非常好，是一整套公寓，有可以自己做飯的廚房，有客廳，就是好像沒找到洗衣機，酒店還有一個大的露天游泳池。

Decent hotel rooms where a good size as well pool area was nice, staff we dealt with were good but there wasn’t many of them they seemed over whelmed at times. One check in staff when we got there but he did his best as it was a large group location was good as well.

Wot a place this hotel is. Defo not suited for family's. The staff couldn't care less about the people that come and pay hard earned money for a holiday. Last year the staff at the pool bar wer very friendly. Now we have a young girl working who never smiles has a stinking attitude and shud not be serving members of the public. Asked for a knife and fork for my salad I ordered, that she should of brought with my lunch and wen I went to ask she huffed and stormed off had to wait another 5mins for a fork. Place has really went down hill yet we see all these Instagram posts bigging the hotel up. I think they shud stay of social media and start to take more care in the staff. As I can see the numbers of people coming to the hotel have dropped as well and I can only put it down to staff they have employed. Only the mataiance boys in blue tops they shud keep they are friendly people. As for the pool bar u will be lucky to get anything always out of stock and ask can they change the keg they said no. Place has really became a joke of a hotel since new management has taken over. WONT BE STAYING HERE EVER AGAIN

This hotel has an impressive façade, spacious lobby area and is conveniently located - roughly midway between Albufeira old town and "The *****", close to major supermarkets, taxi rank, sight-seeing hop-on-hop-off point, and tourist train. The staff were, generally, helpful, and polite. Our self-catering apartment was also spacious, but the bathroom could do with an upgrade - chrome fittings either loose or tarnished, leaky shower-curtain facility within the bath creating a slip hazard on wet tiles. The kitchen had the bare essentials but no teapot, wine glasses, egg cups. The fridge door shelves were also missing. It did have a dish washer that looked like it had never been used. (Is a dishwasher really necessary in a holiday apartment?) Teapot, wine glasses and fridge door shelves were eventually provided on request. An iron and ironing board also had to be requested and were provided on receipt of a refundable deposit. Despite a similar request to provide a hair dryer, it never materialised. Admittedly, none of these circumstances would jeopardise the overall enjoyment of a holiday but, in a hotel that promotes itself as a 4-star venue, they should not occur. However, one circumstance that could jeopardise your enjoyment is the foul smell of drains that wafts intermittently through the outdoor pool area. To be fair, this may not be exclusively the hotel's fault as the smell persists in the wider area outside of the hotel and there is visual evidence of sewage effluent discharge into a dry riverbed nearby. Perhaps the €2/person/day tourist tax which is being levied by the Municipio de Albufeira could be used to address this. One other issue to watch out for in Albufeira generally is the state of the footpaths. They are mainly constructed of small stones arranged, mosaic style, in a sandy substrate. You have to admire the skill of the people who put them there but, over time, they have become hazardous - elevated in places by tree roots, sunken in others by vehicles parking on them, holes in others through decades of wear and tear. If you are planning on walking around the area, bring sturdy footwear!

Lovely hotel stayed here may of times before. On arrival we had to pay a holding deposit which we were not aware off, reason was due to groups trashing the rooms and hotel. Didnt agree with this at all. Also we were told to wear a blue wristband so the hotel could see we were guests, again POINTLESS only a few were wearing them. After a few days we removed them and nothing was said. Lots of locals turned up everyday to use the pool again nothing said to them. Large groups around the pool area left all the rubbish looked like it was a 18-30 hotel at times. SHAME as prevoius stays were amazing.

SHOCKING do not stay at this hotel staff are so unprofessional unhelpful and rude I was made wait 7 minutes by one female receptionist and when I finally got her attention she said sorry but I was busy!! Rooms were awful for the money we paid no restaurant or bar only pool bar web page looks great reality disaster DO NOT WASTE YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY ON THIS HOTEL SHOCKING I HAVE NO WORDS TRUST ME!!

This is not a family friendly hotel . We stayed here from July 8th 2024 for 1 week . The banging on doors and screaming started every night from about 3am until around 7am. Security was non existent at night. We and friends staying on the other side of the hotel had the same experience. Staff were rude and openly having arguments with each other around the hotel . The evening bar is closed down so just the pool bar was available until 7.30pm Management was to follow up with us afterwards but surprise surprise nothing back .

I am currently here on holiday with my small son. There should be bold writing on the website stating this IS NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. There is groups of youths on holiday here. All through the night there has been shouting, screaming, banging doors down to the point I had to put something behind my door in fear someone was going to come through it. Right up until 6am. This is not a place for families or small kids. I regret ever coming here and won't ever be returning. It is party central. It's disgraceful. The hotel should be ashamed of themselves allowing these groups to carry on like animals

We booked two rooms at this hotel via their website for a 7-day holiday in July. We provided the credit card details and called the hotel last week to ensure the booking was okay, as the money had not been debited from the account. We were assured by reception that this was normal and that it could take up to two weeks for the transaction to process. Last night, we received an email informing us that our booking had been cancelled, which we read this morning. Immediately upon reading the email, we contacted the hotel, who informed us that the rooms were no longer available. They explained that they had attempted to charge the card but, unable to process the payment, they had cancelled and reassigned the rooms. I spoke with their receptionist today, who was of no help and, in fact, quite rude. There was no manager available to speak with, and no general manager available, as they do not speak English. I requested that she consult with her manager and get back to me. When I called back later, I was informed by her colleague that she had gone for lunch (although I could clearly hear her instructing him to say that in the background). I was told I would receive a callback within an hour, which never came. With hotel prices in the area having increased considerably at such short notice, this was an extremely difficult experience. In my view, this hotel demonstrates zero customer service, and I would not trust them again.
