My room was on the second floor of the building. It was noisy because apparently there is an event location beneath it and people laying at the pool had direct visability into my room.
I requested a king bed but got instead two single beds.
Breakfast was ok but highly frequented. So not exactly a calm place. Coffee was not my sense of taste and quality.
No questions had been asked during checkout about any feedback.

O hotel foi bastante confortável. Os funcionários também foram bastante educados. A relação custo benefício foi muito boa, considerando os preços de hotéis na região de Balneário Camboriú.

Hotel de excelente padrão. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o restaurante. Jantar não foi bom e no café da manhã as duas máquinas de café estavam estragadas, sendo q o café só era servido em pequenas térmicas.
De resto, tudo perfeito.

Primeiro os meninos da recepção que são uns queridos, particularmente o Maike. Culto, educado e super paciente. Adorei a todos. O hotel, maravilhoso sem contar o café da manhã que mais parece um banquete. Se você está com dúvida , te garanto que vai gostar!

Infraestrutura do hotel é excelente, nada a reclamar. Fomos muito mal atendidos, pois a reserva era com pensão completa, mas parece que o hotel não estava acostumado com esse formato. O gerente, Sr Márcio, insultou minha esposa devido a essa situação da pensão completa. Não é exagero. Já reclamamos com a ALL, administradora do hotel. Sugiro reservar somente com café da manhã para evitar contratempos!

Ssss_Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable.
The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel.
However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿
They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted.
In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle!
These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

苏苏Hotel service is very good, the front desk staff are very responsible, tell shopping mall how to go, help Uber call the car to the airport, Uber is cheaper than the fight, the breakfast cake is delicious. There is a river behind the hotel, the environment is OK, there are birds in the morning to knock on the window. The hotel is not very good, the big bed is big, but the sheets are not so good. The hotel in the small city is OK.

XXumidedenghouaiThe room was clean and spacious, and the twin room had less sunny sides. Because it was winter, after communicating with the front desk, they found a way to change to the sunny room. All the big bed rooms can be split into two small beds. The service is very good. Suitable for business trips, you need to go to the hotel by the sea if you travel.
