I went with my family for Alleppey. suddenly my father was not well due to change of weather, the owner were so caring and had helped us for taking him to hospital and aunty provided a home made food during his sickness. it was pleasant staying there. Thankyou for the lovely treatment . And place was peaceful and pleasant to stay there. Should go there without any doubt.

We recently stayed at the Classic Regency Alappuzha during our family vacation in Kerala and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the hotel itself was decent, the lack of proper customer service and amenities significantly impacted our stay. Pros: The hotel location is convenient and the property is clean. Cons: Lack of Amenities: We booked a room for two adults and one child (12 years old). Upon arrival, we found an extra bed, but no additional amenities such as extra towels, pillows, face towels, water bottles, or coffee mugs. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were largely unresponsive to our needs and requests. This lack of attentiveness and willingness to help was very disappointing. Breakfast Issues: The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming. Most items were served cold, and the limited hot items were only available upon request, which was time-consuming and inconvenient. It was not the kind of breakfast service one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Poor Customer Service: Overall, the staff did not seem to care about the guests. The indifference and lack of basic hospitality were evident throughout our stay. This experience was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would strongly advise the management to improve their customer service and ensure that guests' needs are promptly and adequately addressed. Until then, I would not recommend Classic Regency Alappuzha to other travelers. There are better options available in Kerala that offer superior service and a more pleasant stay.

We stayed at the resort for 3 days with my family, parents, and my husband's parents. The rooms were spacious and clean, the resort had nice walks within, and had plenty of opportunities for different activities. We tried the pool, the kids playground, which my 3 year old really enjoyed, the sunset boat trip, the paddle boat, and the spa. Both my mum and I really enjoyed the massages we got. The food in the restaurant was nice and always offered choices in different cousins. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea with snacks. We tried the indoor play area which offered different games and my husband also tried the gym which he said was fine for a holiday with a few different machines.

We stayed in Haveli - same management as Pagoda. The hotel was good - it's a newer property. They had a package for the Nehru boat race. Overall was a good experience. The hotel is well within the central area - with easy access to the shopping area, transport, beach etc.
