Nous avons pris l'avion depuis Istanbul car ma fille devait subir une greffe de foie. Arrivés à l'aéroport nous avons été emmenés directement à l'Hôtel grand Adghir... Un accueil CATASTROPHIQUE, les employés de l'hôtel ne portent pas le masques, il n'y a aucune mesures sanitaire. La chambre était dans un état pitoyable, je doute même qu'ils l'aient nettoyés avant notre arrivés. Etant donné que j'ai un bébé en bas âge je pensais avoir un lit pour bébé dans la chambre... mais non j'ai du faire avec les moyens du bord ( coller 2 fauteuils pour que ma fille qui a subi une greffe de foie puisse dormir et se reposer ). Quand je descendais à l'accueil pour demander un lit pour bébé, les réceptionnistes ne me répondaient même pas. La chambre était rempli de cafards, la moquette était sale, la salle de bain était dans un état catastrophique, le lavabo fuyait, la WIFI ne fonctionne presque jamais, les portes du balcon ne se ferment pas, il n'y a pas de rideau dans la chambre le soleil est aveuglant. L'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas. Un conseil si vous devez passer vos 5 jours de confinements dans cette hôtel demander directement à être transféré autre part. Je pourrais écrire encore des heures et des heures sur cette hôtel qui ne vaut aucune étoile et qui ne vaut pas son prix, j'espère juste que les services sanitaire y feront un tour...

Nous avons réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants a 17000 DA la nuit avec petit déjeuner. Arrivés à l'hôtel, il s'avère que cette chambre a un lit double et avec deux 2 matelas au sol .. dans l'hôtellerie, on appelle pas ça une chambre 4 personnes, il faut juste le préciser à l'avance que c'est une chambre double avec matelas d'appoint... de plus, ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner des serviettes pour les enfants.. ça nous a donc donné un mauvais avis dès le départ .. Quand a la propreté de l'hôtel, c'est en effet propre, l'hôtel est bien placé, le parking dans la rue est surveillé..cependant, il reste des chose à revoir, comme la rouille dans toute la douche, la tête de lit déchiré... Quand au petit déjeuner, il est varié , correct et inclus pour tous dans le tarif

L'année dernière, j'ai eu la chance d'être invité à un séminaire dans cet hôtel, et je suis revenu en septembre 2023 avec des invités européens, Un aéroport d’Alger est situé à proximité de l’hotel, à quelques kilomètres. Cet hôtel est luxueux, les chambres sont spacieuses et méritent ses étoiles. Le petit déjeuner offre un large choix de plats et la nourriture est excellente.

L'entreprise avec qui je travail m'a réservée une chambre, sachant que c'est une chambre double j'ai emmener ma femme avec moi, a l'arrivée je suis surpris de voir qu'ils me demandent d'ajouter un supplément de 1000 DA par nuit plus 500 taxe de séjour, surpris je lui pose la question elle me répond : oui effectivement c'est une chambre double mais occupation single !!!!??? une façon d'escroquer les gens indirectement, c'est du vol, j'ai déjà séjourné dans d'autres hôtels dans les mêmes conditions mais je n'ai jamais payer de supplément que pour la taxe de séjour ou le cas échéant d'un petit dej en plus ou un dîner en plus, j'espère que le message est passé. En plus en demandant sur les chaînes TV françaises qui ne fonctionnent pas la réponse de la réception était tout bêtement qu'ils n'avaient pas payer l'abonnement.

I visited this hotel twice. The first one was in September 2020 and I had a very good impression. The service was excellent, room and swimming pool were all very good. For this reason, I went back again after one year. However, the service is not the same anymore. The room has not been cleaned properly (some Hair behind the bed), the Lunch menu is so poor and no variety provided. The food was not as expected at all (quality vs price) and there’s no menu provided for clients to check and be able to choose whatever they like. When we arrived, the TV was not working and when we requested to be fixed the technician only came when we made another reminder after almost 2h. Also, for the swimming pool there was no towels and we were not even informed that we should book as early as possible (Fortunately we came before and we know). The hotel is well designed and it’s a waste if the service is poor and clients are not having their best impression every time they visit.
