Ground floor completely refreshed, looks better (reception, bar, restaurant). Wi-Fi much better than it used to be.Breakfast the same- nice, overage but you will not be hungry at all. It seems for the 1st time this year the prices are not on the higher level than previous year. Mostly professional staf,which could not ne said for the mates on the 3rd floor (blond hair)- grumpy, rude. Old receptionists including Alexandra still excellent. New, night receptionist (guy) very professional, kind, willing to help. New receptionist working in the afternoon (a girl. I think Eleanna) not only that didn't forward a phone call to my room but even hasn't informed me about it. At first she said "I didn't understand the request of the caller). After I said: ' but she has clearly asked you for my room number" , the receptionist named anothet reason "the poicy of the hotel is not to transfer calls without permission of the guest".I found this as unprofessional, unconvincble, incomsstent. She even has't asked me for a permission after the 1st call, if that is customary in this hotel. However, individual unprofessional acts didn't change dominant and mostly positive impression of the hotel
