Hotel Almaty dengan Sarapan

I had an 11 hour layover between my flight from Dubai to my flight to Atyrau and was really searching for a hotel near the airport that was convenient and reasonably priced. Grand Hotel Erbil is both of those. I made the booking online with the option to pay on arrival. The booking made provision for a free shuttle pickup from the airport and a very reasonable transfer back the following morning. The hotel confirmed everything by Whatsapp. Contactless payment. Clean room. Clean linen. Friendly and efficient service. I ordered a simple burger and chips via WhatsApp and the food arrived hot and fresh. Minibar is fully stocked and reasonably priced. Their menu is extensive (55 page book) and they cater for everything from a bowl of hummus to platters of meats, cakes, cocktails, etc. For a traveller, this hotel is well worth it. Central hotel in Almaty, everywhere else was quite expensive so I chose Renion Park hotel. It was similar to the photos but sadly the room was way too hot for me, thankfully I could open the window! Other guests kept me awake from running up and down the corridor all night and one even tried to get in my room I think, not realising it wasn’t theirs! The room itself is adequate and has most things you need but lacks finesse and is a bit rough around the edges. For example the sink had no plus, some of the skirting boards were falling off and light fixtures had gaps where you could see behind. However the location was good and you can walk to most things, the view of the mountains was beautiful. Be aware that most international credit cards don’t work very well in Kazakhstan so book via an international platform so they can charge you properly!

Struttura piuttosto semplice ed abbastanza pulita,situata non lontano dal centro di Almaty. La mia camera era,abbastanza spaziosa e pulita,dotata di balcone,bagno con doccia,set di cortesia,in particolare ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Nel complesso si tratta di una buona struttura,non ancora avvezza secondo me,ad accogliere turisti da tutto il Mondo . Colazione e barriere linguistiche (solo un receptionist su quattro con cui abbia avuto a che fare,parlava inglese) da migliorare. Per il resto,lo consiglierei.

Her zaman tercih edip rahat ettigim hotel,biraz daha yenilenmesi ve servis kalitesinin artmasi lazim.Ilk açıldığı dönemde rakipsizdi ama şimdi yeni oteller açıldı ve güncellenmesi lazim. Yeri merkezi ,lobby harika,yine kalırım.Tavsiye ediyorum

We have booked 2 rooms for 3 Nights at the Hotel. The hotel is centrally located and very well maintained. Rooms are big and well designed. The USP of the Hotel is its swimming pool and Jacuzzi pool in the basement. They also offer SPA and its quite well maintained with courteous staff. Biggest flipside is the lack of veg/vegan options at the breakfast. Even a basic item like boiled eggs get over and not refilled. Housekeeping is another department where the Hotel needs to buck up. Overall a very good stay.

Had an excellent stay at Best Western in my recent solo trip. -Excellent Staff especially Aruzhan who was very helpful, dedicated and patient. She helped in resolving a payment issue. -Great location, next to Expo, some local cafes. -Breakfast was nice with many options including customized omlette. Would love to stay here in my next trip.

We were a group of travelers of 8pax in 4 rooms as part of a package from MMT india. Upon arrival, they insisted a refundable deposit @50usd per room, forcefully we remitted. The cleanliness and overall condition of the space were far from what we anticipated based on travel website reviews. The room appeared to be in a state of disrepair, with noticeable signs of neglect. Given the uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions, we hardly manage to adjust ourselves to stay in the hotel. Location is very pathetic, nothing around you, only the pros part is breakfast manageable but not up to the mark. When check out these hotel people charged each room 20000T equal to INR4000, saying that towel seen with stain, certain rooms found with smoke smells, even we were not advised that the hotel is a non smoke hotel and other etc. etc. charges. Actually they want to swallow the refundable deposit what we remitted. We checked out after remitting all the fines, and taken Astana international hotel 4* with no issues, no deposit, smoking no problem, in the middle of everything, just relaxed what we missed at hotel Mildom. The next day I went to collect my jeans which I forgot to take on check out, they refused to give it back, that was a very shame thing for a hotel wherever in earth. We believe that providing a comfortable and clean environment is somewhat worthy for ensuring a positive guest experience. I hope that this feedback will contribute to improvements in the future and help maintain the reputation of this hotel management. Hence I request anybody be in Almaty should keep the distance as far as possible from this hotel at any cost.

This is not a bad hotel but not quite as luxurious or high end as one might expect from the pricetag. Checkin was handled well and I get a modest upgrade for Hilton status. The best thing about the room was the view of the snowcapped mountains from two sides. Bed was comfy and towels were thick and plush. The bathroom was not great; a stand-in tub with a half door that doesn't keep the water from leaking out, and a ridiculously places handheld shower that either you had to hold or crouch down (unless you are under 5 feet tall) to use. Just unacceptable for a four star international hotel. Also the shower gel didn't work and the shampoo container was not even attached to the wall. Other things in the room didn't work quite right. Breakfast was a reasonably good buffet. The location is slightly out of the way but an easy and cheap Yandex ride or walk of 20-30 minutes to the more central sights. Overall not a bad choice (especially if you want to earn or burn Hilton points) but not sure it is worth the rates.

Stayed there for a night during my KZ trip, the hotel is located at a very comfortable location , the hotel rooms looks like more of heritage room with a few old decor plates and felt really warm, they provided with all the necessity services, and a secured cloak room was also there, I kept my luggage after checkout for almost a day and they were really helpful to store them at their place without any hassle and provided back the same in couple of minutes, They staff here speaks fluent English as well and take extra efforts to help their guest. Would definitely recommend to stay and get to know the services of the same.

My family and I stayed 2 nights in Grand Sapphire Hotel room No. 3011. Great location, nearby many highlights in the city, 900 m from Panfilov Park. Room is very spacious with all amenities, toiletries etc. Wi-Fi is very bad. Breakfast is very poor. Check in is very fast. Room view is zero.
