I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! Exceptional work Jannat!

Driver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

I paid an extra amount for an upgrade pertaining to my preferences still upon my check in i had to change the room immediately as the preferences were not taken care of. The food quality is ok. Even after putting the DND sign the room was serviced in my absence. Overall the stay was just ok.

There was a wedding the night we stayed at this hotel. The rooms surrounding ours were those who attended the wedding. They were very loud once the wedding was over and they returned to their rooms. We called the desk to complain and instead of talking to the guests being loud, they asked us if we wanted to move our room. This was 1:30 am. They should have spoken to those disturbing others to be quiet instead of asking us if we wanted to move rooms.

We enjoyed staying in Radisson. Highlight was breakfast , loved it and Taj view room was amazing though due to fog could view properly. Taj view room is more suitable for summer and spring. Staffs were supportive and helpful.

Fantastic customer service, Anil was superb. Very attentive and helpful! Will definitely recommend this hotel. Is very close to the Taj Mahal and the shopping mall.

Dear All It was A Horrible stay at Radisson,Agra They don’t give the facility to add Food Bill in your Room Bill.. They says that first you have to Pay and then only you can eat food in their Restaurant… Very poor Management.. I have booked and prepaid all money of my stay while booking but the concern person at time of check-out says that We have not received any payment and also we have received a note with your reservation that Hotel should collect money from customer at the time of checkout. I have also presented them the Receipt of Payment Paid but they declined and were asking to pay again.. Also when I asked them ‘Why you haven’t said before check-in regarding the Amount? - that careless staff says that as you both were senior citizen we thought not to say at that time.. which means we were young while check out time. Finally Thanks to Customer Care of Trip.com that they have solved our problem on chat with us in Morning 7:45 and they made payment to hotel and then we Leaved the premises. I have Lost my Precious Morning time with such hopeless staff and Hotel. I think Hotel Management should sent their staff to Learn Hospitality once again… It was Really very disappointing not expected with 5S Star Category Hotel. My suggestion To All other Travellers… Note: Either not to use Trip.com for booking or avoid stay at Radisson Group Hotels or Avoid Both then only you will have a great time… Thanks and Regards
