This is to inform you all , FEW staffs here are very much inhuman and illiterate. I have a corporate booking for 2-3 days. I was not well and didn't had my ENTITLEMENTS for last 4 meal vouchers and didnot consume anything.however early morning around 5, i woke up and asked reception that I am feeling well and asked for food. However ,mr. Jaiswal from front desk was very rude and ***** with Sanoj Singh in the inroom dining. As requested for food as I didn't consumed last 4 vouchers of meal as well. There reply was," We Are not liable wether your are sick or partying or doing anything ,we won't serve you food ,kindly wait for 1 and half hour more to consume your entitlements or pay right now . Upon requesting to physically visit the room and crosscheck that whether I am really sick or not, Mr. Jaisalmer replied ,HE is least bothered and he has other jobs to do and replied I can do whatever I want or call the manager mr. Amit that to after 4-5 hours as he will be sleeping. I complained via my company, hotel were not receiving the calls to sought the issue. Very very terrible experience. This is very inhuman and a back stab to customer hospitality. Such staff showing ill behavior ,denied to serve food and cross checking the authenticity of customer for their sickness. They even charge bills for uncomsumed vouchers meals to our corporate booking and they are very very rude and the hotel manager has given such staff the liberty to talk to any customer and demean them. Very poor staff culture. Very poor service. Very poor crm culture. And We just cannot expect customer satisfaction from such inhuman and cheap interaction.
