The location of the hotel is simply magnificent. The rooms with the ocean view are top class. The view of the onsen is stunning too. A strongly recommended hotel!!

We found this time the food especially sea food was very disappointed , ox tongue supposing is famous in Sendai, however the meat was not tasty but tough!👎 We had visited n stayed in this hotel 16 years ago! This was a bad experience,🥴

I really loved this hotel! I've stayed in many high-quality hotels, but the view from this one still amazed me. The lobby manager even told me my room had the best view in the whole hotel~ I was so happy I didn't check out until 11 AM, making sure I didn't waste a single second of enjoying the view from my room!

Excellent hotel, the dinner is delicious with a wide range of choices of high quality food, particularly seafood. The room is modern, spacious and comfortable. Onsen facilities very good. Shuttle buses to onsen town and railway stations very convenient.

The room is spacious with excellent view especially sunrise. The dinner buffet was good as the quality of food is amazing and the desserts with the theme of strawberry are very nice.

The hotel location is close to Matsushima sightseeing area, very convenient for taking Matsushima Shima-meguri Island Sightseeing Cruise as well as visiting Zuiganji Temple / Entsu-in Temple etc. The hotel restaurant offers delicious dinner and breakfast. The onsen is good. The room rate is also reasonable.

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

Everything is good. We love the view, facilities, room, especially the dinner course is very good. Less tourists which is very good for us who want peaceful travel :)

The services they provided is just normal but the food is very good. Both breakfast and dinner were above average with abundant varieties. They locate not far away from city Center which allow guests to move around city core.

This was my second stay. I remember the food being excellent, so I chose this hotel when relatives came to visit. Dinner was excellent, especially the strawberries, which were plentiful. However, breakfast was a disappointment, with almost nothing I wanted to eat. I did enjoy the hot springs.
