Hotel berhampiran Emir Abdelkader Place, Algiers

Stayed here during our week’s tour of Algeria. The location is perfect in downtown Algiers and easy to walk everywhere you need to. Lots of restaurants, shops and attractions on your doorstep. The rooms are fairly basic, but quite comfortable, spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The lobby has an attractive appearance and all the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast is a bit disappointing; pretty limited in the choice of cold meats and cheeses, but probably sufficient for many people. We did have an issue with the plumbing in our room, but the staff were quick to try and resolve it. There’s plenty of hot water from the shower. The bar does not serve alcohol, but we found a few places nearby that do. Overall, a good value hotel with helpful staff in an ideal location.

L'entreprise avec qui je travail m'a réservée une chambre, sachant que c'est une chambre double j'ai emmener ma femme avec moi, a l'arrivée je suis surpris de voir qu'ils me demandent d'ajouter un supplément de 1000 DA par nuit plus 500 taxe de séjour, surpris je lui pose la question elle me répond : oui effectivement c'est une chambre double mais occupation single !!!!??? une façon d'escroquer les gens indirectement, c'est du vol, j'ai déjà séjourné dans d'autres hôtels dans les mêmes conditions mais je n'ai jamais payer de supplément que pour la taxe de séjour ou le cas échéant d'un petit dej en plus ou un dîner en plus, j'espère que le message est passé. En plus en demandant sur les chaînes TV françaises qui ne fonctionnent pas la réponse de la réception était tout bêtement qu'ils n'avaient pas payer l'abonnement.

Chambre avec mobilier ancien et fatigué. Fuite d eau dans les toilettes, robinetterie ancienne. Pas beaucoup de lumière dans les chambres. Ne vaux vraiment pas le prix payé.

I’ve been in this hotel for the last 15 day of August, I could/should say, it I very convenient location a big plus is the service and quality of it, eating will never disappoint you a the restaurant; the staff including the Chef will spoil you, if not, they will make sure something can be arranged to make you happy, they will help and treat you like a family, at the restaurant Sofiane and his colleagues are amazing. While taking care of yourself and your room, Narimane, Marouane and Siham (I am 100%, I misspelled their names) are very lovely and 150% committed to be your comfortability. Ahh… the front desk staff are as good as mother could be, they make sure you are comfortable, safe, and good serviced. What can I tell you, I am 100% and 1000 time happy customer.

Nous avons réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants a 17000 DA la nuit avec petit déjeuner. Arrivés à l'hôtel, il s'avère que cette chambre a un lit double et avec deux 2 matelas au sol .. dans l'hôtellerie, on appelle pas ça une chambre 4 personnes, il faut juste le préciser à l'avance que c'est une chambre double avec matelas d'appoint... de plus, ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner des serviettes pour les enfants.. ça nous a donc donné un mauvais avis dès le départ .. Quand a la propreté de l'hôtel, c'est en effet propre, l'hôtel est bien placé, le parking dans la rue est surveillé..cependant, il reste des chose à revoir, comme la rouille dans toute la douche, la tête de lit déchiré... Quand au petit déjeuner, il est varié , correct et inclus pour tous dans le tarif

Went here for a work trip. Hotel was very clean morning afternoon and dinner. Buffet had an excellent choice, especially the deserts. the omelette in the morning was a nice touch. staff were friendly only reason, five star not given who water in shower was not warm and even after requesting warm water 3 to 4 times no warm water was provided. There is a more nearby which has a very good food court and choice of restaurants also has a mini supermarket where you can buy essentials.

Hôtel idéalement situé à kouba. Établissement propre dans l’ensemble. Comme à l’accoutumé en Algerie, personnel disponible et agréable mais non professionnel (manque de formation de qualité sans doute). Petit déjeuner corrects pour 5€ sous forme de buffet. Dîner buffet très cher à 25€ par rapport aux plats proposés. Chambre au goût du jour, légèrement étroite mais nécessitant qques travaux d’usure. Je recommande malgré tout.

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

Positifs: hôtel bien situé avec magnifique vue sur mer, plage à 2 pas, petit-déjeuner généreux et variée avec sucré et salé, personnel sympa et souriant, chambres propres. Négatif: les services proposés ne s'élèvent pas à un hôtel de 4 étoiles ni aux prix affichés; j'ai réservé une chambre ”king deluxe” à 24000 DA la nuit pour la chambre avec petit-déjeuner, y'avait pas de sortie de bain ni de pantoufles, pas de boisson fraîche dans le frigo; juste 2 petites bouteilles d'eau non fraîches sur la tables, accès spa en extra au prix de 4000DA pour 1 heure seulement, on a pris le dîner une seule fois c'était sans goût, salade non assaisonnée, plats fades, portions minuscules avec un prix exagéré, le deuxième restaurant de l'hôtel sur la corniche spécialité orientale ”le maître kebab” est sale avec la poubelle qui traîne à l'entrée, les serveurs de ce dernier ont un comportement bizzare avec leurs amis voyous qui occupent sans raison les tables du restaurant... Heureusement juste a coté il y a un bon restaurant ”Toutine Star” avec un excellent rapport qualité prix.
