Overall, the hotel stay was pretty good. Location is slightly inside the roads but is still quite convenient to walk around though I felt that there are other hotels that is nearer to the roundabout area. Nonetheless, it is surrounded by many massage shops which is pretty good. Room is nice with projector and screen which the quality is good and clear. Downside would be that it seems impossible to turn off the bedside LED light. Room size is also pretty decent. Felt that the Housekeeping is quite wasteful because they throw all slippers and toothbrush almost every day after room cleaning.

We had the best views of the Yalu River, Broken bridge and the friendship bridge from our room and could look into North Korea with binoculars. The binoculars in the room were a thoughtful addition. Mr. Huang Rui at the Reception desk was very helpful. He helped us with transport and restaurant recommendations and kept checking in on us from time to time. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was really small and congested. However, the breathtaking view made up for it. So, no complaints. Highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at JEN Hotel by Shangri-La in Shenyang, and while the property itself is a bit dated, the service I received was truly outstanding and made my entire trip memorable. I would especially like to thank the front desk team, Bessie (管家), and the airport transfer driver for their exceptional care and support. Upon arrival, I faced some challenges as I didn’t have a local China phone number, and due to severe weather, I was unable to arrange food delivery on my own. The team stepped in immediately to help place orders for me and even ensured the food was delivered right to my room. They also assisted with receiving and managing courier deliveries for my online purchases, which was incredibly helpful. In addition, my luggage was damaged at the airport, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by following up daily and assisting me throughout the process until the issue was resolved. Their dedication and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. What truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of everyone I interacted with. The people here are incredibly warm-hearted and attentive, and they made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Although the hotel itself shows some age, the level of service is among the best I have experienced. I would definitely return when I travel to Shenyang, China again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.

Check-in is very fast, and there is a free parking lot. It's convenient to stop at all the scenic spots. Well, it's close to all the scenic spots, and it's only a 15-20-minute walk away. It's near the Forbidden City University Town in Zhongjie, and the breakfast content is very rich, which is more in line with my taste. There is also free afternoon tea to eat, clothes to try on and photos to look good, and the high-altitude lobby on the 26th floor.It is also very atmospheric, and it is more convenient to travel, and the room is very comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars! The service was outstanding — the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The location is perfect, right in the center, which made everything so convenient and easy to access. It saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great central location. I will definitely stay here again!

this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. visited shenyang, changchun, harbin, changbaishan and yanji and this is the best hotel i have booked. hotel room is cozy and front desk is super nice. their parcel collection is at the carpark so it was abit cold during the winter when we dig through our stuff in slippers. other than that i absolutely love this hotel.

Hotel is very conveniently located outside the subway station entrance. Near to 中街 and palace. Hotel facilities are good and staff are friendly and helpful. Staff helped to do a free upgrade for my room. Hotel room able to view the palace. Nice view. Recommended for stay.

, the room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The hotel was quiet and tidy, and we actually didn’t find any issues. We are looking forward to staying at the same hotel again. If anyone want to come to Dalian, i would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.
