The atmosphere at kerala houseboat was truly remarkable. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality, which set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The ambiance was serene and inviting, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The cleanliness of the rooms was exemplary. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the efforts made to maintain a pristine environment throughout my stay. The staff at kerala houseboat were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction were commendable. From check-in to check-out, i felt well taken care of and valued as a guest. This is one of the most romantic beach resort I have ever booked having excellent features. 1) Spectacular Beach View is visible from the rooms at the 1st floor. 2) Beach is just outside the hotel. 3) Marvelous Swimming Pool with clean water. 4) Spacious and Well-maintained rooms with a Lobby with an impressive swimming pool and beach view. 5) Caring and Supportive staff with excellent service who also arrange dinner at the hotel ground with light classical music going around that makes the lifetime experience. 6) Food is very tasty. Even North Indian food is available. Shahi Panner is awesome.

We absolutely loved the relaxed feel of this place. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is just brilliant, a real sun trap. The food was great too. We had a beautiful room. Yes there is a flyover just outside which is such a shame. But it did not detract from a fabulous stay. Great if you want a little escape from the business and having a bar is a huge bonus in this part of the world.

We recently stayed at the Classic Regency Alappuzha during our family vacation in Kerala and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the hotel itself was decent, the lack of proper customer service and amenities significantly impacted our stay. Pros: The hotel location is convenient and the property is clean. Cons: Lack of Amenities: We booked a room for two adults and one child (12 years old). Upon arrival, we found an extra bed, but no additional amenities such as extra towels, pillows, face towels, water bottles, or coffee mugs. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were largely unresponsive to our needs and requests. This lack of attentiveness and willingness to help was very disappointing. Breakfast Issues: The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming. Most items were served cold, and the limited hot items were only available upon request, which was time-consuming and inconvenient. It was not the kind of breakfast service one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Poor Customer Service: Overall, the staff did not seem to care about the guests. The indifference and lack of basic hospitality were evident throughout our stay. This experience was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would strongly advise the management to improve their customer service and ensure that guests' needs are promptly and adequately addressed. Until then, I would not recommend Classic Regency Alappuzha to other travelers. There are better options available in Kerala that offer superior service and a more pleasant stay.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.
