overpriced. I ended up paying up to $200 a night for this budget hotel! As a loyal member, I did this initially, but eventually, I checked into another hotel after just two nights. I deposited $1,100 for five nights. I am awaiting the refund for the three nights I didn’t stay there. The ambience of the room I stayed in does not justify the price. The towels and beddings looked old and scraggy, discoloured with use. Doors and handles bore scratches and, like the walls, had old stains that suggested they needed repainting or refurbishment. Furthermore, there were apparent lapses in the service quality. We had to wait too long before being served drinks when I had a lunch meeting there. I hope the management and team will take this feedback and do something concrete. As for me, until the Ibis group informs me that this property has improved, I shall no longer stay with them whenever I visit Accra.

The hotel is centrally located and has a beautiful pool which are the two best things about it. The gym is also large, well equipped and has a great view over the pool. Otherwise the hotel is sub par and over priced for what it is. I would not stay again, the Marriott is much nicer. Pros - Pool is large and pretty - The staff were so lovely - the staff patrolling the floor and the cleaning staff were were so friendly and helpful - I was allowed a late check out which really helped me truly relax - The TV has a lot of channels - The welcome drink was tasty Cons - Check in was slow and the staff seemed stressed - The hotel is dated. It is about 11 years old but felt older - the carpets smelt damp, the room was dated and tired and there was black mould in the bathroom - The room wasn’t clean - the phone was so dirty and the room was so dusty I kept sneezing - The apples provided in the room were old and bruised - The breakfast was weird- a strange array of items and not very tasty - The pool needed someone to strain the bugs out of it - They wouldn’t let me pay with apple pay - they insisted I use a physical card but I had lost my purse and didn’t have one. I offered to show the card on the app as my bank does not provide physical cards. It’s silly that in 2023 they don’t accept app payments. - Staff at the pool would only provide one towel. For the price of a room I should be able to get more than one towel - The staff member at the gym was not helpful
