Hotel berhampiran Al-Sunna Mosque, Algiers

Excellent accueil de la part de Rafika et Abdelsamah. Ils ont toujours été bienveillants pour notre confort. Le petit déjeuner servi au buffet est bon. L'hôtel a besoin d'un bon rafraichissement dans les chambres mais nous y avons retrouvé la même ambiance qu'en 2009. Le personnel de ménage également aux petits soins pour s'assurer que les chambres ne manquent de rien. Ce fut un séjour très agréable d'une semaine. Aïn Taya reste une ville agréable au bord de la mer. Merci à la famille Ketfi pour leur fidèle gentillesse. A bientôt

Pendant notre séjour à l’hôtel RAIS du 1er au 19 mars 2023, ma femme et moi, on a était accueillis en VIP. Merci aux gens de l’accueil, Merci aux gens du restaurant. Merci aux gens des chambres. Merci à leur gentillesse, merci à leur sourire merci à leur disponibilité. La gouvernante était aux petits soins pour nous, merci mille fois. Le directeur de l’hôtel venait prendre de nos nouvelles en personne. Le personnel de l’hôtel se plie en quatre pour nous servir. D’une propreté exemplaire. Les bungalows sont situés au milieu d’un parc. Réveillé par le chant des oiseaux et le chant des tourterelles chaque matin. On se croyait dans le jardin d’essai où le parc de sceaux réunis. Pour recharger les batteries il n’y a pas mieux. Rien à envier a l’accueil des hôtels internationaux. Chapeau bas messieurs et mesdames de l’hôtel. À très bientôt, on reviendra. I had an excellent stay and I would like to thank you for everything: the warm welcome, the kindness, the attentions, the advice, the cleanliness of the lodgings, their really complete equipment, among others, and also I would like to emphasize the sympathy of each of Mr. Abdennour, Mme kafila They were very sincere, helpful and kind... The catering service was also excellent and presented a very varied choice (the food was of a very good standard and the buffet was impeccable)...

Nous avons réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants a 17000 DA la nuit avec petit déjeuner. Arrivés à l'hôtel, il s'avère que cette chambre a un lit double et avec deux 2 matelas au sol .. dans l'hôtellerie, on appelle pas ça une chambre 4 personnes, il faut juste le préciser à l'avance que c'est une chambre double avec matelas d'appoint... de plus, ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner des serviettes pour les enfants.. ça nous a donc donné un mauvais avis dès le départ .. Quand a la propreté de l'hôtel, c'est en effet propre, l'hôtel est bien placé, le parking dans la rue est surveillé..cependant, il reste des chose à revoir, comme la rouille dans toute la douche, la tête de lit déchiré... Quand au petit déjeuner, il est varié , correct et inclus pour tous dans le tarif

Chambre avec mobilier ancien et fatigué. Fuite d eau dans les toilettes, robinetterie ancienne. Pas beaucoup de lumière dans les chambres. Ne vaux vraiment pas le prix payé.

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

Very good ,clean Hotel. With no exeption All sttaff were amazing and helpfull espesialy Farid recetionist and the housekeeping incharge of 4th floor. I had great time, will definitely will go again also I higly recomend it. Thank you Hotel Roza Team

Retour d un séjour d une semaine à Dubrovnik en Croatie. Tres belle ville chargée d histoire, mer Adriatique magnifique. Niveau de vie identique à la France. O fait vite le tour de la ille, nous avons effectués 3 excursions d une journée, Mostar et les chutes de Kravuce en Bosnie-Herzégovine, croisière vers les iles Elaphites, et enfin Kotor au Monténégro. 1 conseil, à votre arrivée a l aéroport pour le change, jute une petite somme pour payer le bus qui vous amène a Dubrovnik. Pour le reste, faite votre change a Dubrovnik beaucoup plus intertessant.
