Ulasan Ramada by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is really convenient for the airport. There are a few decent restaurant options nearby. I had to leave for the airport too early to avail myself of the shuttle service and the breakfast. I can attest that the breakfast is very good based upon my previous stay. The staff were courteous.

This hotel SHOULD NOT be on your website. It was FILTHY!!! Felt unsafe. Hallways and lobby hadnt bern cleaned/vaccuumed in a long time!!!! Beds and toilet&sink were only things clean.

原來我在攜程上訂房付款了房費。辦入住時酒店刷信用卡再次收了房費。 我請攜程核實後，攜程幫我聯繫酒店退費。 次日我給酒店説明瞭情況。酒店説給退費。 過了兩天，酒店仍然沒有退費，我告訴攜程，攜程馬上給我退費了。 酒店的服務不如攜程好！

我的航班延誤了，到凌晨1點多才到達，酒店前台依然來接我，並且提供了非常棒的早餐，早餐是現做的熱騰騰的，非常感謝🙏

這家實惠方便，性價比較高，每次去這城市都住這家。自駕的話特別方便，離告訴就幾分鐘。早餐也滿意墨西哥風情特色的。

It has what you need, but the pillows are weird; I took mine out of the case; it was all bunched up in a too small pillowcase

I arrived with my son’s at property today (03.26.2024) @1AM due to flight delay. The front desk lady was clearly sleeping and in a bad mood. She gave my sons and I a room far from the main entrance and after I checked the room’s window I realized that it didn’t close all the way, giving a chance to someone open the window and unlock the door, since the window was right next to the door. I tried to call the front desk and the phone wasn’t working. When I walked all the way to the front desk I asked if there was a way to check the window and lock it. The answer was: “I can give you the refund for your room and you can go stay somewhere else, how about that?” The audacity to say “how about that” got me wondering: what hurt her? I was in chock and disbelief how someone would talk to a customer like that. All I was requesting was to stay/feel safe. That was it. I understand the hotel is cheap and I was there for just few hours. All I wanted was to have some rest to drive home in the early morning. She also charged me a prepaid room $162.43. Normally the hotel keeps your CC for damages. She hated me so much for interrupting her sleep that made an actual charge on my card. I’m reporting this to the corporation tomorrow.

NEWLY RENOVATED rooms were very nice!!! Very Clean. Lotsa Cable Channels BED was so comfy!!! floors clean. LOTSA room. BREAKFAST was Awesome!!! sausage potatoes eggs, plus waffle maker! and dry cereal. a complete turnaround from last visit. LOVE the new renovations!! stayed on the backside. lotsa parking. waffle house and village inn on both sides! applebees within walkin dist. GREAT STAY will COME AGAIN!!!

Perfect for what we needed. Seasonal pool and hot tub could have been more clear for “seasonal” but otherwise all good. Very helpful and kind staff

Great place of selection to stay 2 nights. Very clean, quiet, and the front service was very friendly. Will definitely be staying in when I come to Albuquerque. Keep up the great work Ramada!

Shuttle from airport didn’t run at night. Front desk wouldn’t open door until I picked up the phone despite being a single woman with luggage late at night. No elevator to second floor and room was around back

Facilities showing wear and tear, but functional for a relatively inexpensive overnight stay. Main complaint was that wifi in room was worthless. Desk said to „give it an hour“ but it never worked
