Downstairs of Zhongjie Palace Hotel is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Palace University. It is very convenient. The free underground parking lot is very good. We stayed at Novotel Dalian Zhongshan as a family, and chose it largely because it’s a newly opened hotel (2025). While the location felt slightly less central than we expected, it was hardly a drawback—taxi fares are very affordable, making it easy to get around. Having a convenience store on the first floor was also a real advantage, especially for families. The room itself was immaculately clean, exceptionally spacious, and paired with a beautiful view, it made for a very comfortable stay. We were also genuinely pleased with the fruit and beverage service, which felt thoughtful and welcoming. One more highlight: the delivery robot was fascinating—no matter how many times we saw it, it still felt surprisingly cool and memorable! Overall, a modern, well-maintained hotel that we’d happily recommend to families seeking comfort and a touch of something new.

春節帶老婆孩子從大連去丹東探親，在雲上酒店住了4晚。酒店看帶孩子，免費給升級了大房間。一到店送了熱飲。酒店的房間設施很乾凈。我住店一般第一個看衞生間，感覺看起來很新，沒有什麼明顯的衞生死角。馬桶是智能加熱，但是沒有衹能沖洗功能。酒店服務很熱情。我們喝水比較多，第二天開始，酒店每天多給2瓶水。離店的時候，還送了孩子小洗護用品和小住店禮品。問題也有，春節期間丹東放鞭炮特別多，酒店隔音很一般，半夜被鞭炮吵醒。還有就是熱水有時候忽冷忽熱。總的來説，非常好的入住體驗，值得再次入住。

＜錦色＞愜意精緻下午茶:特別精緻的下午茶，咖啡拉花很很好看，連住了三晚，其中有兩個下午都去喝了下午茶。 設施：房間很新，傢俱都很好看，是阿拉伯風情的裝修佈置，很有特色。 衞生：房間布品很關鍵，每天都有來打掃衞生，一次性用品補充很及時，而且質量都很不錯，選品很用心。 服務：前台服務很熱情，進出都會主動問好，及時提供各種幫助。 環境：酒店位置特別好，就在海邊，頂樓還能看到海景，星海廣場就在附近，去周圍景點都很方便，外賣也很方便，選擇很多。 已經推薦給周圍朋友們了，下次來大連一定會再訂這裏。

I guess the name Shangri-la raise up our expectations but it’s NOT Shangri-la. It’s JEN hotel although most taxi drivers refer to it as Shangri-la. Everything you expect from a good quality hotel is there. One of the best locations and best connected hotel to Subways. Shopping is great, taking the rail to outside shenyang is easy. The other location which is better (😂) is near the imperial palace.

位置不錯，高大上的外觀和公區。房間夠大，設施齊全，衞生不錯，送飲料，每天4瓶水，不夠還可以再要，提前溝通，房間無異味，服務也不錯，早餐豐富，味道不錯，房間裏還有隱形眼鏡清洗液，考慮的很周到，晚上挺安靜的。2個問題，一個是窗簾開關鍵是亂的，按下睡眠鍵窗簾就會打開，折騰好幾遍才搞定，窗紗開關鍵是反的。另一個是樓後和樓側停車場停車雖然方便，但路面不是柏油路，趕上下雨有積水，井蓋突出，路面不平，而且有很多垃圾，實在太埋汰了，停車場有個小門進樓，把衞生打掃一下，修好並加強衞生管理更好。

Very good price comparing with room size with breakfast. The location is at Outlet mall where you can walk through. Breakfast is great and high variety. Location is great for morning run aroubd Shenyang Olympic Stadium (2 km per round).

This Ramada is old, but it is well kept, clean, and the location is perfect as it is right beside the very busy ZhongJie walking street. The neighborhood is full of shopping complexes and food choices. It is within walking distance to many of the major tourist attractions in Shenyang, such as the Palace Museum and ChanAn Temple. It is great value for the money.
