Bellazure Hotel

Sentido Bellazure- the best place ever! The staff was super friendly and helpful caring. Esra from guest relations was so helpful and so kind. Thank you for your help Esra :) The food was so delicious, fresh, and very tasty. If you want to eat the best Turkish pide, go only to this place. They also serve the best baklava I've ever eaten. The bars served great, delicious drinks. Spa facilities are amazing! I found my whole experience to be very relaxing and look forward to going back! The room was very clean. View from the terrace and also from the rooms (sea view) is breathtaking. Hotel was exceptionally clean, you can see that the staff pays attention to every detail. I really liked the plants in the hotel, in May you can admire water lilies right next to the swimming pool. They are so beautiful. Great hotel, extraordinary service. This is not a hotel, this is paradise! I recommend Sentido to everyone. Thank you for your hospitality.

Fabulous hotel, starting by arriving in reception and seeing the beautiful sea view. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The staff work so hard and are very friendly. We love to wake up to a sea view and had a 4th floor room, it didn't disappoint. Food and drink was plentiful, lots of choice in the restaurant. The bar snack service was also great, the cheesy pittas were lovely. Lots of sun beds, no fighting for a bed, nice little areas to sit and relax in the shade. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday one to remember x

This has been our fourth visit to this superb hotel and we cannot fault any aspect of our stay. From the spacious lovely clean rooms to the excellent food provided all day to late at night. The spacing of the sunbeds give plenty of room near a large pool and if you like the beach it is just a stroll to reach the sunbeds there with a lovely beach bar and snack bar. Finally the staff cannot do enough for you.

This is excellent hotel and my wife and I had a superb time. Everything was spot on and the staff cannot do enough for you. The food is delicious and cooked to a very high standard. I have booked again for 2025 and look forward to going. Thank you Bellazure for giving us a perfect holiday.

Stayed here for a week with family (me, wife and 2 adult sons) in mid September. Really enjoyed our time. Restaurant staff in particular were just great and in particular Yasin who served us with a smile every day and would remember our usual drinks, suggest new ones etc. It was the best restaurant service we have ever had. Buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner were all good with plenty of choice - lots of Turkish dishes to enjoy which is what e wanted - something different. Drinks also regularly topped up. Rooms were good, modern, clean and our sea view room on 3rd floor had an excellent sea view with the village to the right which added something extra - the lights etc. There was also a good balcony with a bench seat and chair. There was some good entertainment laid on including Turkish dancing and acrobats. The beach area is a short walk from the Hotel and whilst not very big there were always plenty of loungers to use and the area was always kept clean. The beach bar service was great - Levent and his colleagues were attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. The pizzas and pides served here were very good too. Negatives? (1) We had asked the Hotel to arrange one of our 2 rooms as a twin bed room (for our sons) - sent them 2 emails prior to arrival to request this and also Jet 2 tell us they had put this request to the Hotel too - so very disappointed to arrive at Midnight and find this request had not been actioned. Asked for the room to be set up as requested but told could not be dealt with until the next day - This is exactly what we had tried to avoid! The Hotel did though quickly attend to this the next morning before 12pm. This soon paled into insignificance though after day one as we enjoyed our stay here so much - but for this we would have have given 5 stars. ; (2) Minor point - Cocktails we tried were not brilliant but it was good to try them - many bitter ones and not to our taste - beer and wine excellent though; and (3) After the evening entertainment acts finish, music is then played until about Midnight - could be better as we did not think the guests milling around (like us!) particularly wanted to hear club music. Some people may not like this aspect of the Hotel because you can hear this from some of the rooms facing the pool. Other notes - Some distance from Bodrum. We took the bus to here one afternoon. Took about an hour each way including waiting - small bus - stood all the way there. Neighbouring village Akyarlar can be walked into via the beach - but does not take long - good for short stroll and change of scenery. All in all, we enjoyed our time here. All Hotel staff we found to be helpful and polite from the reception, to the towel guys and the bar and waiting staff. We think this is a real plus point for this Hotel.

Wow what a week we had! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left just amazing. We didn't find a single thing to complain about. If I could name all the staff that made our holiday I would. The reception staff amazing. The Waiters one specifically we sat in his area for every meal and he could not do enough for us! Wish I could remember his name what a lovely young man. The bar staff the pool staff all top tier. The cleaners for the rooms wonderful. The Entertainment team we became particularly fond of. Boss man as we called him was amazing we are astounded at his multiple fluent languages. The girls where amazing, my partner and many others particularly enjoying the darts in the afternoon. And lastly our doug as we called him. (Dogukan) what a great young man. Who always wants to "make fun" when we left our doug and bossman came out of there way to see us off. The banter laughs and jokes we had with the entertainment team honestly top tier. Along with the entertainment every night there is something different. The food you may ask not one day was we let down breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing with plenty to choose from! Also every single guest in the hotel was lovely alot of people who have been coming every year for alot of years. We ourselves made friends with 4 people and we have every intention of all booking at the same time next year and returning. However at the moment we can't book for 2025 and there is confusion amongst the regulars as to why that is. Overall if you are looking for a relaxing luxury holiday with endless drinks amazing food and the best staff this place is the one! I honestly can not praise every aspect of this hotel enough.
