Rooms are not well maintained. The hotel is reluctant to accept cards. Serve only veg food. The staffs are courteous. They really need to maintain cleanliness. Initially the owner personnaly supervised everything, but as soon as they started getting guests ,their service went for a toss.

The room was very spacious. Very comfortable bed and ambience of the room. The room AC was functioning properly, lighting arrangement was good. The hotel has been remodeled off late and the room size has been increased. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at **Ginger Hotel, Agartala**. The hospitality was excellent, and the entire staff made my experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to **receptionist Pritam**, who was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The hotel is good but the main problem is the lack of wifi connectivity and in house restaurants. The location is very good and with an auto stand just in front accessing any place in the city is very easy.
