Before reaching we were a little apprehensive about this property due to non availability of a big brand hotel in Allahabad. But once we reached we were really impressed with everything. Centrally located, beautiful building, fast check in, big well furnished room, clean crisp linen and towels, large clean bathroom and all other amenities required by the guests and provided by big brand hotels were there. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Reasonably well spread breakfast with attentive service was another feature to add to pleasure of an enjoyable stay. The staff right from check in were a bit aloof and sharpness of a branded hotel was missing but despite that in our humble opinion this may be best option in Allahabad. Will definitely stay here during our future visits and recommend our friends and family also to select this hotel for their stay whenever they are in Allahabad.

Nice hotel with a decent breakfast and close to sangam, airport and junction. Deluxe rooms are bit small. Good comfy hotel for one night stay with friends. Room service is also good. We checked in late night at 11.00PMIST and they had kept the rooms ready. small budget and neat hotel. parking is on road but hotel staff make sure we get parking.

I had a really wonderful experience with Hotel UR. I had booked it only for a day for my parents (senior citizens) who were travelling to Prayagraj. Unfortunately their train was delayed by almost 20 hours, so most of their planned stay was rendered irrelevant. However, the owner of Hotel UR (Mr Jaiswal) and the ***ager (Mr Wasi) were very gracious in providing a room to them when they reached. They even arranged for local conveyance to go site seeing. Everyone was very courteous, responsive and went out of the way to make their stay comfortable. Very pleased with the hospitality of Hotel UR - will recommend it to everyone who visits. Thanks!
