GGuest UserThe room was excellent, very warm and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to catch a taxi. Next time I'm in Jinzhou, I'll definitely book the Manxin Hotel again. Oh, and the hotel also offers afternoon tea and late-night snacks, which is a great bonus!

GGuest UserA fantastic stay, definitely five stars! The hotel's overall environment is elegant, clean, and tidy, with well-maintained common areas, creating a wonderful first impression. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding amenities, making dining and shopping very easy. It offers incredible value for money, outstanding in every aspect. It's a hotel you'll fall in love with after staying there. Highly recommend it, you won't regret it!

GGuest UserRoom clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.

PPang B BThis is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

AAnonymous UserThe courtyard and common areas are meticulously maintained, creating a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere. Walking through them is incredibly calming and refreshing. Inside the room, everything is thoroughly cleaned, and the bedding is meticulously changed and sanitized. The amenities are of good quality and complete. The staff is always responsive and on-call. The room is far from any noise sources, ensuring excellent sleep quality. Plus, finding food nearby is very convenient. Even after multiple stays, I'm still extremely satisfied.

GGuest UserLet me start by saying this: it's my first business trip to Dalian, and this is the second hotel I've stayed at – both have been excellent! How can the service be so good? I'm in love with Dalian!
The location is superb, very close to Xinghai Square, and right by the seaside as soon as you step out.
During my stay, I added the butler's WeChat, so I could conveniently message them for anything I needed. When I arrived, the front desk staff helped me with my luggage to my room, and I even received a welcome afternoon tea.
There aren't many rooms on each floor, so it's very quiet, and the room itself is comfortable! The bed is neither too soft nor too hard, I slept so well. The curtains are automated with a button, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the bath towels are thick. I usually bring my own toiletries when I travel, but I actually used the shampoo here and it was fantastic – left my hair fragrant and smooth. Very satisfied!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

Hhow IvinA huge thank you to the bespectacled young man at the front desk! Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome.
Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived.
What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable.
A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests.
And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent.
Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserUpon check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was very comfortable. Dalian is lovely and cool this time of year, and we could open the windows in the living area directly, keeping the room cool without needing AC. While the overall facilities in the room are a bit dated, you can tell it was once a four-star standard, and it was clean with no strange smells. It was also quite soundproof. The bathroom deserves a special mention for being very spacious – much better than many other hotels. The hotel's location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient shopping, and taxis can get you anywhere quickly. The elevators are fast. My only wish is for a wider variety at breakfast.
