Public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Alassio" 400 m, sandy beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: muretto Alassio 400 m, isola Gallinara, Giardini villa Pergola 1 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Apartment with a very good location. The furniture and fixtures are in dire need of upgrading. - Sofa with fleas in the cover - Dirty living room chairs -Destroyed bed in one room -The parasol on the balcony was broken -Wifi router was a joke

The wonderful sea view and the location are the strengths of this house. Spacious apartment with everything you need, private entrance also excellent for leaving beach games and stroller. We had a very good time, the check in and check out with Ms Susanna
