Very kind and friendly nd helpful staff but at first day I arrived early in the morning at 07:30 Am or 08:00 I think there was a guy Mr. Anuj I asked him is it possible to early check inn he told me that take a seat and wait for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes I was told by Mr.anuj that your room is ready i thought wow but after few minutes Mr.Anuj said I have to pay 1500 more for early check inn then I left the hotel early in the morning and came back for check inn at 16:00 o clock something. But I can understand I came earlier so it’s fine but all the FO staff and room service staff is great as well .
But specifically the lady who clean up my room everyday I forgot to ask her name but she is very good at communicating provide the best service thank you.

Best experience with the accommodation and food is great, we came with friends and family around 30 people yet couldn’t find any complaints had the best time, staff is very polite and the stay is pleasant and perfect. Would recommend for sure

This hotel I visited 2nd time ….last year I also stayed here and I really appreciate their hospitality and softness ……room is so awesome and my family enjoyed a lot ……….hotel roof top is also very levish and gym area is also near and clean ……most of above thier breakfast buffet is so delicious

Nice and clean hotel in a good area. Rooms are big. Staff was very helpful and polite. We had breakfast and dinner here as well. There are many options in food and everything tasted good. We had food restrictions that they honored. Quick service.
