الفندق جميل وموقعه متميز في قلب المدينة وسعره مناسب ، وتعامل الموظفين راقي ، شكر خاص للاستاذ احمد( مصري الجنسية) في الاستقبال كان لطيفا وودودا للغاية ، وسهل لي جميع اجراءات الدخول والاقامة بقمة الحفاوة والترحيب ، وادارة الفندق دائما تتحفني بحفاوة عاليه وترحيب

Excellent accomodation right at the top of a must see attraction, Jabel Hafeet hill in the outskirts of Al Ain. Very friendly, polite and accommodating staff. Comfortable rooms. Liked the heated outdoor swimming pool.

شكرا لاستقبالكم الجميل لى وشكر خاص لدارفي الفتى المغربي صاحب اجمل ابتسامه وأسأل الله أن يوفقه ويوفقكم جميعا وشكر خاص لعامل النظافة ولكنى لا اذكر اسمه ولكنه كان محترم معى جدا بالاخص الشخص اللى كان فى مدينة العين فلقد طلب منى أن اتحدث معه اذا كان هناك أى أمر او اذا احتجت أى مساعده, ذلك الشخص كنت أراه دائما وكأنه لا يأخذ أى راحة نهائيا برجاء تكريمه على ذلك.

من اجمل البوفيهات الذي دخلتها في مدينة العين،من ناحية استقبال الزوار والترحيب بهم بكل حفاوه ووجه رحب ومن ناحية اصناف الطعام المتنوعه واللذيذه والاهم من ذلك روح التعاون الموجودة عند الموظفين ،كل الشكر والتقدير لجميع الموظفين بشكل عام وللـشف Vivik بشكل خاص. شكرا لكم ..

If I can summarize the experience in this hotel, it's one of the worst hotel I have ever been my whole life. They say it is a four stars hotel, but I assure you it wouldn't even reach the standard of a normal hostel as they are not following the international rules of hospitality, and this comes from a frequent traveler and someone working in hospitality field. Now, to explain my experience it's the first time to face such an issue where the hotel is kicking out their customers. After booking, paying and confirming the reservation for 2 nights 3 days, next day we head to the hotel and we reach 9 pm. As soon as we arrived, the guys gave us the news, yes you have booking but you will stay only 1 night and the next days 12 pm you have to leave as the hotel is booked by the government. When we asked why you didn't inform us earlier, they say we got the news 3 hours ago. Yes they had time to inform us anyways.. then we asked that we need to solve this issue and as they are responsible of this incident, they say we can't do anything for you, check in and leave tomorrow 12 pm. OK what about our money? We shall get it in 4 days to 2 weeks as it's through booking.com Away of that, the way of hospitality we have received of lack on communication and handling a furious customer who is coming late night on such Hazzard news. While we were leaving, and after filing a complain to the tourism authority about this hotel that we shall never visit again, they say ” the hotel is being taken for quarantine”.. sorry but why you never even informed us this from the beginning. Why everything has to be late and you have to leave your customer in the street with an unplanned accommodation Such an awful hotel that even iy foenst the one start rating I gave, as if it was me, I would give them maximum QUARTER star. Note: Night shift supervisor with the name Abdul Muthaleb, is a real example of lack in communication and solving problems. Talking to the guest in a manner as if he owns the world saying NO SOLUTION. Complaint has been filed to the tourism authority hoping we get our rights as a customer being humiliated as such.

Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta peti besi dan tempat duduk berasingan.

Хороший отель в удобном месте в городе. Действительно, уже нужны usb розетки. Небольшая путаница с завтраком в Рамадан. На рецепции говорят, что включенный в бронь завтрак доступен только при заказе в номер, а утром при заказе по телефону сообщили, что завтрак доступен в ресторане. Завтрак хороший, без излишеств, на любой вкус. Про бассейн не могу ничего сказать, не пользовалась. Отличная работа консьерж службы. Дружелюбный, вежливый персонал. Удобная ванная комната, прекрасная кровать. Есть чайник и набор чая/кофе. Бутылка воды в качестве комплимента.

Hotel ini datang dengan cadangan Jabatan Sumber Manusia tempatan kami. Sebagai pengembara perniagaan yang berpengalaman, saya mempunyai standard yang tinggi dan dapat melihat di luar faktor wow awal. Terdapat pengubahsuaian luaran yang sedang diselesaikan pada masa itu tetapi hotel tidak dapat dikritik kerana itu. Pemandangan gunung dan kolam renang yang indah dari bilik di tingkat 4. Cukup banyak keluarga di kolam renang tetapi pemerhatian yang teliti dan memilih masa yang lebih tenang mudah dilakukan. Saya sekarang tahu bahawa untuk tetamu memilih suite atau vila terdapat kolam renang yang lebih tenang dan berasingan. Trader Vics adalah ciri, seperti juga bar bawah. Minuman adalah nilai yang baik. Makanan sedikit di sebelah yang mahal. Ciri utama bagi saya adalah perkhidmatan dari kakitangan. Cemerlang. Akan sentiasa berusaha lebih jauh.

It is a nice hotel of the Danat chain, hotels of this chain guarantee they do not disappoint you. But the biggest weak point of this hotel is the room is not noise proof at all. This place is family friendly considering its nice pool area, and the very reason makes this hotel super noisy. It felt like I was sharing a room with a whole family. Still, this hotel is nice in that its staff are very nice and accommodating, its pool area is nice and spacious. It is small but clean, and I liked its balcony too -- you can see Jebel Haffeet snaky road from afar. Its worth the money.
