Hotel dengan WiFi di Al Khobar

فندق يناسب الاعمال أكثر من الترفيه من وجهة نظري فندق نظيف ذو طراز عصري الترحيب عند الدخول وإنهاء إجراءات الدخول والخروج بكل سلس وسريع بشاشة الموظفين وتعاونهم الكبير ديكور الغرف والاثاث الكلاسيك والمريح جدا ، المواقف جدا ضيقة بشكل عام الغرف ضيقة .

من افضل الاماكن في الخبر سكنت أنا وأسرتي في فترة العيد فعلا خدمه خمس نجوم من جميع الموظفين من ناحيه النظافه فعلا ممتازة وايضا الاكل والشرب رائع جدا اشكر جميع طاقم العمل علي ما قدموا لي من خدمات وايضا الاستقبال رائع

1)Including me and other more than 20 peoples waited for more than 5 hours for check in process, even though I have confirmation of booking and prepaid. Hotel management team were not able to arrange room. Response from reception staff was “No more rooms available, don’t know about your booking confirmation“. One of them said they don’t have enough housekeeping staff for cleaning., even after room allocation we waited for 3 hours for cleaning up the room.Not responding to Telephones! Never expected from a 5 star Hotel. 2) complementary break fast was below average similar to 3 stars hotel and restaurant ambiance and dining furniture were just like dormitory!

بصراحه خدمه ممتازه جدا جدا جدا وخصوصا في استقبال مستر محي ممتاز جدا جدا جدا ويكفي ابتسامته لينا كل مره بنشوفه لا يبتسم بصراحه انسان محترم جدا والشيف كمان بسم الله ما شاء الله اكله حكايه تسلم ايدك بجد ممتاز جدا وبصراحه باقي الاصطف حاجه فوق الخيال قمه الزوق والاحترام والمعاملة جيده جدا وطبعا مقدرش انسي المدير بتاعهم طبعا انسان قمه الزوق والاحترام بجد تجربه ممتازه جدا جدا واتمني أنها تكرر تاني وهعرف كل أقاربي وأصحاب علي الفندق وعلي المعامله الجميله جدا وعلي خدمه اللي فوق الممتازه بجدا شكرا ليكم جميعا حياكم الله ودمتم في تقدم وازدهار

تتوق الامال للنزول في مثل هذه الفنادق الراقيه والتي تتوفر فيها جميع سبل الراحه والمتعه واللياقه كما ان سلاسة التعامل الراقي من قبل الموضفين وطاقم الخدمة جميعهم يدخلون البهجة عليك من اول خطوه تخطوها داخل هذا الفندق

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.

سكنت في غرفه عيبها الغرف اثاثها قديييييم صراحه جدا يبي لها تغيييير الاكل عادي مو مره لكن السلطات لذيذه صراحه ممممم مافي مسبح مع الاسف بس الزين فيه هدوء والشين لو يغيرون الاثاث بس ويجددونه ضروري لان يضيق الخلق وكئيب الموقع وسط الخبر .. حوله مسجد وبقاله ف حلو يعني

‏ ما شاء الله الفندق ما أعطيه يعني صراحة ممتاز ممتاز بالنسبة للأكل والطلبات اللي على الكافي والمكان المكان اللي فيه صراحة فندق ممتاز ي حتى يعني ديكور المطعم ديكور الاستقبال ديكور الغرف ما شاء الله يعني الفندق يستاهل اكثر واكثر واشكر لله مصعب علي الخدمه شكرااا

تم تناول الإفطار مع الأصدقاء ولكن لاحظنا التالي مستوى الخدمات سيى جدا بالإضافة ايضا الاكل عبارة عن فندق نجمه واحدة وكذلك الإدارة سيى وغير جديرة باداراة هذا الفندق ولن اقوم بالتوصيه لاي شركه او اي صديق لي للذهاب الى هذا الفندق انا انصح بانه يكون تقيم هذا الفندق نجمه واحدة فقط غير انه لا يوجد احترافيه من الادارة في ادارة المشاكل ايضا
