Noax otelde bir organizasyon için bulundum.Organizasyomnun bulunduğu salon çok ferahtı sigara içme alanı havuz başına çıkıyordu ikramları çok lezzetliydi.Restaurantta verilen yemekleri çok beğendim bunun dışında Starbucks ın otel içerisinde yer alması beni çok şaşırttı birde spa hizmeti ***et iyiydi Mersine gittiğinizde kesinlikle ilk tercihiniz olmalı...

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible. The hotel was perfectly clean and fresh looked. If i come to visit Mersin in the future for sure i will chose this hotel agian.

Прожили в этом отеле 10 дней. Плюсы: просторный номер с грамотно размещенным кондиционером, просторная душевая, отличный напор горячей воды в ней. Симпатичный дизайн номера, наличие мини холодильника и чайника. Удобные кровати, хотя попадаются продавленные матрасы. Хороший по турецким критериям завтрак. Персонал быстро решает все вопросы. Двухместный номер стоил нам 500 лир в день. Из соседних отелей лучший по соотношению цена/качество. Минусы: располагается возле порта в грязном квартале, вокруг бедные арабские кварталы. До центра далеко пешком. На завтраке нет кофе. Рядом стоянка такси, куча машин со снующими водителями. Оценку выношу по соотношению цены и качества.

Hello there! My name is Erik Mustafin. My Ref: 05461798 I have to say that I had enough patience but now I'm sick of it. First of all, I was cheated by your hotel in Mersin. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

İlk kez bir otelde dolandırıldık. 5 aile kaldığımız Grand Ezel Otelde her oda için farklı ücret istediler. Rezervasyon yaptırırken 280 TL dedikleri oda için çıkışta 350 TL istediler. Bize fiyatı böyle dememiştiniz dediğimizde ise sözleşmeyi böyle yaptık odada ek yatak vardı dediler. Yani ek yatak adı altında fazla para aldılar. 3 yaşındaki çocuktan bile ücret istediler. Ödemeyi çıkışta yaptığımız için tam anlamı ile kazıklandık. Temizlik konusunda da memnun kalmadık. Tuvalette sifon çalışmıyordu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz.
