The location of the suite is excellent. It allows you to pop in and out whenever you like during the day as it is so central. Great if you want a rest, especially with kids. Our suite was clean and tidy and we always felt safe as the security was also good. However, I do have one small complaint. It might sound odd but why do you insist on providing your guests with just 2 toilet rolls at a time. Hardly enough to keep a family of 4 happy and it is a pain in the **** having to contact reception especially when you can’t get hold of them (24 hour apparently !). On our last day but one “housekeeping” never turned up and we had to buy our own. I think that we can all agree that it is inconvenient to say the least so be prepared 😉

Great location and nice hotel. Problem is there is not enough soundproofing in the rooms. You can hear other people walking by the room when there's someone outside. Personnel is kind and breakfast is correct. Overall good.

Хороший отель. Можно прогуляться пешком до основных достопримечательностей и до набережной. В отеле - чисто, качественно проводится уборка. Есть хороший завтрак за дополнительную оплату. Ресепшионисты - очень приятные люди.

Only an overnight stay before our morning flight back to uk. We wanted somewhere within walking distance to the city centre and with parking. The hotel was easy to find with free parking, and also a 15 min easy walk to the bars and restaurants in the centre. In the morning we had an easy 10 minute drive to the airport. Our room and bathroom were a bit dated but clean and comfortable which is all we required. We didn’t eat in the hotel but had a couple of drinks out on the terrace when we returned to the hotel in the evening. Given its location and free parking we would certainly visit again.

Firstly staff were great, only stayed for 5 nights but to be honest it's not worth the star rating it gets . It's a bit run down our room constantly smelt musty , the sheets on the bed still damp, chair in room burst cushion cover and chair looked dirty, flooring coming away and wall paper not the best job .safe broke with all our money and passports in it but was resolved within an hour . Then key card to door wouldn't work . Bathroom it was difficult to get in and out of bath area for shower as they added an extra partition that would not move . Light in bathroom would not go off .then it broke would not come on .sat for 45 min to get a drink at bar no one around to ask .dinner started at 8 30 pm which is not ideal for me as I take medication at certain times . As the hotel was a little out the way they're was no where close to eat without going into town .which is a number 2 bus and cost 1 45 e and there is lots of them . Most nights we spent on the terrace which only serves drinks 1 month of the year so we had it to our selves . No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms only herbal teas available. Breakfast had a good choice which was the only meal we ate at the hotel. Apart from the night we arrived we had a starter each and a small beer each 38 euro.no duvet covers only duvet covered with a sheet .and room was very dusty like old dust . Lounger at pool were comfy and pool was small but good .and good gym facilities. It has so much potential if it had a little more attention to detail.

The Budget hotel was great value as usual, but the restaurant at the adjacent Ibis was understaffed and tables were not even set out. Food was not presented well; School dinner-ish and no table service. The one member of staff (at the bar) taking orders also had to deal with bar orders. Because the tables were grouped together there was not enough seating for diners. One at our table had to separate the tables for social distancing - there was no member of staff who showed any interest. Completed orders were shouted for from the bar area. Contrast this with Barcelona the night before. Why so different?

This is an excellent hotel choice. It is modern, spacious, and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very nice, with well sized balcony, the beds are comfortable, and the modern bathroom is functional, bright, with plenty of towels and nice hot water. The staff are efficient, approachable and helpful. The cafe seating area is outside road side, which is very great for to relax and just let the world pass by. The pool is excellent, with lovely decking. There's lots of eateries nearby, and the beautiful beach is just a short walk. The tram line is right outside. For the price you pay I doubt you can do better.

This is a great place to stay overnight for late arrival or early departure from Alicante airport. Reception staff are friendly, thoughtful, polite and helpful in booking taxi, advising on local restaurants and explaining the Hostal facilities all in good English. Room was very clean with effective air- con and beds very comfortable. Unable to comment on breakfast service as flight left very early. Hostal overlooks open heath land with pathways for enjoyable stroll away from town traffic Only downside of stay was poor sound insulation in building so the noise of furniture being moved around in the dining area very late at night by other guests returning to premises when no staff were present became a nuisance

The people at the reception desk at check in were pleasant and helpful. This hotel is a very interesting structure with a 3story atrium . Excellent construction but unfortunately the size causes echos and one noisy person on speakerphone can disturb everyone. The room was large and spotless with a very comfortable bed. We had a drink at the bar before dinner, which we had booked and pre paid for, the waiter was friendly and efficient. We went in to the restaurant and were given what appeared to be the bar menu. We asked and were reluctantly given the dinner menu. At that point the person at the next table began coughing continuously so we moved to another table. It was ages before somebody came to get our drinks order and another wait before they took our food order. The food was mediocre generally but the cheesecake I ordered for dessert was a savoury cheese tart not a sweet cheesecake. They replaced it but then had trouble figuring out how to bill us for the already paid for meal. There was a waitress who never seemed to do anything and a waiter who appeared to wish he was elsewhere. The staff at checkout were too busy chatting to take much notice of patrons. A very nice hotel but a crook more suited to a fast food franchise

I'm trying to work out the target customers for this hotel due to its location. It's out of the town (Santa Pola), situated next to the N-332 (busy north-south coast road), and on the edge of a retail park. As a result it has no room for facilities (outdoor pool, tennis courts, etc.) although it's new so everything is up to date. Rooms have a large balcony which I guess would be nice in summer. That's about it. Even the bar is a solitary tap in the hotel lobby - no separate area. Breakfast was standard but no complaints. The retail park has various eating and drinking places - KFC, Burger King, other burger places, various bars - but I didn't find a real Spanish one. Quite a lot were closed as it was out of season. For those familiar with the UK I thought it was very like a Premier Inn or Travelodge and a 4* rating is misleading. I'm thinking it's really an airport hotel so not for a long stay.
