I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service provided by Michael at the restaurant. During my recent stay at the hotel, I unfortunately became sick and came to Michael to ask for a very special drink (ginger juice). It was totally impossible since he didn’t have a juice maker. But Michael found different ways to get for me a drink that I need. I am truly touched by his thoughtfulness and kindness. It's not often that you encounter people who are willing to go the extra mile to make someone else's day a little brighter, and I feel that truly embodies the spirit of exceptional customer service. I wanted to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Michael for his efforts, and to let you know how much I appreciate his dedication to his work. MICHAEL is a true asset to your team and a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like!!

We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were basic and spacious, which was more than enough for us. Bed was cozy. The location was great. Eateries, cafes, grocery store and laundry places all at walking distance. Malls were a short drive away, and Corniche not too far either. The only downside was the breakfast. It was not satisfactory at all. The breakfast area was completely deserted (except for one or two people) when we went. None of the dishes were labelled, unlike other regular breakfast buffets. Nothing tasted great either. It was the saddest breakfast ever. We didn’t even bother going down the rest of our stay.

جميع اقاماتي لمنطقه الشرقيه لديكم لاسباب كثيره اولهم واهمها ان الخدمه ممتازه والاستقبال فريد و الغرف نظيفه وجميله الالوان و الهدوء يستحق العوده كل مره له … و اوصي جميع من اعرفه عن مكان الفندق وخدماته لاني متاكده بجوده الخدمات عندكم …👍🏻

The location is excellent across from Al Rashid mall with plenty to do there and always an eager taxi to take you around. The Good The bell boys are attentive and the man working the desk is very accommodating. Very clean and shiny everything. The hallways are a little worn for some reason and the carpet. The over sized room was beautiful and clean. Very nice. The not so good. Weird room service only breakfast and lunch menu. The girls behind the desk in the lobby could not be any more rude if they tried. I believe it in my heart, they were actually trying to be as rude as humanly possible.

أعجببني نظافة المكان والجلسات فيي بهو الفندق وفريق العمل كان مضيافا ومرحبا ومرنا حينما أردت تمديد وقت الخروج بالاضافة لجودة خدمات الفندق بشكل عام مثل الطعام وسرعة الانترنت وسرعة الاستجابة من فريق العمل للطلبات

فندق جولدن بوجاري الظهران هذا الفندق الواقع في حي العليا بالخبر ، موقعه جيد قريب من مول الراشد وقريب من الظهران مول، الفندق جيد واللوبي معقول والممرات ممتازة وكذلك الغرف جيدة ولكنها ليست كبيرة، وكنا قد حجزنا جناح تنفيذي (غرفتين وصالة)، كما إن السعر معقول.
