L'année dernière, j'ai eu la chance d'être invité à un séminaire dans cet hôtel, et je suis revenu en septembre 2023 avec des invités européens, Un aéroport d’Alger est situé à proximité de l’hotel, à quelques kilomètres. Cet hôtel est luxueux, les chambres sont spacieuses et méritent ses étoiles. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix de plats et la nourriture est excellente.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

Depuis la réouverture des frontières aériennes Algeriennes, je suis descendu à cet hotel 6 à 7 fois. Pour moi revenir en Algérie a été un grand jour après une très longue absence et l'hôtel Sidi Yahia a été une belle decouverte et une grande surprise quand à la qualité et la propreté des chambres, la richesse du petit déjeuner et surtout l'amabilité du personnel. Je repars le mois de Mars pour un séjour d'une semaine. Travailler et revoir mes Amis.

L'entreprise avec qui je travail m'a réservée une chambre, sachant que c'est une chambre double j'ai emmener ma femme avec moi, a l'arrivée je suis surpris de voir qu'ils me demandent d'ajouter un supplément de 1000 DA par nuit plus 500 taxe de séjour, surpris je lui pose la question elle me répond : oui effectivement c'est une chambre double mais occupation single !!!!??? une façon d'escroquer les gens indirectement, c'est du vol, j'ai déjà séjourné dans d'autres hôtels dans les mêmes conditions mais je n'ai jamais payer de supplément que pour la taxe de séjour ou le cas échéant d'un petit dej en plus ou un dîner en plus, j'espère que le message est passé. En plus en demandant sur les chaînes TV françaises qui ne fonctionnent pas la réponse de la réception était tout bêtement qu'ils n'avaient pas payer l'abonnement.

I visited this hotel twice. The first one was in September 2020 and I had a very good impression. The service was excellent, room and swimming pool were all very good. For this reason, I went back again after one year. However, the service is not the same anymore. The room has not been cleaned properly (some Hair behind the bed), the Lunch menu is so poor and no variety provided. The food was not as expected at all (quality vs price) and there’s no menu provided for clients to check and be able to choose whatever they like. When we arrived, the TV was not working and when we requested to be fixed the technician only came when we made another reminder after almost 2h. Also, for the swimming pool there was no towels and we were not even informed that we should book as early as possible (Fortunately we came before and we know). The hotel is well designed and it’s a waste if the service is poor and clients are not having their best impression every time they visit.

Bed and room is perfect! Many thanks to Mr. Abdulaziz and the reception team all for their hard working to make our stay good! I wanted to thanks a lot the housekeeper who is responsible for our room ( Malooka ) she is very professional and well organized best housekeeper I have seen in all the hotels that I visited in Algiers. Mr. Mohamed in the restaurant is very professional and helpful! I can truly say that chef Bilal makes the best pizza in Algeria, Bravo!
