the hotel was good …but the service was not..they didnt provide me the extra which is included in my booking

the room service is good ,, staff is fine, the quality of food is nice,, tea sandwiches everything is good।।
the only thing which i didn't get ,the shower gel and a soap in the bathroom.

I think this is the best property for the stay in prayagraj. Easily accessible, and clean. Rooms were bit smaller or compact in size. But overall services or food is good. The best part is the locality where this hotel situated. You can get anything there and there’s a good locality.

The experience was pathetic the ac wasn't cooling and the staff were not responsive they didn't even give me water or towel until despite calling them so many times

The hotel staff was not supportive and there were not enough rooms to accomodate. The rooms were very small and inconvenient. The hotel food was terribly bad

There was no another option for breakfast. Only poori bhaji available there rooms are also in small size

Amenties is good but food they provide is not as per the standard and the next morning only they provide only chai and poha instead of whole breakfast i had been good experience to this hotel stay but this time i complain to the manager for breakfast but they did not respond in any ways.
