Booked in for a week. The size of apar**ent was big consisting of a table with 4 rickety old wooden chairs. One chair was falling apart! a small kitchen with portable electric hot plates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, fridge plates cups knives and forks, a few cooking utensils, a frying pan, and a saucepan. the sink had taps that were painted over with cheap white water-based paint they also came out of the 70's. The water pipes ran accross the ouside of the wall as if a later addition. the bedroom had 2 single wooden framed beds. The floor was tiled with terracotta tiles that looked 20 years old, The aircon was above the beds and worked well enough to cool the apr**ent. There is no seperate bedroom they put flat pack book case between the bedroom are and the rest of the apar**ent so the smell of cooking driffted into the bedroom area. I would clas this appar**ent as a large bedsit. The bathroom had been upgraded and was the best thing in the apar**ent.just the bathroom door was water damaged and had blck mould . We chose self-catering as we were traveling for a month and needed to budget accordingly. The kitchen was a huge let down the old Portable 2-plate electric hob was great for basic cooking bacon and eggs type meals. Then comes the toaster you cant plug it in if the kettle or microwave is on as it tripped the distribution box. In fact, the kettle tripped most of the plugs in the room. The walls were repainted again with a white water-based paint and done so slapdash that some of the floor tiles were covered with paint. The floor tiles some were cracked and patched. Having paid up front for a week we were stuck there and only used the place to sleep in. There is a bar upstairs and a deck above that a swimming pool with the odd lounger. The staff were friendly enough. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. We were not expecting the Ritz 5-star but a 3-star tourism-graded place that should be up to the minimum requirements of the 3-star basics. We had a look around town at other 3-star places and found them up to 3-star standards. We have travelled the world and stayed in dumps to 5 star Hotels and find this place far below accetable standards.We are in the travel bussiness and try to be as honest as possable when reviewing accomodation.

If you want a luxury hotel, don’t book this one!!! I wanted a cheap sunshine break after all the bad weather in the U.K. this summer and having come back from a luxury hotel in Majorca I checked this out. I’ll be honest, the rooms aren’t great but we came for sun so wasn’t in the room for a lot of the time so that was fine. We had 2 single beds and a Juliette balcony overlooking the Main Street, some would complain of noise, it didn’t bother us. Rooms were cleaned/beds made 2 out of the 3 days we were there. Added bonus was having kitchen area with a fridge/kettle etc. I’d read the bad reviews before we went and I was dubious, but I’d say if your after a cheap bit of sunshine and somewhere to sleep/shower this place is a good base - as long as you aren’t expecting luxury!!! The location is fantastic. We were a little worried about checking out after reading about the random reception opening hours, but sure enough there was someone there at 3am to take our key and refund the deposit we paid - **please be aware this is €200, which shocked us as we weren’t informed til we got there - we paid it as they wouldn’t budge, but it was back in my bank within 3 days** I would return if I could get a good price again, location is perfect and we met some lovely people round the roof pool. If your not fussy you’ll be fine here. Also all the lads we met on reception were lovely and super helpful x

I would rate this hotel/apar**ent 0 stars as they cancelled our reservation without telling us as our flight got in at 8:30 and last call in was 8pm and we lost out on €800 (wouldn’t give us a refund) we had to pay a further €1000 for new accommodation. They never sent us any confirmation on what time last check in was, they were extremely rude and wouldn’t even call us a taxi to get to our new hotel, when we asked to speak to a manager they refused and told us to leave the hotel.

Wanted 200 euro deposit on arrival. I refused to pay. Room was dirty, toilet was impossible to sit on properly as shower cubicle was in way, toilet door had blood and boggies on. Location was fantastic but unfortunately that is only positive. This is not a 3 star premises. I would avoid at all costs.

Bad bad bad from day 1 waited outside 40 mins to get in on our 1st night out and was only just after 12pm as no-one was able to buzz us in .no bar open all holiday pool only open 1 day no reason for closure .very unhelpful staff no TV remote all week. Worse place I have ever stayed

After making previous verbal contact with reception prior to arrival we were ensured that the two guest of our party arriving early (around 4pm) would be able to collect the keys for the remainder of the 27 guests arriving later that night, after this was not granted we were still told by reception we would be able to have a late check in. This was however not granted, almost 30 people were forced to wait outside way past midnight for over an hour with all their suitcases and told to come back the next morning at 8am to check in. As no other hotel/hostel would take us this late this forced the guests to sleep on the beach. Upon arrival the next day the guests were denied entry with no explanation and no opportunity to talk to the owner, our only contact was with a receptionists who despite attempting to be helpful was as clueless as us and only able to forward the lack of information given to him from the owner. Leaving the guests stranded with no hotel and out of the €4,000 payed for the rooms. The communication and service was beyond poor and unacceptable from any establishment, completely dehumanising and ruining a trip with friends. Stay away from this hotel as far as you can, this has clearly happened before from reading reviews and talking to a local resident adjacent to the hotel. Don’t book unless you’d like to lose money and stay in a sub par establishment.

Bossman scammed us and cancelled our booking at last minute with 30 people stood outside at midnight, then wouldn’t pick up our calls and we had to sleep on the beach. Heavily do not recommend, untrustworthy people do not honour bookings
