Ulasan Courtyard by Marriott Agra

This hotel is ok but not so good location because most of the local transportation not so familiar. Room must be need to renovation asap.

I left my iPhone in the room and the hotel told me they couldn't find it. I have proof that the last known location was there, and they still say they can't find it. I reported it immediately, and they haven't responded. Think twice before booking here. It's a shame that a chain like Marriott has staff like this who won't return things that aren't theirs. I will be filing a police report.

The place was very cozy and comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had great food. The location was also excellent. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay.

I had an exceptional stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra, India. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and service were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas. The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. Everyone was fine except that the staff could not pay attention to your needs during breakfast time

Hotel is a little out of city and not very Marriott standards.. food is not fresh. Room is good though, small but cosy. Staff are always there to help and friendly. But check carefully as overcharges seem to happen quite often. Pool is super nice and so does the well equipped gym. Lots of international tourists. Taj Mahal is close and nice!

Nice hotel. Comfortable and secure. The service was generally very good and polite. But every now and then we would get indifferent ( or more so clueless) service. Location was convenient as it’s so close to the Taj Mahal.

This hotel is affordable just for a couple of nights, the location is good for tourists who are visiting the wonderful Taj Mahal. The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.
