Everything was good. Just a bit misunderstanding about the free taxi transfer service before I check in but the Manager immediately settled. However the taxi driver took me to the wrong airport that hotel booked for me. Better improve all the communications, it is nice hotel other than these.

We had a grea time...completely made by the great staff! Hey Ahmed! You work so hard (we saw that) but everything you do is with a smile! Thank you for catering to our every whim and making us laugh too! Hi Ceylan Such a sweetie! Kind and fun all wrapped up in such a lovely little package! You were a delight! Thank you for looking after us and bringing those Champagne Cocktails!! Thank you to all the staff! Beds and pillows VERY comfy (more covers were needed) Food was nice Lots of shops around Entertainment for kids was great It more for adults needed maybe but it was Half Term back home so we did understand. What a great team you all made! Kim, Julie and Theo xxx

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen seit 2009 in das Hotel und besuchen es auf jeden Fall zweimal im Jahr. Das Essen ist immer sehr gut Wir freuen uns, die Mitarbeiter schon seit vielen Jahren zu kennen. Unser Zimmer ist immer sauber und ordentlich. Der Besuch dieses Hotels macht uns sehr glücklich und wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause.

Our first stay at this lovely hotel and the experience was wonderful. Apologies for the lengthy review but it is well deserved. We visited end of February so wasn't sure about the weather. Whether you just want to relax or kept entertained, there is something for all. You can truly have a good time at this venue. The hotel inside is beautiful. Whether you are eating a meal, having a desert at the patisserie, having a relaxing drink or enjoying the Spa or outdoor areas you will do so in lovely surroundings. Rooms - There are approximately 800 in the hotel. The rooms are a good size and complete with essentials. After our first night we were moved to a partial sea view room with a balcony. Rooms are cleaned daily. Beds are comfortable. Fridge is stocked daily for free. The only minus is there is no iron provided by the hotel. They do offer a chargeable laundry service. Food - There isn't a single minute in the day or night where you would struggle to find something decent to eat or drink. Meals times are grand and the variety has to be seen to be believed. They also have nine la carte restaurants which are free. We got round to trying the Mexican and the Chinese. Outside fixed meal times, there is late breakfast, late dinner and food available all night in the basement bar. Throughout the day you can also eat and drink at the various food locations near the pools, activity areas and the beach. They also have pop up food areas where they serve snacks like donor, sandwiches and panini. Must give a special mention to the Patisserie area inside the hotel. Good variety of cakes, ice cream and deserts available from morning to night in lovely surroundings. Facilities - We got warm weather so made the most of walking on the sandy beach and lounging in the sun. Amongst the many pools there is an outdoor heated pool and an indoor pool. The Spa area has a Hammam, Sauna and Steam rooms with a relaxation area all complimentary for guests. There are also several Spa treatments and different massages you can have at an additional cost. There is also a gym. As mentioned throughout there are many food areas and bars. Depending on which one you visit you can find most things to eat and drink which you expect on holiday. Throughout the day you can participate in the activities which are run by the hotel's friendly staff. At night time there are shows and performances taking place. You can get involved in some or if you prefer just relax and get entertained by the skilled performers. Thanks to Salman at darts and the man who did the air rifle shooting. Both were a good laugh. There is also a cinema, bowling and games room. Staff - Customer focus is paramount at this hotel. From Mina in guest relations to the manager who sorted our room (sorry forgot his name). Very good hotel with friendly staff. Everything was excellent except for the main Restaurant. This was overcrowded, disorganised and like a “cattle market “. People pushing and shoving trying to get to the food Popular food choices placed together ie freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes, causing queues near the entrance which was totally unnecessary. Other restaurants and BBQ was good. Our maid Ummahan Uzan was exceptional ensuring our comfort and cleanliness was brilliant.
