Ants ants ants amd more ants. A/C extremely noisy. Can't sleep. Blankets and pillows nasty yellow spots. Beds smell like old sweat. Yelling cleaner staff every morning already at 7am. Towels loads of nasty spots. Barely water pressure in the showers. I regret that I booked extra. The truth came out. The two other accomodations I had in Phuket where palaces comparing to this. I never return to this place.

DON’t BOOK HERE. It’s not 4.5/5 . Super dirty, unfriendly , bad location. A/C sound is likes airplane taking off you will ruin your vacation . Need to renovation and improve of service . You have to pay 500thb extra for deposit also. I can’t believe this place 4.5-5 so inaccurate. See picture you will understand . I found blood stain . AC never clean small like dust . You can get sick . Mold is everywhere . Sou d of water pump people talking, compressor you will hear everything. Towel is dirty yellow and black dots . Not even use yet. Pillow case and blanker case are full of holes . They never changed since opening.

The accommodation was really clean and very convenient to take the ferry the next day to Phi Phi Island. There are many food street stalls nearby. However, depending on what your plans are, you might need transport to get anywhere Happy with the room and cleaning itself.

The air conditioning is cool and the room is large and quiet. There's ample parking available, and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.

There were a lot of ants. There were thousands of them in the room. We wanted to check out early and get a refund for two unused nights, but we found another place to stay. The reception staff said, "Trip.com will handle this issue." It's great that Trip.com handled the refund. The receptionists demanded 600 baht for a late checkout. We'd been looking for accommodation since the morning and were ready to leave at 3:00 PM. If you want to return the money, contact support. If you want to extort money, we handled it ourselves, without Trip.com. I don't recommend it.

The room was a good size and comfortable. However, the room wasn't very soundproof. I could hear noises from the next room, but they weren't annoying. It wasn't a problem for resting because I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.

There is parking and food available at reasonable prices, but there is no elevator. Late at night, there are no staff to take care of the house. I don't know how many people live in the next room. They talk very loudly. At 2-3 AM, they still don't stop talking. They laugh and shout without any consideration. I had to knock on the door and ask them to lower the volume. Then they stopped.

I really liked the hotel. The room is spacious and has a balcony. Cleaning was always done on request. Shower accessories, water and coffee are provided free of charge and are regularly replenished if they run out. If you rent a bike, the distance to popular beaches becomes easy to overcome. I recommend this hotel
