It was excellent we had fab time clean anf very friendly

第二次住了。挺喜歡的，海邊的風景一覽無餘，特別是如果向海邊還可以看日出，很漂亮。早餐也很豐富！以後還會繼續考慮入住。

升級了房間，不過還是沒有新裝修的。海景很好，下次過來ALICANTE可以繼續住。週末價格太高，提前訂

First room with broken floor. Second room an upgrade but no AC as promised. 25-26 degrees in room. AC centrally managed and not possible to start. Mosquitoes in room ehen balkony opened. Fan helped little but not enough.

We found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel as approached from the train station. There is extensive work being done on the the buildings and no signs or directions, and no notification from either the hotel or ******* to alert us to this. The room itself was good on the whole, but it boasted soundproofing and this was most certainly not the case. We were disturbed by noise throughout the evening and in the night. The view of the sea was somewhat obstructed by deep walls either side of the balcony, which would not have been a problem if I had known about it at time of booking, but the view offered when booking offered a different perspective. The decaf coffee was horrible. I am only this picky because of the promise of the place and the fact that it was pretty expensive. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, facilities varied and food was okay. It was clean and the toiletries were very nice. The free trial size toiletry gifts were welcome.

Extremely disappointing!! We were not told that building works were being conducted and next morning from 9 onwards the noise was unbearable. At check out we complained and the person dealing with complaints was not available!! We were asked to write an email!!!

Very well situated next to the beach and sea walk, many dining and shopping options. Clean and nice rooms

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. Beach on one side, marina on the other. Will be staying again.

We booked the Melia Alicante for its location to the water and the castle entrance. What we got was a wonderful surprise. in peace and quiet,

I loved the whole experience. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂 had a lovely view of the marina. Loved the Level it was great you cpuld use the facilities all day for drinks and snacks throughout the day, i was very impressed. Will definitely return to this hotel.
